Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny i robił wszystko, żeby nasz pobyt był jak najbardziej udany i wygodny. Możliwość przechowania bagażu w lokalu przed czasem zameldowania zdecydowanie na plus. Lokalizacja idealna - między centrum miasta a piękną plażą.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Sehr gute Lage nahe der Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, kleiner Spielplatz gleich gegenüber. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber via WhatsApp. Geräumiges Appartement, sauber. Bequeme Betten.
Zu düstere Beleuchtung. Schon etwas abgewohnt. Klodeckel wackeln beim Draufsitzen. Eigentlich geräumige Terrasse (Apt. Nr. 1), die aber nicht wirklich benutzt werden kann- keine Möbel vorhanden. Vermutlich auch zu gefährlich, während unseres Aufenthaltes sind einmal Ziegelstücke von oben auf die Terrasse gestürzt...

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Comoda la possibilità di avere gli armadietti con chiave per depositare i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Piacevole trovare alcune cialde per prepararsi il caffè appena arrivati. La vicinanza del supermercato sotto casa e la fermata del bus molto vicina.
La cucina non è per niente attrezzata. Per un appartamento da 7 persone la cucina è attrezzata per 4, non ci sono pentole per cucinare per tutti. Anche i piatti non sono sufficienti. Lavastoviglie non c è. Il condizionatore è solo in sala, per rinfrescare l ultima stanza, in sala si gela. Un solo stendino per 7 persone,non basta nemmeno per gli asciugamani della spiaggia. Si contano 2 letti matrimoniali ma in realtà la stanza matrimoniale con privacy è solo 1 perché l altro letto matrimoniale è il divano letto della sala. Tutte le restanti stanze hanno il letto singolo.

因为是老房子，隔音不是很好。 卫生间的淋浴台高出地面，每次洗澡以后整个卫生间都是水。

It was clearly mentioned that the apartment is fully air conditioned but in reality only the living room has AC other rooms have nothing , not even a fan. This is totally Misleading and it was tough to sleep during the nights. Secondly the fridge wasn’t working, we called a technician, he literally switched off and switched it on again and said it will work in few minutes but nothing worked. We raised a complaint but not worth it.

Había pelusas debajo de las camas. Las puertas no cerraban, particularmente las de los baños eran las más críticas porque se abrían y no permitían privacidad. La persiana del dormitorio principal no bajaba, lo dijimos al establecimiento y dijeron que tomaban nota pero no lo arreglaron. Solo había aire acondicionado en el comedor.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Great location (15min by bus Malvarosa beach, 10min walk Turia park, 2 supermarkets, fantastic sushi in the street), there is no windows view (you see the wall from all windows) however when outside it is +40 it is a big advantage, washing machine
There are many apartments for rent on the 1st floor and few on the 2nd floor and unfortunately for us they are using not for family holiday but for PARTY! All 7 days we met just groups of young people in the house and they would like to dance, sing, smoke on the balcony all the night and then enjoy visiting each other (ringing and knocking) or just come back from the party at 2-3am. Every evening you just hope that you will be able to sleep. We send a message to the property management company and they apologize, however they could not do anything, they could not stop the night party, just apologize. So in case you would like to spend quite family holiday it is not the right place!

Se oye demasiada el ruido de los otro apartamentos, cualquier cosa que se cae del piso de arriba se escucha muchísimo, además nos tocó un grupo de jóvenes que salian y llegaban a las tantas haciendo mucho ruido y pegando voces a todas horas, el olor a cloacas era fuerte y el aire acondicionado de la Habitación es viejo y no está en condiciones para que un bebé respire ese aire

Me pareció que para el precio que tiene había algunos "detalles" que se agradecería mejorar (p.e. unas pinzas para colgar la ropa o la tapa del WC bien sujeta). Lo del parking, me parece un poco excesivo y lo de pagarlo en metálico tampoco me gustó.

A kihúzható kanapé kényelmetlen. A fürdőszobák elfogadhatók. Vékonyak a falak, minden behallatszik a folyosóról. Pechünkre utolsó este jött egy nagyobb fiúcsapat 2-3 apartmant foglaltak el: volt minden, ordibálás, zenehallgatás, rohangáltak a folyosón. Felszólításra sem hagyták abba, kb hajnali 3-4-ig ment a buli. Mi sem tudtunk aludni, hajnalban mentünk ki a reptérre, úgyhogy nem volt valami kellemes napunk. Hiába jeleztük a szállásadó felé, nem tettek rendet.

Unfortunately we had very noisy people staying both above us and on the same floor as us. We were kept awake both nights of our stay. The staff were friendly and said they had informed guests to be respectful, but it unfortunately did not make a difference. There is air conditioning in the lounge but it did not reach the bedrooms at the far end and unfortunately no fans were made available so some of our guests were very hot at night. The showers were also rather difficult to use in the small space.

La limpieza dejaba un poco que desear. Lo que peor estaba era el suelo, habia bastante polvo, hasta una lentilla (que ninguno de nosotros usa) y brillos de colores. Las camas y el menaje de la cocina si estaban limpias.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Das Appartement war super geräumig, die Lage sehr gut, das Haus als ganzes in gutem Zustand. Öffentliche Anbindung sehr gut, Bus um die Ecke.
Die Ausstattung des appartement war leider nicht so toll, da man auf einfache, aber wichtige Details keine Rücksicht nimmt. Wenn man nur ein paar Tage in so einem Objekt ist, sollte es schon Salz, Pfeffer und ein Geschirrspülmittel geben. ABER, das größte Problem war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht wie beschrieben war (klimatisiert beworben - war aber nur im Wohnzimmer, Rest nur Ventilatoren) - UND die Klimaanlage selbst ging nur immer 30 Minuten, dann musste man sie vom Strom trennen und wieder einstecken, usw. Bei über 25 Grad in der nacht ist das unerträglich!!! Eine Reklamation wurde gemacht, bis zum Ende des Aufenthaltes aber nicht repariert. Schade, ein grundsätzlich guter Aufenthalt wurde so ziemlich hitzig.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026El piso es cómodo y completo. La relación calidad precio es muy buena. Se puede llegar al centro de Valencia en bus en 15 minutos y a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias en 15 minutos andando.
Fue un poco lío entrar al piso, ya que la comunicación con la empresa no fue del todo clara. La entrada al garaje es por otra calle, por lo que se complicó un poco el tema de recoger las llaves. El suelo no estaba del todo limpio.

Easy to get to the beach or the old town by bike, it's right next to a big bike lane street. The apartment was pretty spacious, airco worked great, rooms were very quiet and easy to black out any light from the room. The hosts were awesome and so easy to reach by WhatsApp, they answered within minutes if not sooner. The check-in process was super easy.
There was no dishwasher, one of the bathrooms only has a bathtub type shower, bathrooms were also pretty small.

El proceso de check-in fue muy penoso y hubo un momento que parecía imposible realizarlo y, por tanto, tener habilitado el acceso al apartamento. La aplicación resulta compleja, además de que éramos 6 personas a dar los abundantes datos requeridos, desde el teléfono móvil y estando de ruta, continuamente en movimiento. Hasta que en uno de los hoteles pudimos conseguir un ordenador y sentarnos todos alrededor no pudimos hacerlo en condiciones. Por otro lado, no es comprensible que se pida tal cantidad de datos, incluidos los DNIs escaneados, móviles, emails, etc., teniendo en cuenta la legislación española sobre privacidad y protección de datos personales, así como las recomendaciones de las autoridades de ser restrictivos con facilitar el DNI y ese tipo de datos tan privados. Por otro lado, había detalles mejorables en el apartamento, en concreto en el baño situado en el pasillo pues no había soporte para el papel higiénico y la mampara era tan escasa, que se ponía todo perdido de agua cada vez que alguno nos duchábamos.

Noises from outside and the paper thin walls. The two bedrooms were facing the square / streer and the staircase with lifts just opposite. The apartment is recently renovated, but you could tell the low quality. Our toilet stopped flushing during the first day of our stay and shower drain wasn’t draining properly. These were fixed within a few hours from my notice. There’s only one air con unit for ~90m2 apartment which is really not enough during the hotter days.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Lovely apartment, very spacious with 2 double rooms, 1 very small single room and two bathrooms. The apartment was light and airy, fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. Although there was only the one air conditioning unit it was sufficient enough to cool the entire apartment. The location is good with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep. The beach and city centre are 20-30 by bus, unfortunately the metro was closed during our stay. Jose was a great host always available in need of any assistance.
Both bathrooms could do with hanging hooks and shelves. A couple of wines glasses for us wine lovers.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Goede locatie, ruim en schoon appartement en fijn dat er twee badkamers zijn. Communicatie met uitbater verliep ook erg soepel. Fijn dat er ook beneden bij het appartement meerdere supermarkten, bakkerijtjes en lunch/koffietentjes zitten.
Weinig. Enige minpuntje was dat wij met de deuren open moesten slapen, omdat er maar 1 airco hangt in de woonkamer.

La ubicación excelente. Volveremos a Valencia, Volveremos a Macflats apartamentos.

A localização é boa, mas não é tão perto assim do centro histórico nem da cidade das artes e ciências. O esquema de entrada é confuso, facilitaria se houvesse uma fechadura eletrônica. E não há ar condicionado em todos os quartos, só na sala e em um dos quartos.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026El apartamento es grande y espacioso, con una gran terraza aunque interior, pero tiene luz. Está genial la zona ya que tiene justo debajo un súper mercado consum, una carnicería, una panadería y un todo a 100. En frente hay un parque para niños y cerca hay otro. Hay bastante zona blanca para aparcar en las inmediaciones, fuimos dos coches de jueves a sábado y no tuvimos problema para aparcar. El personal muy atento a las preguntas y dudas durante el alojamiento. Además, nos dejamos un cargador y nos avisaron por WhatsApp de ello para que pudiéramos recogerlo y encontraron una buena solución para entregarlo después de haber dejado el apartamento. En general, muy buena calidad precio.

Wielkość mieszkania również miłe zaskoczenie 3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, aż głupio było przy tak małej liczbie osób zajmować tak duże mieszkanie. Lokalizacja też super, dodatkowo wszystko pod nosem sklepy, knajpki, plac zabaw ogólnie bardzo przyjemna okolica. Bardzo polecam, cena też była świetna dużo konkurencyjna do innych obserwowanych przeze mnie apartamentów. Polecam serdecznie

No aircon in bedrooms, only living room. No outdoor furniture to profit from terrace. Bathroom a little dated. Front door a little tricky to open. Walls are a little thin, so other groups can be heard.
