Surrounding area as mentioned is under construction. Walking upstair area toward the residence a bit dirty and very quiet. 2. Refrigerator as mentioned provided, however upon arrival those are not functioning. Other than that, house is excellence and host tremendously kind.

Might not recommend those who brings elderly person because the house is on the second floor (need to walk up the stairs, but it is not too bad).
