Es gab keine Klimaanlage und es war extrem Warm. Die Badezimmer Tür konnte nicht verschlossen werden. Die Treppe ist mühsam mit Koffern. Wir haben zu 5. gebucht und das fünfte Bett war nicht aufgebaut.

A simple apartment for an overnight stay to break a journey, in my case. It was very clean and modern, check-in was simple via a lock box and the room, while small, was pretty well equipped. I didn't touch the kitchenette given the short duration of my stay but there were decent facilities.

I wish I'd noticed the fan unit before the morning I left, but that one is on me! The apartment is quite a walk out of central Feldkirch, but you do get a transport ticket for the state for the duration of your stay, which you can use to get a bus from outside the building into town.

Dusche über Hausgang erreichbar, nicht im eigenen Zimmer. Wurde auch von anderen Bewohnern aus anderen Stockwerken benützt!

They forgot to provide a sheet and when i wrote them, they said, sorry, but there is no one available to bring it, so your child can sleep on his blanket. If that's not enough, the toilet seat was detached from the toilet. Poor hospitality standards.

Beim Einschlafen ist mir eine Kakerlake über das Gesicht gelaufen. Ich habe sie getötet und die Unterkunft daraufhin noch mitten in der Nacht verlassen. Der Betreiber hat auf meine Nachrichten überhaupt nicht reagiert und eine Rückerstattung abgelehnt. Aufgrund dieses Vorfalls werde ich die Unterkunft beim zuständigen Gesundheitsamt melden, damit sie auf mögliche hygienische Mängel und Schädlingsbefall überprüft wird. Ich hoffe, dass entsprechende Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, damit andere Gäste nicht ebenfalls solchen Zuständen ausgesetzt sind.

Top 5 Zimmer mit Einzelbett mit sehr kleinen Bad. Die Badezimmer in beiden Zimmern haben keine Handtuchhalter. Für den Preis muss man beim auschecken sehr viel selber machen.

Toilette und Dusche war nicht im Zimmer und sehr klein. Man musste über das Treppenhaus gehen. Ein Duschvorhang war vorhanden, jedoch extrem behindernd und für mich unangenehm.

Appartamento comodo, nuovo e ben arredato. Parcheggio proprio al''ingresso. Cucina abbastanza completa e semiseparata dalla zona notte. Il centro di Feldkirch si raggiunge a piedi in 25-30 min. Vicinissimo a un piccolo centro commerciale con supermercato a bakery.

Sarebbe consigliabile mettere tapparelle oscuranti alle finestre. Noi siamo stati a luglio ed entrava tanta luce, che ci svegliava prestissimo. Abbiamo dovuto usare asciugamani e borsoni, posizionandoli ogni sera, per schermare un po la luce. Non sono affiliati alla utilissima Konus card, che ci è stata data in altre strutture della zona, peccato!

The bathroom is across the hall from the room, which means that every time you want to use the toilet or shower, you have to leave the room and lock it then unlock the bathroom. I felt very uncomfortable as a solo traveler having to go into a dark common space in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. This is not indicated in the listing in any way. Also, the bathroom window had no cover or film on the glass for privacy when you showered - the neighbors could definitely see you if they were looking and you could not control whether the bathroom light was on so I felt like I was on display - I ended up using my towel to hang over the window to block it. The location is far from the old town and on a busy street (though to be fair this is clear from the posting, so not their fault), but the local bus system was easy to use once I downloaded the fairtiq app to pay for rides

Direkt an der Straße, die man nachts deutlich hört. Die Rollo sind gut, noch besser wären sie "verdunkelnd". Wegen der Hitze, war das Apartment im Untergeschoss genau richtig. Zu einer anderen Jahreszeit hätten wir die Information, dass das Apartment im Untergeschoss liegt (daher weniger Licht, kleinere Fenster), gerne vorab gehabt.

Good amount of space, great location. Great dishwasher. The check-in and check-out were seamless. It was very clean.

We were under the impression that this place would give us the free transportation guest card for Feldkirch but it does not. It was a complicated back-and-forth process with the host figuring out how it works and then realizing that the host is not part of the scheme. The host did not even realize he isn't part of it and kept directing us to the tourism centre in town to give it to us, which was incorrect (we called the tourism centre and they said our host was mistaken), so this was frustrating. It would be better for this to be stated outright somewhere on the listing and for the host to be familiar with the local programs and their rules. The other issue was that there was no fan. Thankfully, the room being half-underground made it so that the summer heat wave wasn't unbearable but it was still quite warm during the day. It was also inconvenient to open the windows, since the room is right next to the main road and opening the windows meant a lot of noise from traffic. A fan would have been much appreciated. A small thing, but it is quite strange to have very thick duvet blankets during the summer. We had to strip the covers from the duvets and put the duvets to the side in order to be able to sleep without overheating. Finally, there was an issue with the door to the apartment building not working for most of the time we were there. My partner got locked out of the place and thankfully another guest was around to let him in. We appreciate that the host came as soon as we notified him of this problem to drill out the old key holder. But this also meant that the door to the building was left unlocked the entire time thereafter. It didn't feel particularly unsafe because there was also the locked door to our own room, but something to note.

Esse suposto apartamento é um absurdo. Tem apenas cerca de 10 m². Dá para alcançar tudo da cama: o fogão, a geladeira etc. No anúncio do Booking não fica claro o que está sendo oferecido ao hóspede. para ir ao banheiro e preciso sair do quarto— e também é minúsculo. Ao abrir a porta, você já está dentro do chuveiro. Também há um manual explicando como usar a cortina de chuveiro. Esse minúsculo depósito, alugado como apartamento, é muito desconfortável até mesmo à noite, porque não dá para deixar a janela aberta. Ele fica no térreo, bem ao lado da porta de entrada. Visitantes indesejados poderiam entrar no apartamento se a gente deixasse a janela aberta para arejar o ambiente. Como não dá para deixar a janela aberta à noite, mas apenas entreaberta, não entra ar no quartinho; fica muito abafado e a gente acorda encharcado de suor. Além disso, tem algum tipo de inseto que fica se espalhando pelo apartamento à noite. Deveria ser proibido alugar um lugar assim. Felizmente, eu tinha reservado apenas três dias.

Die Lage mit der Strasse war nicht optimal, dadurch dass wir aber nur einen kurzen stopp hatten haben wir das in Kauf genommen. Fur einen richtigen Urlaub wäre das nichts.

Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Keine Kanäle gefunden trotz Suchlauf. (Wahrscheinlich Kabel defekt). Apartment Top 7 im Keller war sehr laut, da die Fenster direkt zur Straße hin sind. Man muss bei hohen Temperaturen die Fenster öffnen. ( Keine Klimaanlage). Dusche sehr niedrig (nichts für Menschen über 180cm).

Dobře zařízený apartmán pro 1 noc na přespání naprosto dostačující. Spousta nádobí v kuchyňce buď nového nebo krásně čisté. Přilehlé parkoviště hned vedle budovy. Klidná část města.

Sprchový kout - apartmán se nachází ve sklepě a sprchová vanička je vyvýšená, tudíž můj 2m manžel měl problém se na výšku do sprchy vejít (jinak s výškou 160 cm naprosto v pohodě :D).

Was a small room but ok for one night, with kitchen furniture and a tv that was working

The bathroom was outside crossing the hall, the window there was too low, neighbours could see me showing so I had to put my towel on the window because has no curtains. The main problem was the high temperature inside the room. Only had one window where the outside temperature at night was 30 degrees. There is no ac and not even a fan. When I arrived around 8pm I asked them by message if they have a fan somewhere and they didn’t answer. I could not sleep the whole night. I even tried to sleep on the floor because of this. Also I found a cockroach next to the trash bin of the kitchen.

Die Betreiber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit! Ein schönes Appartement, mit allem was man braucht.

Nicht gefallen hat uns nix. Jedoch wäre ein Teppichvorleger im Badezimmer toll gewesen.

Das Apartment war zwar überraschenderweise im Souterrain, aber war neu eingerichtet und es war vor allem sauber. Auch die Küche war mit dem Notwenigsten ausgestattet, es war ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach vorhanden. Parkplätze vor dem Haus – alles in allem sehr solide.

Die Tür konnte nur schwer geschlossen werden und war sehr hellhörig. In der Dusche können nur Menschen unter 1,70m aufrecht stehen. Das war aber nicht weiter tragisch.

Alles funktionierte wie beschrieben

Bei jedem Toilettengang musste man das allgemein zugängliche Stiegenhaus Queren. Aufzug fehlte mir. Fernsehen ist im Bett nicht möglich und ein wackeliges Stockerl kann einen Sessel mit Lehne nicht ersetzen.

Abdunklung könnte noch etwas besser sein. Fenster direkt an der Straße, daher zu Stoßzeiten laut, wenn man das Fenster gekippt lässt.

Keurig en schoon appartement. Prima voor 1 nacht. Vlakbij een bakker. Dat was fijn de o htend van vertrek. Het centrum op een klein half uur lopen.

Het appartement was in een kelderverdieping. Vrij warm. Met de ramen open toch best last van het verkeer.

La struttura è molto ampia e ben tenuta. Per raggiungere il centro sono circa 20 min a piedi oppure 5 in macchina e c’è anche il parcheggio. Veramente nell’appartamento

Bad und WC nicht im Zimmer

Mit dem Check in & out hat alles super funktioniert und mit dem Schlüsselsafe gab es auch keine Schwierigkeiten, da der Code per Mail zugeschickt wurde! Zudem waren die Zimmer nett eingerichtet, Fernseher und kleine Küchenzeile gab es auch! Gegenüber von den Zimmern gab es ein eigenes Klo mit Dusche, dass für nur mit eigenem Zimmerschlüssel zu öffnen ist! Obwohl die Dusche und das Klo in einem waren, konnte trotzdessen problemlos geduscht werden, allerdings muss man immer kurz ins Stiegenhaus, um die Toilette oder die Dusche zu verwenden! (Ca 1,5m gegenüber des Zimmers gelegen)

Ein Duschteppisch wäre toll, sodass nach dem Duschen auch die Toilette verwendet werden kann! (Der Boden wird trotz Duschvorhang doch etwas nass) Durch den Laminatboden im Stiegenhaus sowie Laminatholzböden in den Zimmern, wird wirklich jedes Geräusch wahrgenommen! Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Oropax oder Ähnliches mitnehmen! Eigenes Klo mit Dusche fand ich persönlich wirklich toll, musste also nicht geteilt werden!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gut gelegen und hatte alles, was man für einen (Kurz)Urlaub braucht. Das Ein- und Auschecken war absolut unkompliziert. Der Kontakt zuvor sehr nett! Trotz Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße hört man mit geschlossenen Fenstern nichts vom Lärm. Am besten gefallen hat uns, dass wir unseren Hund kostenfrei mitnehmen konnten. Das gibt es wirklich selten bis nie! Da wir öfter mal in der Gegend sind, um die Familie zu besuchen werden wir sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen! 😌

Die Unterkunft war außerordentlich sauber, und es war erstaunlich, wie viel man pro Quadratmeter Wohnfläche herausholen kann. Sogar ein kleines Apartment bietet damit alles Notwendige. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Code hat tadellos funktioniert.

Zum Apartment gehörte ein eigenes Bad. Leider musste man einen öffentlichen Flur überqueren, um zum Bad zu gelangen. In meinem Fall war das im Erdgeschoss, gleich beim Eingang. Am störendsten war, dass man morgens und abends alle Ankommenden und Abreisenden hören konnte, die oft ihre großen Koffer herumschleppten. Das war sehr störend.

La taille du logement (grandes pièces sauf une chambre qui est un peu petite), sa propreté, le calme (fenêtres fermées car rue très passante), la décoration, sa configuration, son équipement, le bon fonctionnement du WIFI, son emplacement, le parking, la facilité pour récupérer les clefs, le coin fumeur, les nombreux commerces à proximité. Il ne manquait rien tant dans la cuisine que dans la salle de bain et toutes les autres pièces.

La chaleur excessive dans tout l’appartement. Même en baissant les radiateurs, il faisait vraiment trop chaud, d’où des difficultés à dormir. Par moment, on a été obligés d’ouvrir un peu les fenêtres, Dommage de gaspiller ainsi de l’argent en chauffage ! Le sol est très bruyant (sans doute une ancienne maison rénovée). On craint de réveiller nos compagnons de séjour ou les voisins chaque fois qu’on marche (heureusement, la maison était peu habitée quand nous y étions)

Sehr unkompliziertes und einfaches Einchecken, bzw. Schlüsselübergabe via Codesafe. Kontaktlos, ob man das gut oder nicht findet, ist eine Frage des persönlichen Geschmacks. Das Zimmer war klein, aber hatte alles und trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es nachts ruhig. Recht zentral und nur 10-15min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Feldkirch, bzw. dem Busplatz gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Irgendwas stimmte mit dem Fernseher nicht, der ging in mehreren Nächten zwischen 0 und 2 Uhr einfach von alleine an. habe die Einstellungen überprüft, konnte das Problem aber nicht lösen. Wahrscheinlich hat vorher irgendein Spaßvogel im Zimmer übernachtet und irgendwas eingestellt

Das Bett war bequem, quietschte jedoch und die Kopfkissen waren mir persönlich zu hoch.

Es handelt sich um eine Kellerwohnung. Die Fotos sind so gemacht, dass man nicht sieht, dass die Autos in Fensterhöhe vorbeifahren (eine viel befahrene Straße). Samstag nachts war bis 3 Uhr morgens an keinen Schlaf zu denken. Zugang zur Wohnung eine uralte Treppe, Wände und Decke teilweise offen mit heraushängenden Kabeln. Unverschämte Verhaltensregel für den Gast - Bettwäsche abziehen, Handtücher in vorgegebene Körbe werfen, Müll sortiert entsorgen. Der Mietpreis ist für diese unmögliche Lage viel zu hoch. Ich habe Fotos aus denen ersichtlich ist wie nah die Autos vorbeifahren. Die Rollos sind nicht lichtdicht sodass man in der Nacht kein Licht braucht.

Great location for visiting Switzerland and Liechtenstein and wonderful to have the free onsite parking. Plenty of space and comfortable bed. Great communication about check in/check out from the hosts with helpful information in the room.

As with many places where guests have to clean the kitchen items, we found some had not been cleaned well by prior guests and had to re-wash them. Instructions said to leave the windows vented when possible, which we did as the room was quite warm, but being on the ground level put us right in line with traffic and pedestrians so we needed to keep the curtains closed and the traffic noise could get a bit loud. This wasn't too much trouble but if you are a light sleeper, you may wish to book a room on an upper floor.

Location is very good, spacious rooms, attention to details for comfort.

Compared to the superior cleanliness of the rest of the apartment, kitchen was not in good shape and required work from us. With fixing this, this apartment would be super good!

Room was very clean. Location was easy to get to from the train station.

As a man, I did not mind the shower situation yet for a female traveler, I might not suggest this place as the bathroom situation is just kind of awkward. You have to walk across the hall from your room in order to get to it and then you're basically showering in front of a non glazed window; so you're giving everyone a show. Furthermore to go from the shower back to your room, you are walking through a small but public hallway.

Close to the store

This is actually an Airbnb hidden on Booking.com. The location is far from everything, and the conditions are disappointing. You’re expected to clean up, sort garbage, and keep the tilt windows open (otherwise the basement room quickly smells). The windows face the road, so imagine the noise. Checkout is also at 10 AM, unusually early. For the same price—or just a little more—you can book a proper hotel in the city center: no cleaning duties, better location, and an actual view. I really dislike when these rules aren’t disclosed before booking. Not recommended.

Einzelzimmer-Appartement sehr klein, winziges Bad/Toilette über das Treppenhaus aner zur Einzelnutzung. Bad schwierig zu nutzen, da man durch die Dusche muss, um auf die Toilette zu gehen. Keine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. An lauter Ausfallstraße. Bett soll selber abgezogen werden.
