It was the worst beach I had been to , it' s so dirty beach and water , the property asked me for extra money as a condition to enter the chalet , otherwise I couldn't enter plus 1500 as an insurance for one night plus 500.le fees to the enter compound it self it's non refundable !!!!
Haw was all of that !!
It is really a very bad experience with booking 6 and with the property it self 😌😏
I have paid nearly more than the double amount of the price I had booked with my reservation at booking, and I had to pay at this time because it's so difficult to return back with the family after 4 hours travelling with our bags
In total, it was a very bad experience, I would never repeat it, and I had extra charged a lot of fees and got double the price I got in the application , I have paid 52.5 dollars plus 500 LE a non refundable fees ,per one night and the price I got it from the booking website was 37 $ kindly I wanna to get refunded these different as soon as possible

There is nothing wrong with the room. There is nothing wrong with the pool.
There is nothing wrong with the beach,
There is a nice Gangway filled with coffee shops and restaurants, a bowling center, and a supermarket.
unfortunately, the whole place is a joy killer.
The first thing we learned was It's not designed for guests to move around easily. Because we received a single access card which forced us to move in one group,
pool and beach closed by 6 pm,
our visit was during Eid, and the animation was loud and lasted for almost the whole day that was disturbing.

The furniture was in bad condition and kitchen and home appliances was horrible
