Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Sono arrivato alla struttura e appena ho fatto il check-in sono andato nel mio letto e ho trovato il letto in disordine e pieno di CHIAZZE GIALLE !!!!! Ho chiesto subito un cambio di letto perché in quello non ci volevo dormire e hanno rifiutato e ho chiesto il rimborso e loro mi hanno solo preso in giro dicendomi che ora arrivava la donna delle pulizie a mettere apposto, sono rimasto un’ora e il letto era nelle stesse condizioni e alla fine me ne sono andato subito da quel posto e ho prenotato un Airbnb!!! Lo sconsiglio a tutti e poi il proprietario non sapeva neanche ITALIANO!!!

Frühstück ist sehr dürftig. Nur ein Kaffee und ein Croissant. Kein Frühstücksraum. Auch beim Regen draußen. Tische nur mit einer Folie überdacht. Stadtzentrum nur mit dem Bus bequem erreichbar. Zu Fuß ca 30 Minuten. Also Fahrkarten zum Preis kalkulieren.

Par contre douches et sanitaires sales, moisissures, traces de croûtes nasales collées sur les parois de douche. Demander 25€ de parking la nuit pour une nuitée qui coûte 20€, c’est de l’escroquerie.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025One if the cheapest accommodations we found beforehand. There's a bus station very close which makes it easy to move around. The benches and chairs outside are nice to sit
My friend lost his documents in the train before we arrived without chance to get a police report or recover any documents on the same day; the hostel staff was not helpful at all, refused to host him and basically sent him away in the night. Luckily we found another more considerate hotel. The bathroom was very rudimentary and not clean.

Totul plin de praf, absolut peste tot. Baia nespălată, mizerie pe jos, praf absolut peste tot. Micul dejun este un croissant și un cappuccino servit în frig, obligatoriu afară, începând cu ora 9.00 Caloriferele în cameră erau oprite și când am anunțat la recepție răspunsul a fost "nu avem mentenanță în weekend". Ni s-a dat telecomanda de la aerul condiționat cu condiția de a o duce înapoi după ce îl pornim deoarece este doar una pe întregul complex... fără cuvinte...

El desayuno me pareció poco, no había nada para elegir. Café/cappuccino y 1 croissant.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Me gustó sobre todo la ubicación del lugar. Lo recomiendo para viajeras que están buscando cuarto de solo mujeres porque el ambiente es bastante cómodo y los baños están dentro de la propia pieza.
En general me parece una muy buena opción precio-calidad en Ccomo. Nosotras pudimos sacar nuestra reserva al barco a Varenna desde las 7am, está muy cerca al hospedaje. Tal vez se podría mejorar la variedad de opciones para el desayuno, pero en general el desayuno también me gustó, el croissant estaba fresco.

było brudno, było słychać szczury pomiędzy ścianami, a łazienki nie były sprzątane chyba z rok czasu, materace były paskudne i brudne, a wejścia do pokoju nie dało się zamknąć i wszystko było widać ponieważ nie było żadnych zasłon a była ściana z okien

Die Zimmer sind pragmatisch und zweckmässig (realistische Bilder), zum Schlafen reichts. jedoch die "Bettbezüge" zwei Stofftücher sind teilweise Löchrig und unpraktisch zum Beziehen der gebrauchten Bettwäsche. Die Rezeption war immer bedient, jedoch gab man uns nicht sonderlich gerne Auskunft und die Personen war stehts mit dem Handy beschäftigt

16 fős szobába tették a csaladot a 6 fős helyett. Egész éjszaka a többiek uaját hallgattuk+ rajtunk jartak at mosdóba. Zajos, vilagos és rettentő hideg volt az éjszaka. Masnap ki akartam jelentkezni, lemondani a köv. 2 napot, semmi kártéritést nem kaptam, sőt! Udvariatlan, nem készséges, sőt bunkó kioktatás következett a recepciós részéről.

Das Zimmer hatte keine lichtdichten Vorhänge. Das Licht von draußen schien so hell rein, als wäre nicht Nacht gewesen. Zu allem Übel war es im Zimmer durch das Badezimmerlicht, das nicht ausging, eh schon hell. Außerdem sehr hellhörig. Frühstück erst ab 9

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Die Lage des Hostels ist einfach unschlagbar. Es war sehr unkompliziert. Wenn die richtigen Leute vor Ort sind, kann die Küche hinter dem Haus ein toller geselliger Treffpunkt sein.
Das Licht im Frauenschlafsaal im Waschraumbereich, welches per Bewegungsmelder an geht.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025La ubicación del hote es buena, la atención de la persona en recepción a la hora de llagada fue deficiente, llegamos muy temprano como habiamos informado desde la reserva, preguntamos por el servicio de guardar el equipaje a lo que contestaron que debiamos pagar por guardar el equpaje. En nuetro viaje este debia ser el septimo hotel, en todos ellos nos guardaron el equipaje, en algunos al regresar en la noche ya habian trasladado el equipaje a la habitación.
Si en las politicas de este hotel esta el cobro por guardar el equipaje desde el momento de la llegada hasta la hora del checkin, deben informarlo antes de la reserva, en nuestro caso eran dos maletas y un morral y por cada uno cobraron 5 euros por cada pieza, en nuestro caso 15 euros. Hacen la entrega de la Toalla en la recpeción con los articulos de aseo, jabon y shampoo y para el Check 0ut debes llevar la toalla y devolverla, no sentimos maltratadas. El check in en este hotel es hasta las 2:30pm o eso nos infomaron.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Location is perfect and the price is very cheap especially when compared to other options in Como. Bed is very comfortable a bit tight for people taller than 1.95 but otherwise very good.
Bathrooms weren't really clean, in fact I doubt whether they are cleaned daily. There is no table near the lockers for one to organize staff before leaving, luckily the individual who was sleeping under my bed had left early so I could use that space to pack my staff. I understand not providing towels or soap but at least some hand soap is bare minimum.

No hay un área común en interior, así que en época fría es bastante incómodo estar en las áreas con mesas ya que es muy frío y puede estar lloviendo.

Не понравилось - открытое окно, закрыть нельзя, нет шампуни, дали кусочек мыло на двоих человек, шум дороги у кого сон слабый будете просыпаться. Завтрак 4 евро - кофе и круассан , не берите - перейдите дорогу напротив отеля и есть кофейня - там все это 2 евро будет стоить.

El baño no tenía jabón, solo me brindaron una toalla de mano (podrían ofrecer tal vez toallas mas grandes con costo) No estaba limpia la cocina ni las mesas del jardín, todos los ceniceros con cigarrillos que no es higiénico para el desayuno. Mucho ruido por la noche y gente bebiendo alcohol todo el dia en el patio. Entiendo que es un hostel económico y fui solo por una noche asique me parece aceptable, pero no volvería.

I was stolen inside the hostel and the staff refused to help me. When I woke up my key for the locker was gone (it was in my BED with me) and when I contacted tue guy from the reception to ask for a spare key he told me he didn’t have one. Because all my important things were in the locker I called for a professional to open it. Just when I told it to the guy that he said that actually had one but I would have to pay 20 euros for it. I payed and when the locker was opened my camera was gone. He refused to give me my 20 euros back. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hostel.
