El Ain El Sokhna-Villa at Piacera Resort Seaview

Nur die Lage war einigermaßen gut.

The view

Everything , the property was not clean , the cooking utensils was ruined and unusable , the garden was unusable full of charcoal and pestides .. so we did not use the garden at all .. it was quite an awful experience using this property… the resort is nice .. yet the property was quite not as expected at all .. there is more picture of how the property was not clean ..

Villa is big

Not clean, there is no garden, and no one informed me The villa needs deep cleaning and more care.

Sea view and big garden

Owner want me to clean the villa before i leave

The villa is big 4 big bed rooms

Garden wasn't clean need more care Gardners start working 7 am

Villa is spacious. and the host is beyond accommodative and friendly :)

Place and Araea, is nice, close to the sea. Host was responsive.

Villa is very bad. It is so dirty inside that you don't want to touch anything. At the kitchen and in bedrooms it is disgusting. Looks like a year or more nobody clean there. A lot of things are broken. We didn't have hot water. Strongly recommend not to go there.

Location… it’s midway between the beach & the pools area

It’s spacious but the stairs if not suitable for elders. The view from the balcony is nice & orlooks the sea. The garden is a nice space for outdoor activities (my timing was a bit windy).

The view , near to sea , outside garden, owner communication & flexibility to early check-in.

-The villa was absolutely unclean ....Ants everywhere even in bedrooms & kitchen , you can't leave any food for awhile on the kitchen bar. -The room with the main balcony was horrible from inside , curtain fixed from above with pins ,it's in horrible state makes the room like prison , lights buttons outside the room in addition the wardrobe makes sounds all the time &really don't know whyyy -oven in kitchen wasn't operating & there was gas smell in kitchen. -pools are mostly for owners only & the public ones some how far from the villa -water heater wasn't operating & even water ducts were in a very bad condition & full of rust that made water brownish in color -All carpets were unclean & in a very bad state. -As a whole unclean ...old furniture...needs alot of fixation for many things
