We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. The owner was extremely helpful and always available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. The apartment was great and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the terrace, which was a lovely place to sit and relax in the evenings. The beach was also very close, which was a big advantage. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the whole area was beautifully maintained, with lots of flowers and greenery. The surroundings were also very peaceful and quiet, which was a huge plus for us. It was also a great base for exploring different places. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Buona posizione del complesso: eravamo di fronte al mare. L'appartamento era nuovo e ben climatizzato Zona molto tranquilla di Creta, ma nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i servizi a Maleme; La Canea si raggiunge in mezz'ora. Ottima base per esplorare la zona occidentale dell'isola. Il gestore Manos è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

The host was very nice, supportive, gave some recommendations, helped with arranging the taxi. Property had everything we needed: 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a nice living room/kitchen area, swimming pool with sun-beds was very close, so was the sea.

Bathroom door wasn't working properly, but host promised to fix it. There were some kids from outside of the complex running into the pool.

Cute apartment in a great location, just a few metres from Maleme Beach. The pool area was clean and beautiful, with a lovely view from our terrace. Having parking right next to the apartment was also a big plus.

The apartment was a little small, and unfortunately the bed mattresses were very hard and old—you could feel the springs. There is also no dishwasher. For a relaxing holiday, a comfortable bed and dishwasher would have made the stay much better. Overall, we enjoyed the location and pool area. Suggestions: maybe put some hand soap on the sink and some laundy detergent next to the washing machine.

The property has a great location right by the sea and a very peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and more. Having two bathrooms was also very convenient. The swimming pool was nice and generally clean, and overall the property was pleasant and well maintained.

Although the property is right by the sea, the beach in front of it was not very suitable for swimming during our stay. There are also not a lot of shops, restaurants or other facilities within walking distance, as the property is located between two towns, so having a car is definitely recommended.

Topla preporuka za smještaj! Gospodin Manos iznimno je ljubazan i susretljiv domaćin koji je tijekom cijelog boravka brinuo o našoj ugodi te nam pružio mnogo korisnih informacija i savjeta. Lokacija apartmana je odlična, smještena u mirnom okruženju, u neposrednoj blizini plaže, dok se do centra može stići laganom šetnjom za svega 5 do 7 minuta. Apartman je vrlo uredan, čist i pažljivo održavan, a posebno nas je oduševila prostrana terasa s prekrasnim bazenom. Bazen se svakodnevno čisti i održava, što dodatno doprinosi ugodnom i bezbrižnom boravku. Sveukupno, imali smo izvrsno iskustvo.

Boravak je protekao bez ikakvih zamjerki.

La piscine et l’emplacement au bord de la mer pour les couchés de soleil

Les accessoires dans la cuisine étaient limités j’ai réclamé à plusieurs reprises mais je voudrais préciser que le service était top ( merci Manos ) qui s’est pliés en 4 pour nous satisfaire . L’appartement était en duplex nous étions 5 , mon fils a dormi dans une pièce au sous sol sans meubles . Il faudrait rendre l’endroit plus cosy , surtout à ce prix là .

Ottima struttura di nuova costruzione. Il nostro appartamento era grande con bellissimi terrazzi con affaccio sul mare, si sentiva il rumore del mare, meraviglioso. La struttura ha due piscine molto belle dove rilassarsi. Facile il check in, nonostante siamo arrivati con un volo a tarda sera, siamo stati attesi ed accompagnati all’appartamento con gentilezza. Assolutamente consigliato.

两天市政停电，加一天入住房间停电。三天停电造成诸多不便，大杀风景。

Bellissima prima esperienza a Creta. Abbiamo scelto l’appartamento per la vicinanza alle spiagge dell’Ovest (Balos, Elafonissi, Falasarna, ecc.). Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i confort necessari, con la bella piscina appena fuori della porta della terrazza. Manos ci ha coccolato da subito con la sua premura e le informazioni per passare al meglio la vacanza. Voto 10! Grazie Manos!

Ubicación excelente, enfrente de la playa en una zona muy tranquila. El piso era muy grande y cómodo. La piscina muy bien también. El anfitrión Manos estuvo pendiente en todo momento, atención excelente.

Como únicas pegas, no tiene microondas y las persianas habían sido desmontadas así que entraba mucha luz a primera hora de la mañana.

Είχε όλες τις παροχές, είχε αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία, ήταν αρκετά άνετο και είχε πολύ ωραία πισίνα.

Είχαμε γράψει ξεκάθαρα ότι θα είμαστε 4 ενήλικες και το δωμάτιο έλεγε ότι θα είχε μια κουκέτα. Η κουκέτα ήταν ξεκάθαρα παιδική και καθόλου σταθερή για να κρατήσει δύο ανθρώπους και η σκάλα με το ζόρι κρατιόταν.

We stayed for 5 nights and were absolutely delighted with everything. The host and his team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach whenever we had a question. The location is fantastic — very central yet peaceful and quiet, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. Being right by the sea was a wonderful bonus! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and more than spacious enough for 4 people. We felt very welcome and had a great stay. We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!

Accoglienza di Manos super! Persona estremante solare, cordiale e gentile! Appartamento pulito, grande, dotato di aria condizionata in ogni stanza, mancava solo la lavastoviglie per dare punteggio 10! Terrazza grande per fare colazione/pranzo/cena con sottofondo delle onde del mare! Appartamento completo di piscina condominiale, poco affollata e ben tenuta! Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura!

Mancava solo la lavastoviglie e forse un set in più di asciugamani per poterli lavare e cambiare!

Nice, clean in a very convenient location to explore this area of Crete. We went to Falassarna, Balos, Kedrodados, Efalonosi.

It was all perfect.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft und sehr liebevolles Personal. Bei Schwierigkeiten war Manos immer erreichbar. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Ausstattung könnte etwas üppiger sein. Etwas mehr Geschirr und scharfe Messer wären ganz nett gewesen.

Le lit qui fait énormément de bruits! Dés que mon mari ou moi bougions nous réveillons l’autre systématiquement! Nous avons beaucoup regret qu’il n’y ait pas de volet aux 2 fenêtres qui donnent dans la chambre des enfants… ce qui les auraient empêché de se lever tous les matins à 6h30…

Znakomite miejsce na reset wakacyjny. Apartamenty położone są w spokojnym miejscu otoczone zadbanym ogrodem z basenami dostępnymi całą dobę i w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie plazy. Do najbliższego sklepu ok. 600 m, do świetnie zaopatrzonego supermarketu ok. 1 km, a do knajpki z pysznym jedzeniem i przy plazy ok. 200 m. Specjalne podziękowania dla Manosa, cudownie pozytywnego człowieka, który zawsze był gotowy spieszyć z pomocą. Spędziliśmy z przyjaciółmi w Aphrodite cudowne dwa tygodnie. Serdecznie polecam.

La terrazza gigante, la piscina pulitissima e ben tenuta, Manos responsabile dell’accoglienza estremamente di supporto e molto cortese e disponibile

La pulizia iniziale non era ottimale, i condizionatori non funzionavano ma Manos li ha fatti prontamente riparare e sostituire, il freezer non chiudeva bene e perdeva acqua, il letto a castello era molto stretto (da bambini piccoli) anche traballante e non adatto per due ragazzi grandi/adulti ma l’appartamento era per 4 persone. In piscina a volte c’era gente che occupava tutti i lettini senza usarli o faceva rumore di fronte agli appartamenti e forse un controllo ogni tanto andava fatto.

Nous sommes restés 10 jours tout était super. L’appartement est bien situé, il est très spacieux, il manque juste de l'ombre le matin sur le balcon . La piscine est très belle et très bien entretenue. Manos est la personne qui s'occupe des location est vraiment très professionnelle et très réactive. Au top Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

This is a great place to visit. It is quiet, even though there was warnings of construction, but it didn't really bother us. Honestly the loudest thing you will hear in the area are the grasshoppers/crickets. The apartment has more or less everything you need to settle in. The bus station is really close, so it is easy to commute. The beach is also just across the road, but you also have the pool right outside. The host, Manos, will help you if there is anything you need. He has been super great and helpful.

This isn't really negative points, but I wanna give some heads up that this is more akin to renting an Airbnb apartment than a hotel room + some information that you will learn the second you come to the country. You will have everything that you need to settle in, soap, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, AC, Wifi, kitchen cutlery etc. But depending on how long you stay, it might not last you all the way, hence why I compare it more to renting an Airbnb apartment. So you might have to buy shampoo, toilet paper etc. during your stay, and wash your own towels (there is washing soap there, so you don't need to buy that). Honestly having a washing machine during a vacation is quite the luxury, as it can be very hot in crete, so you can potentially run out of clothes quick. You also have to toss the toilet paper in the trash and not inside the toilet. You will also need to turn on/off the power for the water heating manually. So turn it on for 20 minutes, and then manually turn it off, and it will last you for some hours. I will say that this is not exclusive to this apartment, as even some hotels require you to do this as well. The housekeeping before we came could have been better. It was almost perfect, but it was dusty inside some of the closets, the chairs in the dining area was also peeling, like the material was falling off (probably because of the sun and previous guests sitting on the chairs with wet clothes). There was no batteries in one of the AC controllers and our wifi did not work at arrival. But luckily the host, Manos, is really great. He will contact you on WhatsApp, and if you need anything you simply write him a message, he will then get it sorted pretty fast. So we received batteries and working wifi pretty quickly. You have to prepare to walk a bit for the supermarket or restaurants. It is like a 15-20 minute walk, so it is within a walking distance, but some might not like that.

Jest tam bardzo czysto i spokojnie. Idealne miejsce do odpoczynku. Basen jest świetną atrakcją, szczególnie jeśli jedzie się z dziećmi.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, well-maintained, and had a large terrace. The best part was that we could walk directly from the terrace to the swimming pool. The beach was only a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. A special thank you to Manos, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

Tutto bellissimo, struttura nuova e moderna, dettagli molto curati, la posizione ottima. La piscina molto confortevole. Manos che ci ha accolti ci ha consigliato ottimi posti dove mangiare.

The apartment was very spacious, and the pool area was nice, although a little quiet and basic if you're looking for entertainment. Our host Manos was amazing. I only met him once, but he stayed in contact throughout our stay and was always friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. I almost felt guilty giving lower scores because he was so lovely!

The apartment itself had a few issues. There were lots of tiny flies downstairs, one rather unwelcome cockroach, and some mould in the bedroom. The mattress was extremely hard, the shower pressure was very low, and the bedroom AC was impressively noisy (but to give it credit, it did its job and kept the apartment nice and cool). I should add that I didn't report any of these problems during our stay. I dealt with the flies and endured the mattress. My kids didn't seem to mind at all. So the host didn't have the opportunity to fix them at the time. Location-wise: The nearest decent restaurant and shop were about a 15-20-minute walk away. My children managed just fine in the heat, but my youngest is 7, so it may be worth keeping in mind if you are travelling with small children. Or renting a car would be even better. Manos suggested this, but we had too many passengers and not enough drivers. Despite the issues, we enjoyed our stay. With a little attention to the rooms and a few improvements, this could be a really good place to stay.

Absolutely loved the location, the sea view, the great sized balcony, the spacious layout of the apartment fabulous air con and the beautiful well maintained grounds.

The property was great but just missing a few basics and was in need of some TLC , a little more care and attention to detail and it would be perfect , this did not impact on our stay in any way . The mattress most certainly needed replacing .

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Pool sowie den traumhaften, ruhigen Strand direkt in der Nähe. Das Wasser ist glasklar und der Strand angenehm leer – perfekt zum Entspannen. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an den Manager Manos, der jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar, und auch Chania ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert – bereits nach etwa drei Minuten erreicht man einen Lidl und kann die Umgebung ganz flexibel erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

If you are looking for a calm and slow vacation which is also budget friendly, you may chose this place, we had one bedroom apartment all was fine. Manos is a great host, we strongly recommend the place.

all was fine with the property, the location is little further away from main attractions and having a car rental is a big help.

De locatie, het heerlijke zwembad en de prachtige tuin

De bedden, die waren keihard, en het ontbreken van luiken/gordijnen op de slaapkamer boven alleen een dun rolgordijn. Echter dit besproken met met de beheerder Manis die heel behulpzaam was.

Emplacement calme, possibilité d’aller dans plusieurs piscines. Une partie des appartements en construction, mais nous étions dans un petit lotissement à côté donc pas impacté par les travaux. La personne qui nous a reçu est très agréable et a fait un suivi via WhatsApp.

Le seul point négatif, un peu isolé de tout, mais surtout la literie très dure

Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Manou, ist immer erreichbar gewesen und hat uns in vielen Dingen weitergeholfen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende, das Meer direkt vor der Anlage. Auto ist von Vorteil, es fahren aber auch Busse in alle Städte.

Schlechte Beschilderung der Appartements, wir kamen nachts an und mussten sehr lange suchen. Dann waren wir sehr enttäuscht, da wir nicht das gebuchte Appartement bekamen, konnten jedoch ab der dritten Nacht in ein entsprechendes umziehen. Dieses war dann perfekt.

Objekat je izuzetno prostran, sa dve velike terase, miran kraj. Blizina Hanje, blizina prelepih plaza.

Grazioso appartamento direttamente di fronte al mare. Fornito di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare per qualche settimana. È presente anche una piscina condivisa con gli altri appuntamenti con qualche lettino. Ottima posizione per raggiungere diverse spiagge meravigliose di Creta e zona molto tranquilla. Presente aria condizionata. Un grazie a Manos che è stato molto cordiale e attento!

Nice big duplex apartment, 2 double bed rooms with adjacent bathrooms. 2 big pools with enough sun loungers during our stay. Kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, kettle and enough plates etc to prepare some meals. Couches in 2 separate living spaces. Dining table and chairs in kitchen and on terrace. There also a washing machine. You could easily live here. Close to a few tavernas. This was our second stay, last time we stayed i a 2 bedroom apartment.

Nous avons eu une fuite d’eau dans le premier appartement qui était dans la partie ancienne et on va dire moins agréable… la personne que nous avons rencontré n’a pas hésité à nous proposer un deuxième appartement.. encore merci à lui :)

Bardzo miły Pan Manos z obsługi, kontakt bardzo sprawny. Położenie apartamentu bardzo nam odpowiadało, kilka chwil spacerem do tawern, marketu, piekarni. Basen bardzo fajny dla dzieci i dorosłych, można śmiało w nim pływać, zrobić trening. Obiekt kameralny, zdarzało się, ze na basenie byliśmy sami.

Przylecieliśmy w nocy, apartament był bardzo wychłodzony przez klimatyzację. Do przykrycia na 6 osób mieliśmy 3 kołdry i lekkie prześcieradła. Pomimo prośby w 3 dobie o dodatkowe kołdry, nie zostały nam dostarczone..nie był to juz jednak duży problem, bo nie chłodziliśmy się klimatyzacją. Cały apartament jest mniejszy niż podane w ogłoszeniu 145m2. Wyobrażałam sobie 2 poziomy jako parter i 1 p z tarasem na piętrze, mieliśmy jednak apartament parter i poziom -1 co było średnie. Miały być dwa tarasy, był jeden, oddzielony zasłoną od sąsiadów, co nie było zbyt komfortowe. Cały budynek sklada się z kilku apartamentów. W kuchni brakowało nam klasycznej patelni, pozostałe wyposażenie było ok, wszystko co potrzeba do przygotowywania posiłków. Łóżka w sypialni bardzo wygodne, w salonie niestety bardzo niewygodne. Na dolnym poziomie w szafie brak półek, same miejsca na powieszenie ciuchów. Łazienka na dolnym poziomie do poprawy, jest prysznic ale brak w nim drzwi, kotary. Po każdej kąpieli cała łazienka zachlapana i zalana, pomimo kąpieli dosłownie w pozycji na kucaka, aby jak najmniej chlapać.

A new modern apartment in a small complex. Fantastic host that will respond instantly and will solve any issue with urgency. Location for us was great, far enough away from noise and hubbub of tourists but close enough to amenities. Super close to beach and we had amazing views!!

You’re not sure what apartment block you’ll be on and what pool you will have. We got a small complex with a small pool, it was very quiet season so not many people shared the pool however in busy season it’ll be overcrowded. 12 apartments and only 12 sun loungers. The apartment is small and it seem well equipped until you settle in and either things don’t work (oven) or are very poor quality and start to irritate you. The apartment was not very clean and long black hairs all over the floor, stains on floors that need a scraper to remove. Towels badly stained. Only one set of paper thin towels and no change of bedding for a week stay. No kitchen towel. Only a few bin bags (3 for a 7 night stay) No cleaning products and poor cleaning utensils. Beds and sofa as hard as a rock. Balcony from the main bedroom with no where to sit. Shutters with rusted hinges so impossible to close. Serious lack of maintenance and poor housekeeping, I feel for Manos who is the most amazing host and so patient with us. Most likely you’ll encounter gypsies living in the bushes at the beach. They cause no issue but you feel for them and feel compelled to help. Not the apartments issue but casts a bad light on the area. Area is a covered in new buildings works and some associated construction noise. Maybe in a year this will be finished.

Excellent location close to the beach. The swimming pool and garden area were well maintained and enjoyable. We also appreciated that some of the smaller issues we reported, such as missing equipment and a loose bathroom sink, were resolved quite quickly.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not fully match the standard and equipment presented in the Booking.com listing. Upon arrival, it was not properly prepared for four guests (for example, only one duvet was provided, and the bathroom sink was loose). The biggest issue was the sofa in the living room, which was heavily stained, visibly dirty and unsuitable for normal use. As a result, we were unable to use an important part of the living area during our stay. What disappointed us most was the way this issue was handled. The alternative apartment offered by the management was in worse condition than the one we had, while professional chemical cleaning of the sofa during our stay was not a suitable option because we were travelling with two children suffering from allergies. The final solution proposed by the property manager was that we could leave the apartment during our stay, but without any refund for the unused nights. Another important drawback was that the listing did not clearly indicate that one of the two floors is located at basement level. This part of the apartment had noticeable humidity, peeling plaster and an unpleasant smell. Guests should also be aware that there is an active construction site approximately 50 metres away. Construction work started around 7:00 a.m., seven days a week. In addition, loud gardening and lawn-mowing activities took place several times a week during the morning hours.

Bardzo przytulny i wygodny apartament. Salon z aneksem kuchennym i dużym stołem, do tego 2 sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami i sporymi szafami, każde pomieszczenie wyposażone jest w klimatyzację co zapewnia duży komfort. Niezwykle gościnna obsługa, dostaliśmy mnóstwo informacji, które pomogły nam dobrze spędzić urlop, na przykład o pobliskich sklepach lub restauracjach godnych odwiedzenia. Dla nas największym atutem było spokojne otoczenie, dzięki czemu mogliśmy się dobrze zrelaksować. Apartament położony tuż przy basenie, z którego chętnie korzystaliśmy, gdy wiatr nie pozwalał na kąpiel w morzu. Z tarasu widać i słychać morze, spacer na plażę zajmuje dosłownie chwilę. Plaża piaszczysto-kamienista, wskazane buty do wody, ale dzięki temu bardzo pusta. Na plaży dostępne są leżaki. Świetna lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do wycieczek na plażę Falasarna lub Elafonisi. Obok apartamentu jest ulica ale ruch pojazdów na niej był bardzo mały, kompletnie nie wpływał na nasz odpoczynek. Za duży atut uważam możliwość pojechania autobusem publicznym do Chani lub nieco większych miejscowości wypoczynkowych (Platanias, Agia Marina). Nam zdecydowanie bardziej podobały się długie wieczorne spacery wzdłuż brzegu morza do Maleme. Idealne miejsce dla osób, które potrzebują ciszy i spokoju. Na pewno chętnie wrócimy!

Wszystko nam się podobało ale być może przydałyby się zasłony zapewniające cień w salonie lub na tarasie, ze względu na orientację apartamentu na zachód. W miesiącach letnich może to utrudniać korzystanie z tarasu późnym popołudniem.

Fantastyczna obsługa, która reagowała na wszystkie potrzeby. Dobre miejsce wypadowe, basen i dla maluszków i dla dorosłych, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Blisko plaża, sklepy, lokale. Dobre miejsce na odpoczynek.

Die Ausstattung der Apartments ist sehr gut – besonders die mehreren Klimaanlagen sorgen für ein sehr angenehmes Raumklima. Der Service des Apartment-Managers Manos war außergewöhnlich. Schon vor der Anreise versorgte er uns mit wertvollen Tipps zu Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Er ermöglichte uns ohne Probleme einen früheren Check‑in, war jederzeit erreichbar, erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden und war durchgehend äußerst hilfsbereit.

Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy tuż przy brzegu morza. Dookoła są nowe domy ale i dużo natury. Jest cicho i spokojnie trochę na uboczu.. Można przejść się niedaleko do beach barów i restauracji.Trochę dalej jest sklep i piekarnia. Idealne miejsce do odpoczynku i wytchnienia bez chałasu, tłumów ludzi i zgiełku nadmorskich kurortów. Na posesji jest ładny basen dla kilku mieszkań, tak że najczęściej ma się basen tylkobdla siebie

The apartment was lovely: clean and comfortable, had everything we needed for a week’s stay and is right opposite the beach, tavernas and mini markets. Manos is a superb host! So welcoming and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure we had a great holiday.

Everything! The apartment was lovely, the area very nice although a little quiet

The area was a little quiet, I appreciate we were there out of season though, but it would have been nice to have a bar or something open. A lot of empty buildings and building work going on which made it feel a little abandoned but that may be due to the time of year?

Toller Ausblick direkt auf das Meer, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Küche und Bad waren gut ausgestattet. Alles wirkte sehr neu und modern. Manos war ein super Gastgeber und immer ansprechbar.

Die Fenster waren nicht ganz dicht und die Luft in der Wohnung war dauerhaft feucht, sodass die Textilien klamm waren. Das Apartment könnte noch ein wenig Ausstattung gebrauchen, z.B. gab es keine Nachtischlampen.

La vue sur la mer et la piscine était formidable, le rapport qualité prix est très juste. De plus nous avons été très bien accueilli par Manos qui est flexible, professionnel et très gentil.

Μας άρεσε πολύ η διαμονή μας! Ωραία ήσυχη τοποθεσία και η θάλασσα είναι δίπλα στο λεπτό. Πολύ ωραίο το κατάλυμα με καινούργια διαμερίσματα .Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Ωραίες ταβέρνες σε κοντινή απόσταση. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλόξενος. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το μέρος.

The apartment is ikea basic, so functional but not cosy. It has a fridge and freezer and an oven, so you can cook, but there are enough restaurants walking distance. The pool was beautiful, the washing machine and ironing board super useful. We were lucky in October, 23 Celcius, Sunny , it was perfect, we got duvets for the night chill. Local beach is good for a morning swim but boring. Nice beaches are 10 minutes away by car.

The sofa needs replacing.

C est une résidence avec plusieurs appartements. Pour nous, nous avions un appartement au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée (nous avons étais surclassé avec le peu de client sur place! Super sympa de la part du personnel) et nous voyageons avec notre fille de 2 ans. Nous avons étais accueillis par un charmant monsieurs à l écoute, très très disponible et très arrangeant (nous avons eu un retards de 1h sur la remise des clefs aucun soucis pour lui malgré qu'on étais dimanche) Logement très bien équipé (manque un micro onde pour réchauffer le biberon et les plats de notre fille) Nous avions demandé un.lit parapluie, il étais installé à notre arrivée. Volet sur toute les fenêtres des chambres. (Je pense que les appartements du haut ne présente pas de volet... a reconfirmer) Lidl , boulangerie, essence et restaurants peut être accessible facilement à pied ( pour le lidl une voiture est plus approprié) Aeroport à 45min Xania 25min Bref très bonne experience , les photos sont les mêmes que sur place ! Nous recommandons.

Au bout de la rue de la résidence... petit bémol des travaux sont en cours (octobre 2025) des nouveaux logements sont en construction. Pas de.gene pour la sieste de notre fille ni de réveil matinal. L.ile entière est en court de constructions Mer au bout de la rue(qui n est pas la plus belle de l ile ) mais qui mérite d être la... Le sable pour un enfant de 2 ans c est important! Manque peut être des chaises longues sur la terrasse mais... c est juste pour chipoté la piscine avec chaise longue étais juste en face. Pareil la piscine en octobre... elle n est Pas chauffée. Mais super jolie et très bien entretenu

Loved our stay here, great facilities in the apartment and amazing to have the pool outside our door and the beach down the end of the street. Manos was a wonderful host who responded to any questions or issues immediately.

Het contact met Manos was werkelijk fantastisch. Stond ons op te wachten en je voelde je gelijk welkom en ging mee het appartement in. Wasmachine en airco mooi balkon met lekkere stoelen en mooie tafel. Twee slaapkamers en voldoende kastruimte. Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker terug.
