Modern country charm apartment.

Spotless, beautiful apartment with everything you could need. Spacious and comfortable. Lovely variety of food available and tea coffee and hot chocolate! Was lovely to arrive have a muffin and cup of tea after a long journey. Host was very friendly and property was safe and secure.

The apartment was really comfortable, clean and so homely. Clare had a gorgeous breakfast and catered to our dietary needs.

L'appartamento favoloso.

Spacious appartment with many ammeneties and very comfortable beds. Clare is very friendly and hospital lady.

Nothing to complain for 😀

Very comfortable bed and lounge. Beautifully appointed with great extra food and treats.

This is an exceptional apartment. Would stay again. Owner is lovely.

Nothing to dislike.

Conveniently located, only 7 min from the centre of Mullingar and 15 min from Hill of Uisneach. Beautiful modern apartment, very spacious and so well equipped: there is even an air fryer! We had a wonderful rest there, and YES, the bed is extremely comfortable . We very much appreciated the late check-out. The apartment is tastefully furnished and you feel independent there, and totally undisturbed. Clare, our host, welcomed us warmly and she offered any help, if needed. We felt well looked after in every aspect. Thank you Clare. We very much hope to be back some day.

Absolutely stunning little apartment , Beautifully decorated , spotless , everything you could need in one place . I always visit mullingar to stay with family and by the off chance I found this gem . I will 100 percent stay here again and cross all other hotels off my list . Clare is absolutely lovely , even topped up the fridge for us so we could make breakfast and be comfortable . I cannot believe it has taken me years to find this place i cannot rate it enough .

We had a fantastic stay at the property. It was very cosy and very well located with easy access parking . It was very clean and the added extras for breakfast were really appreciated.

Food was provided unexpectedly, very impressed

We had no complaints whatsoever.

Everything

In a good location Clean tidy Lovely surprise getting food for breakfast from host

Everything was fantastic, beautiful decor , everything you needed in one place ! Loved it !

Appartement très propre , rien n'a redire j'ai adoré ☺️

Everything was so modern and attention to detail was extra ordinary. The host really loved her interiors and her apartment goes to show

Nothing I would rate this 100/10

Exceptional Apartment Would rate 10/10 without hesitation 🙂

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this apartment.

Everything. The house is spotless in every detail. The hostess is super kind. Everything new and well decorated.

Very modern and very clean and was a very pleasant stay

The apartment is spacious, comfy and tastefully decorated, with lots of useful appliances (oven, hob, full fridge freezer with welcome pack items inside), coffee maker grind-to-cup, air fryer, toaster and so on. Lovely modern feel, large TV, comfy sofas. Extra large bed. Super shower. We just stayed one night, and drove into Mulllingar for dinner, but you could just as easily stay in and cook something substantial if preferred.

There was nothing I could suggest to improve. It was a really great choice for us.

The apartment was stylish, spotless and comfortable with everything provided and thought of. From sausages and rashers in the fridge for breakfast to milk and cookies. Clare couldn't have been more helpful and has great attention to detail.

Nothing.

Fantastic place

Location was great easy to find, very modern and lovely decorated, items for breakfast were left in the fridge for us which was a nice touch. We will definitely stay there again

Everything was perfect

We loved everything. The location was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. We would surely come back 🥰

The only tiny thing that we didn't like was a fly that was in the bedroom that disturbed us most of the night. All in all, excellent 👌

The decor and cleanliness was super.

All perfect.

Everything. A superb apartment.

Disponibilità, cortesia e servizi eccellenti

Niente da dire

This is such a hidden gem in Mullingar. Only minutes from the town gives you that option to buy in whatever bits you may need. Our host was kind enough to have sourced breakfast items and little treats to make our stay that bit better. The apartment was beautifully decorated, the smell was divine when we arrived. Everything we needed was at hands reach, couldn't fault anything. We will definitely be coming back again.

Beautiful, stylish interior. The host, Clare, provided some very welcome and unexpected breakfast food items.

Beautiful cosy and modern 😍 Lovely place to stay ..very relaxing xx Thanks Clare

Clare's place was absolutely fantastic! I was so impressed by how clean and comfy the house was—it really made our stay enjoyable. Plus, she went above and beyond by leaving food for us, which was such a kind and welcoming gesture. Thank you so much Clare!

Fabulous- super relaxing short holiday )) very good choice made to book that very comfortable home-like place )) very nice owner - provided more than can be expected ❤️

Everything was great 👍

Amazing property, quiet location, really clean, fresh look. Will go back for sure when over to the location

Very quite

Weird TV remote. Hard to figure out.

Clare the owner, greeted us on arrival, and we found the accommodation clean and with a lovely decor. Walk in shower.

We had problems finding the accommodation as our Garmin Sat Nav couldn't find the postcode, and there was no sign outside to inform us that we had reached it. I had to ring Clare for help. In the apartment there wasn't an instruction file to show us how to use the cooker or Air fryer. I am on crutches and found the floor very slippery when wet and getting out of the shower.

My 3rd stay here and it never disappoints. Perfect for a quiet night in...so cosy , place is spotless and has everything you need. It's my go to when I want a break from my hectic work life

Perfect place for a quiet night in 😀

Everything it was so beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fab selection of food provided for breakfast, nothing was left out.

The apartment is beautifully finished with high quality furnishings, bed linen & towels. Everything is spotless & little touches left for us like fruit & chocolates were much appreciated.

Absolutely everything, it is stunning, modern, clean, comfortable, easy to get to, quite near Mullingar.

Modern, lovely decor and extremely comfortable.

Everything.

I loved my stay here, and will definitely be back. Clare was so welcoming and made sure I was settled in. It was really well equipped and very comfortable. A home away from home is really appreciated when you travel a lot for work.

Everything was perfect, host went above and beyond. .

I loved staying here, Claire has made a beautiful apartment that was warm, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you would need and she even left food for me which was so appreciated as I arrived late at night. The bed was super comfy and it’s a quiet area. Also worth mentioning is a great WiFi connection, something I need for work and other places lack. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m up this way working and would look forward to coming back. Thanks Clare, loved your place :)

I can’t fault anything here.

Clare and Frank are the perfect hosts; we’ve felt at home in their beautiful new guesthouse. It's a truly comfortable, functional and spacious place, designed and furnished with care and taste. It’s been a great pleasure to stay there for a while, enjoying their large garden and all the amenities. The two bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the utility room make the place even more appealing. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute drive from Mullingar, with nice surroundings and close to a lovely greenway. We’ve fallen in love with this place.

Nothing

Perfect location just outside Mullingar. Very well appointed accommodation with lovely contemporary styling in a nice secluded country setting. Lovely welcome and good local knowledge of things to see.

You would have to really nitpick to find any fault.

Everything was 100 percent and clair could have not been more helpful nothing was a problem for her. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Everything 100 percent

Luxurious apartment. 5 star in every way. Spacious and modern and very comfortable and well equipped. Very considerate hostess.Even left food there. Fabulous place.

We loved everything. Possibly the best accommodations we ever experienced and we have traveled around the world.

Our only problem was the GPS didn't work so the owner had to meet us. Otherwise picking up the keys would be easy.

The location is out of town so walking is difficult. The location is otherwise fine- Dublin is an hour away, the west coast is only two hours away.

the place was spotless and had everything we needed aswell as two amazing hosts

Lovely apartment nice and quiet location

It was very nice and clean
