Reviewed Sep 19, 2026It is located in the city center where many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The spacious fridge and freezer were nice.
We’ve requested a baby crib of specific type (not for the newborn but for the baby who can stand up and crawl) well in advance of our stay. The representative has confirmed that we would have a crib ready. However, when we checked in there was no crib in the room. We contacted the property and the lady told us to go get it from the storage room on our own. The storage room had no lights on so we had to use our flashlights to search. There were two newborn baby cribs but no crib for our baby (10 months old). The room was too small for four of us. The bathroom sink was clogged so the water drained very slowly as well.

房間非常小，訂房的時候用三大一小搜尋，跳出這個房間（兩張單人床+日式床鋪），結果只是在兩張單人床的縫隙鋪一個床墊== 超級擠，根本無法住那個多人

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026부산은 처음인데 아이들과 방문했습니다 사장님께서 문의사항이나 요청사항이있으면 빠른대응을해주셔서 불편함이없었어요 숙소위치는 아래쪽에 바로 자갈치시장이있고 위쪽으로 부평깡통시장과 국제시장이 도보10분이내에있어 위치적으로 아주좋아요 숙소근처 다이소 50미터 내있고 그길로 롯대백화점까지 먹거리 악세사리파는 상점이 즐비해있어서 먹거리걱정은 안해도되요. 창선동 먹자골목 참고로 숙소근처 일등어묵도 깨끗하고 맛있어서 두번이나갔네요 아침에일어나서는 창선동 먹자골목에서 롯데백화점가는방향으로 가다보면 용두산으로바로 올라가는 에스컬레이터가있어서 올라갔다 뒷길로 내려오면 국제시장이랑 깡통시장과도 연결되는 왕복 50분이내 산책도 갔다올수있어 좋았어요 지하철역나와서 골목으로 들어가면 바로있어서 지하철접근성도 아주좋아요 토요일밤에는 숙소나와서 10미터만가면 포장마차가 쫙들어서있어서 멀리안나가도 괜찮았어요 성수기예약치고 가성비있게 머물다갑니다 숙소사진은 많이못찍었네요 저희방은 오션뷰였어ㅡㅛ
구도심이다보니 골목길은 좁고 예전건물이많은데 이숙소는 신축이라 깨끅했어요 그리고 외국인 여행자들도많이보였는데 가족단위로온사람도있고 젊은사람도 있었어요

みんなの言う通り、エレベーターが2機しかなくて待つことが多い。

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026立地最高、ペット同伴可、無人チェックイン、チェックアウト、荷物も預ける場所が有る、オーシャンビューの部屋で景色が良かった。部屋新しめで清潔感有り。
36平米と記載があったので予約したがきっとそれより狭いと思う。連泊だけどゴミを廊下では無く別の部屋に持っていかないといけなく連泊分のゴミ袋や、水、タオルがもっと欲しかった。

The photo shows facilities including the cooktop and the cupboards are filled with stovetop pots and pans only. The only cooking is the kettle and microwave but no microwave cookware is provided. Shower was tiny and no bath.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026La misma mañana antes de nuestra llegada nos llaman avisando que hay un problema con el agua caliente de la habitación que habíamos reservado y nos ofrecen otra en la que si tendremos agua caliente pero las camas son más pequeñas. Obviamente les decimos que necesitamos el agua caliente para bañar a los niños después de todo el día fuera. Cuando llegamos a la habitación nos encontramos con dos camas de 110cm y un futón para poner en el suelo. Dormir 2 adultas y dos niños es complicado en ese espacio. Les decimos que así no podemos dormir los cuatro, que si podemos dormir en nuestra habitación y bajar a esta otra habitación para ducharnos. Su respuesta es que NUESTRA habitación que habíamos pagado ya está ocupada porque le habíamos dicho que no necesitábamos el agua caliente. Como puede fallar el agua caliente de una sola habitación en un edificio de casi 20 pisos y estar tan segura que a la mañana siguiente estará 100% solucionado el problema? Claramente ha habido un fallo en las reservas y nos están mintiendo. Les pedimos el reembolso de la noche que nos han cambiado de habitación y nos ofrecen menos dinero del que habíamos pagado. Eso si, la oferta sube a 10€ si prometemos no poner una mala reseña. Les decimos que al día siguiente pasaremos el día fuera y no podremos hacer el cambio de habitación hasta última hora del dia, nos dicen que no hay problema pero al día siguiente nos llaman por la mañana metiendo prisa para hacer el cambio de habitación ya que llegan nuevo clientes.

uitzicht op de bergen door een vies raam. de naam van de boeking komt nergens in het gebouw voor of op het gebouw, zodat we twijfelden of we goed zaten. de concierge had ook nog nooit van de naam gehoord maar bevestigde gelukkig wel de locatie. en de plastic hoezen onder het laken waren ook erg vervelend slapen

On nous a soi disant upgradé pour une meilleure vue et une plus grande chambre avec 1 lit et 1 canapé lit qui venait d être installé. Nous avons exigé le changement de la chambre car ne correspondait pas à notre choix. Le 2eme logement avait bien 2 lits. Dans la cuisine 0 équipements. Juste 1 bouilloire et 3 tasses et 1 plaque vitro. Pas de vaisselle. Pas de table, chaise et micro-ondes comme dans le descriptif de la réservation (idem pour le 1er logement où étaient stockées dans 1 placard des vieilles lampes, plante à moitié morte). Rien pour étendre le linge qui sort de la machine à laver. Pas de parking avec l hôtel contrairement au descriptif. Pas de parking officiel dans le quartier. A 45mn du centre ville en transport

整體空間不太大 一開始連絡上不太方便 需要求助時 要等住宿方回應 需要等 大樓樓層多 電梯卻只有兩台 等電梯的時間較長

ベッドの縦サイズと部屋が合ってないので、クローゼットの扉が開かなかった。 コーヒーカップが全く無かった。

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Hele vriendelijke eigenaar, reageerde vlot en we konden er veel eerder in dan gepland wat echt super fijn was! Mooie kamer en mooi badkamer, goede koelkast en prima buurt. OV dichtbij.
De kamer was, ondanks mooi, erg klein, onze koffers konden niet tegelijk op de vloer open. De matrassen waren, tenminste voor mij, ontzettend hard waardoor ik slecht sliep. De taxi chauffeurs vonden het ook lastig te vinden. Ook wel erg kleine handdoeken.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Really clean rooms, very confortable and clean bedsheets. Clean bathroom and a toilet. Very spacious fridge and usefull TV with a lot of entertainment inside. I would definitely book this hotel again visiting Busan next time. Also really close to the city train station so you won't have to carry your luggage all the way through the city. Bonus points for friendly staff and resourceful manager who will contact you before your arrival and during your stay 👍
