Great location and great staff !
Maybe I didn’t notice on the announcement but they only take cash which was irritating whoever the staff were very nice and helped me with the situation. Lastly we were disappointed to notice that in the bin there was used condoms, should clean the bins before new guests arrive….
Great! And the restaurant is delicious and the staff soooo friendlyyyy :)
Nothing
La chambre est spacieuse et confortable et le personnel est adorable !
Willing and helpful staff.
Propre, grand et bien placé ( prochedu départ des bus Giantibis)
Rien
L'emplacement, bouteille d'eau...
Pas de plafond dans la salle de bain, communiquant avec chambre. Il manquait une bouilloire...
Staff is friendly, breakfast is ok and is made to order (although not many western options), location is good, WIFI is fine, complementary bottles of water are a nice touch (because it got really hot)
The room wasn't very clean (leftovers in the kitchen sink, strands of hair in the bathroom, the fridge has full of water and the ice tray mouldy), the shower had no pressure, air conditioning works but it's old and doesn't cool the room effectively
Big rooms ! Very helpful hostess. Great place to stay in Kampot !
The room was very spacious and it did the job for one night's stay stopping off in Kampot. The staff were nice.
We realised after we left that we actually had paid for a room which included breakfast, but this was never mentioned to us so we ended up leaving the place without it.
Super smiley and charming family! A well placed guest house
Could be nice to have bed sheets and not only a blanket without sheet
Good location, spacious room, lovely family run business with friendly and helpful staff.
No kettle in room and breakfast options slightly poor.
My review is in the context that this is a guesthouse and not a hotel room - and it was a nice experience. First, room was not fancy but clean. They have a restaurant where you can have breakfast and taste local food. The location was good, I could walk in 10 min to the old market street where all the food and interesting shops are. Lastly, the guesthouse is run by a really warm and nice family. The Dad gave me a packet of the local fragrant tea leaves on my last day as I loved sipping it every morning at breakfast.
Nothing to complain about unless one goes in with the expectations of staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel room.
The coffee.
Anything else.
The location is ideal, it's 500 m walk to the "Old Market". The room is really big with air conditioning and a fan. Lea, who runs the guesthouse with her parents, is not only extremely helpful and solution-oriented, but also attaches great importance to it Avoiding single-use plastic. The cuisine is excellent! Thai and Khmer food at a very, very good level. Thanks Aon. I felt very good and safe with Lea and her parents. And thank you Lea and your family.
It's the perfect place in Kampot. Nothing negative!
They let me into my room when I arrived at 8am. They were friendly and helpful. They helped me do laundry. The breakfasts were delicious.
They hassled me for payment for a couple of days when I said I'd pay at the end of my stay, which made me uncomfortable. They don't take cards so I had to get cash out to pay. There were no European breakfasts available despite them being on the menu.
Super comfy bed, big spacious room and delicious food
Easy and simple check in. The family who own the place are so lovely and friendly and so welcoming to their home. They serve Khmer and Thai food, both of which are excellent and authentic. Location is amazing, 5 min walk in each direction to lots of cafes and restaurants. We wish the family the best of luck in the future :)
We fell ill and had to leave so we wish that didn’t happen :(
Lea’s is new, clean and practical. It has an excellent location in the city center. It is a family run guesthouse and feels very safe. The rooms are very spacious and also include a small table and chairs as well as a kitchen sink, perfect for if you’re planning to stay a little longer in Kampot. The room has both air conditioner and fan. The bed is large and very comfortable. The owner and her family are extremely accomodating and allowed us to extend our stay twice and helped us organise scooters. The guesthouse also has a delicious restaurant that makes fantastic Khmer and Thai food, not to mention some of the best coffee in town!
Excellent ground floor guest house run by a kindly family
Excellent. I like everything
I like everything.
The service was very good, the accommodations were clean, everything was there, the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place. If I go to Kampot again I will definitely stay here again.
The location is excellent and close to everythig including a new Lucky Express supermarket. The restuarant serves great Khmer and Thai food of generous portions. The rooms are spacious and airy and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
