The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, Great experience overall.

Everything was great overall, but the toilets could definitely use some improvement.

Comfy firm mattress and cosy decoration. Great value for money and location.

It could be quite happening on and off with the noises of people talking along the street and using phones outside of the windows throughout the evening till morning.

Es un hostel muy cómodo, céntrico y el personal es muy agradable. Las instalaciones están bastante decentes y el desayuno está muy bueno.

No es tan social como otros hostels. Sería bueno que organizaran alguna actividad.

O banheiro não tinha boa vazão de água ou O ralo estava entupido.

Personnels au top Super bien placé ! Proche d’absolument tout. Ce n’est pas le logement le plus propre que nous ayons eu mais franchement comparé à d’autre logement sur Essaouira plein d’humidité et de moisissures celui ci fait largement l’affaire.

Attention si vous avez la chambre du haut, vous risquez d’être vu lorsque vous vous douchez ou êtes au toilettes par des personnes allant sur la terrasse au dessus.

Our staying was good, the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, the location is convenient to be near everything around the city, I recommend.

La chambre est mixte, il vaut mieux qu'elle soit pour les femmes ou pour les hommes. C'était très choquant pour moi de voir que je dois rester avec quatre hommes et une seule femme surtout que nous étions tous des marocains

extrem laut , nichts um 2 :00 kamen die Besoffenen zurück und randalierten auf dem Dach. Auch sonst war es recht laut . Das Frühstück war für Marokkanische Verhältnisse sehr ! spatanisch

Hassan is de beste host, doet het met zijn hart! Tof persoon, enthousiast en helpt!

L'esmorzar era molt generós, el personal amable i atent i la resta d'hostes molt simpàtics. Les instal·lacions eren molt còmodes. El millor alberg on vaig estar al Marroc i on millor m'ho vaig passar.

Les taquilles eren molt petites i no tenien cadenat. No era fàcil deixar les coses de valor protegides, però tampoc em van robar i el personal em va oferir deixar-les a recepció (cosa que no vaig fer, perquè al final no va caldre).

Ben posizionato in una zona tranquilla della Medina. Ottimo prezzo.

I piccoli lavandini nel corridoio sono poco pratici.

Lokalizacja była perfekcyjna, pokòj był czysty problem tylko z łazienką , ale czego sie spodziewać można była , personel pomocny, śniadania smaczne szkoda ze tylko trzy wybory

The staff were fantastic , helpful very chatty and friendly . Breakfast was good but I do like to eat more in the more , so bought my own fruit.But I am sure if I asked they would have catered for my appetite! The 1st floor bathroom was a great size and always clean.

Even though it states there is a kitchen it isn't really for guests to use. HOWEVER, I asked Hassan and he allowed me to use it in the evenings when I needed to cook something for myself. The roof terrace is very very small BUT is it cosy and sweet . You could here the call to prayer from the mosques in 3D sound..it was amazing!!

I was greeted by a very friendly African man called Assan, How was very personable,,& i could see he was very professional in his approach but also was going above & beyond to ensure all the guests were well looked after , After the first night enquired if it would be possible to swope to the lower bed as i was feeling alittle nervous about climbing up and down in the night & also afraid i might have been disturbing the othe guests r with the bed moving . This wasnt a problem for Assan & assured me that there was ample room so i was welcome to change beds . Had delicious mint & glove tea made for us whenever we asked ,very tasty .also made by Assan All in all a lovely stay

Giraffe Hostel is perfect for a few days in Essaouira! The hostel is in a great location, tucked away, but still a few minutes' walk away from everything. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Assane even went far out of his way to help me get my swimsuit back after I Ieft it behind and organised a taxi to drive it to Taghazout! I'll never forget his kindness. If you're in Essaouira, this is the place to stay. :)

It’s a very nice hostel full of personality and worker are amazing! The breakfast was very nice and you could choose between three different ones! The location is perfect and I love the curtain for the bed

The bed was very uncomfortable especially because the pillow was super hard tiny and low… I was not sure if the sheets had been changed because there was a blood stain, and I didn’t saw anybody change it when I arrived… they didn’t offer me a towel not even the possibility to buy it and in every hostel I’ve been there was always this possibility. The shower was basically inside the toilet and this is not something I really love…

Excellent séjour dans ce hostel à Essaouira ! L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de la médina, proche de tout. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, aussi bien à la réception que la dame qui prépare le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le rooftop est calme et agréable pour se détendre. Les lieux sont propres, clean et bien entretenus. J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé l’ambiance et je recommande vivement 😊

The environment was quite noisy, with conversations and door-slamming persisting throughout the night. While this may be conducive to social interaction, it is certainly not ideal for restful sleep.

The staff were very helpful and kind. A centrally located hostel with easy access. Breakfast on the rooftop was very pleasant.

The room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, but after we mentioned it, they changed all the bedding and everything was fine. The bathroom/toilet could also have been a bit cleaner.

Très bon emplacement dans la médina tout en étant au calme. Les lieux sont très propres et très beaux! petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Le personnel est à l'écoute, réactif et sympathique. La chambre était propre et très agréable !
