Reviewed Aug 7, 2026sehr liebevoll renoviertes Häuschen, perfekt ausbalanciert zwischen Authentizität und Modernität. Schöne Und günstige Lage im Herzen Stavangers
bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir das Haus ganz offensichtlich nicht geputzt vor. Im Spülbecken klebten Reste von Zahnpasta, die Duschwand voller eingetrockneter Wasserflecken und die Krönung war der Kühlschrank voll von angebrauchten Lebensmitteln. Dass zur Vermeidung von Lebensmittelverschwendung trockene und lang haltbare Lebensmittel wie Nudeln oder Reis zurückbleiben, finden wir grundsätzlich gut. Bei offenen Milchprodukten hört der Spaß eindeutig auf. Zu guter Letzt haben wir in der Waschmaschine noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche entdeckt… gewaschen? keine Ahnung… Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll der tägliche Kreuzfahrer-Irrsinn, der Gamle Stavanger Horden distanz- und respektloser Touristen beschert, den ganzen Tag von 8 Uhr bis Abends die Luft durch Abgase verpestet und die Mikrovibrationen der Schiffsmotoren jede Freude an der schönen Umgebung zunichte machen. Dass wir dann nach 1 Woche noch 140 EUR für das Parkhaus bezahlt haben, da es keine andere Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe gab, möchte ich potentiellen Nachmietern auch nicht vorenthalten.

The way it was renovated and designed was really lovely and the underfloor heating on the lower floor was great. The host was very helpful and could accommodate our request to stay past the check-out - which made our last day perfect. Many thanks
Nothing really, the age of the building meant certain aspects were inevitable i.e. steep stairs, lower ceilings and older windows. As long as you are careful and nimble you will be fine! It is worth it to stay somewhere so special.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Veldig koselig hus som lå perfekt til i den gamle bydelen av Stavanger sentrum. Huset var koselig innredet og det var rent og pent over alt.
Egentlig ingenting. På grunn av husets alder er trappen til andre etasje litt smal.
