위치 좋아요. 사북 사거리 식당 많은곳 근처이고, 카지노 놀러가기도 가까워서 좋아요

주차장이 협소해서 야외 주차장에 주차해야했어요. 옥외라 낮에 뜨겁고 자갈이 깔려있어 캐리어 이동이 좋지 않았어요

숙소 내부가 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었고 청결했음

외부 주차장에 물이 차서 주차하기가 불편했음

Dieses Hotel hat nichtmal einen Stern verdient. Ich habe die Royale Suite gebucht dies hat bis auf den Namen nichts mit Royale zu tun. Das Zimmer war dreckig auf dem Sofa wahren Klotzflecken unter dem Bett leere Kaffe becher benutzte Kondome und viel anderer Müll und der Verputz blätterte überall von den Wänden ab. Wir waren zu dritt dort und einer von uns musste auf dem dreckigen Sofa übernachten als wir die Dame unten an der Rezeption nach einer dritten Bettdecke fragten sagte aie nein, nach 10min Diskussion gab sie uns dann statt einer Bettdecke ein Handtuch mit dem wir uns zudecken sollten, dies ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ich kann nur jedem dringend empfehlen sich so weit wie möglich von diesem Hotel fern zu halten.

So close to the ski resort and easy to travel

It was an excellent stay.

Great location, about 9-10 minutes away from High 1 Mountain. Rooms are really nice, great for a few nights while out skiing/snowboarding. They also speak English. There’s a CU inside the hotel and 7-11 directly outside, along with a Ski/Snowboard rental store right outside also that provides a shuttle up the mountain.

The lobby smelled like the bathroom.

The price was reasonable The rooms were ok and the place was clean enough for a mid tier budget hotel

Staff were rude and not helpful. I asked the front desk to call for a taxi because I am a foreigner and they kept trying to make me call directly despite not being busy. When we arrived just after 2pm, they tried to charge us for early check in (check in is at 3pm). When we left our bags, it was sitting in a public area near the lobby desk (not secured in a cloak room). They only cleaned our rooms every two days and instead left a plastic bag full of new towels and water bottles. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work and the hallway had missing lights which created an eerie vibe. The lack of a hotel specific shuttle bus means you have to catch a public bus with casino regulars to get to the High1 resort. I had a lot of unwanted attention around my children with compulsive gamblers wanting to touch them for good luck. If you have a young family, I’d stay away from the bus.

Hotel was clean and room was nice and modern. Within excellent walking distance to the town, train station and bus stop to take you up to High 1

No hot tub/ Spa or fitness centre as advertised, no restaurant or room service and no customer service from staff.

I have tried to contact Booking.Com regarding this accommodation from the 26th Dec as the hotel staff were very rude and unhelpful and I’ve received no reply from Booking.com or can’t get through on the phone. This experience from the hotel and booking.com has been atrocious

위치가 좋고 주변에 음식점과 편의점 등 편의시설이 많음. 숙소가 매우 깔끔함. 가격에 비해 매우 좋은 퀄리티임. 호텔 곳곳에 라마다 호텔의 흔적이 남아있는데, 과거 라마다 호텔이었던 것으로 추정됨.

1층 편의점 간판은 있으나 운영이 되고있지 않음.

프론트 여직원 직원이 말시작할때마다 한숨으로 시작함. 수건에서 락스냄새가 너무 심함

This place had an elegant luxury feel about it and was easy to find next to the road. It has good parking, easy check in, moody and comfy rooms with amazing beds! The bathroom feels high end and the staff member I met spoke English and helped us check in. Walkable distance to many restaurants and cute walking paths.

A bit confusing since two hotels share the same building, but easy enough!

This is a property sharing the same building as the Ramada. No food or dining available. 7-eleven only option next door. Not near the ski resorts.

Everything was average but water drain weak when flushing.

1) 창 밖으로 보이는 풍경이 너무 멋짐 2) 깨끗이 정돈된 객실은 만족스러움 3) 편안한 침대 컨디션으로 숙면에 도움 4) 주위에 먹을 꺼리 식당가가 가까이 있어 산책 겸 걸어서 이동하기에도 좋음

1) 실내 주차 공간이 매우 협소 하여, 지하 주차장이 일찍 만차가 됨 (물론, 야외 주차공간이 있으나 이동이 불편하고 먼지가 많이 날리는 컨디션임) 2) 때때로 다니는 기차소리가 낭만적이긴 하지만, 모르고 들으면 천둥치는 소리 같이 깜짝 놀람 (최초에 들었을 때 만.. ㅎㅎ)

3박4일동안 하루도 방청소 안해주었음. 직원들도 모두 불친절하고 손님에게 아예 관심이 없음. 가격이 저롐하다는것 빼고 모든것이 너무 실망스러윘습니다

사북 호텔중에서 지내기 좋았어요. 인근 식당도 걸어서 갈 수 있어요.

시자미 가까워서 좋았고 강뭔랜드 근처여서 좋음.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Wir hatten ein einfaches Ondor Zimmer wo Mann auf Schlafmatten auf dem Boden geschlafen hat. Ungewohnt aber eine schöne Erfahrung. Das Zimmer hatte auch einen Balkon und war recht hübsch. Es war Sauber. Viele Handtücher und Wasser. Wenn es jetzt noch Condotioner und Zahnbürsten gegeben hätte wären es 100% für uns. Jederzeit wieder

첨 혼자 여행이였는데 호텔도 깨끗히고 맛집도 많아서 너무 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다 신선한 공기는 덤이였어여~~

Room was amazing. Location is great, downtown with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Only 4 min to High1.

Beds were stiff compared to American preferences.

the carpets and curtains made it so heavy and super dusty. i could hear neighboring guests sneezing all the time, myself included. no utilities such as toothbrushes etc.

big room clean room near sabuk station. perfect for going to high1 ski as they have free shuttle bus morning staff were friendly and helpful. however, night shift staff were not.

I left a personal belonging. The staff was kind enough to send it to me. There is a convenience store on the ground floor.

The listing promised robes and a fitness center. Neither was present. The fitness center is now a coin laundry room. The bathroom bidet was not functional, and the tub drain was dirty. There were many rules to the hotel I was not notified, and the reason for lack of robe was attributed to proximity to the casino. For example, there were no razors or toothbrush/toothpaste. The towel replenishment was sparse. The continental breakfast was limited due to time constraints and limited food options. What the booking.com does not tell you is this is a former Ramada, and currently, the share is split between two companies. One of which is the JS.
