Provider-sourced guest reviews.
The location was nice and the outdoor activities were great!
Our room was incredibly dirty, clumps of hair in our bathtub, dog hair in the couches, microwave still had 15 seconds left on it as if someone recently used it, sink was gross and bed sheets were poorly redone.
Close to various restaurants. Lots of activities for families. Various pools to accommodate. Nice to have adult only pool. Staff was very accommodating, kind, helpful.
Detail to cleanliness was lacking.
Liked the three pools, but wish one was a little deeper. We also liked the marketplace.
The check in was a little dicey. Apparently the room wasn't reserved on their end even though it was already paid for. They made me feel like we didn't have a place to stay at first.
Luxury feel and the updated decorations
More food options
Clean, updated, and good location
slopeside location and shuttle to other mountains
the sprawling buildings are a bit of a labyrinth
Helpful staff
Small confusion about shuttle pickup location. Two of the stops are near buildings with the word Market in them. Only a local would understand.
distance to the ski village
resort could use update/ painting new furniture, new carpets. etc....
The room was spectacular; every employee we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful; resort facilities were extensive and perfect location within Canyon village.
Windows in the room were a bit dirty and needed cleaning
location, amenities, programs, facilities
wish the resort offered airport transfers
Super convenient, all inclusive service package, and family friendly
The room we had was a small for 4 people
Great Property ... but DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM to book the property (go direct or through another site)!! We had another reservation booked (after this trip) with Booking.com and the hotel said they NEVER got the reservation (but we had a confirmation AND PIN number confirming the reservation on Booking.com!). Booking.com DID NOT HONOR THEIR OWN BOOKING! and then it was too late to find another hotel during a busy time. They offered a minimal 'credit' but it was too late to find another hotel since the area was compelely booked up. I will NEVER use Booking.com again (and I used to use them all the time for persoanl and business travel).
Location, location, location. Great proximity to Canyons Mountain, restaurants and amenities (three pool areas, sauna, steam, grocery store, coffee shop, valet to city and skis).

Magnificent Spa! I really enjoyed the afternoon after skiing going to the Steam rooms, Sauna Jacuzzi etc. The swimming pool for adult only was very nice.
Staff is extremely helpful, complimentary shuttle can be ordered via app
The building plan is extremely confusing, there’s no room cleaning nor breakfast included
This unit is privately owned and it was perfect. Home away from home. Thank you
The location is the best asset.
This unit was very dated, felt like 1980 walking into it. We found a hair tie on the couch. The room had a smell we thought was mold or maybe a smoker stayed there before us.
- Westgate resort has amazing complimentary services (ski valet, car valet, lockers, great indoor / outdoor pools, Uber like shuttle service) - great location directly on the Canyons village plaza - 300 feet from Red Pine gondola / Orange Bubble Express and the ski school - Multiple restaurant within Westgate and walking distance in the village - super comfortable master bed (bedding / mattress)
- dishwasher was not properly secured but functional - Pull out coach mattress slightly outdated (ok for kids under 10, but uncomfortable for older kids/adults)
proximity to the mountain and lifts.
Bedroom needs attention. Mattress too too soft and sheets over washed and scratchy.
Grate location
Great location very comfortable a little pricey
Nice room. Good facilities. Great location.
The parking is a little far, but that's not an issue for us. The one thing that is a little challenging is the small cook top. We have been in the same room twice now so we were prepared to adjust according.
Staff was very helpful!
The 4th Floor was a long walk to all facilities, but doable.
Great place! Enjoyed all the stuff around there
The parking and building was very confusin!
I liked the pool and that there were onsite restaurants and the pantry store.
The layout of the resort was very confusing and took a couple days to get the hang of. I didnt like that I arrived at 3:30 but was told i had to wait 30 min before I could check in. The room was ready and we were exhausted. The coffee shop on the lobby was overpriced and whatever smoothie we got was $12 and was inedible. Our shower was only either burning hot or very cold- cold water dripped on you from the rainshower head.
It’s a great location and usually a great stay.
Tired by the time we got to the room but it was messy and they forgot to clean the room. Had to stay in another room that evening.
For skiing, the location is terrific. It’s a short walk to either gondola and the resort offers free locker storage and ski delivery. Amazing. The pool facilities included hot tubs as well as steam rooms and saunas. Truly a resort feeling.
Location, front desk staff
Hvac system, dated worn interior
The location was very convenient, and I appreciated the shuttle service to other parts of the mountain. The room was comfortable, and when I requested a kettle, it was delivered the next day. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant and functional.
I experienced very aggressive sales practices related to timeshare apartments. I was contacted and offered a $200 gift card, presented as a bonus for guests, but it later appeared to be conditional on attending a 90-minute sales presentation focused on purchasing timeshare property, which I was not interested in. This approach felt uncomfortable and required significant effort to decline and disengage from the sales pressure. Additionally, the restaurant EGDE service felt overly intrusive. Despite the high price point, staff interrupted the dining experience every few minutes to ask if everything was okay, which became uncomfortable rather than attentive.
Loved how close and convenient it was to skiing and to the village . The on site amenities were also amazing. The adult relaxation pool, spa, fitness center and indoor/outdoor pool ( even open in winter ) was wonderful to have onsite. Starbucks and restaurants too so you didn’t even have to walk outside if you didn’t want. The parking and valet services were so easy everyone was so nice.
Our condo was just a little small for the four of us as there was a separate bedroom but the pull out couch went right into the kitchen area ( sink, fridge ) making it hard to get around the room or to the bathroom but it worked and was clean and the amenities were great and we only had the couch open when sleeping.
Pool was amazing and well kept
I like everything
It was a great ski in ski out place to stay. The amenities were amenities for the kids and adults.
Very nice property, shuttle service & location.
Terrible options for food both in Westgate & the village.
+ great facilities (3 pools, ski valet, convenient shuttle) and location super close to Canyons Village lifts (Sunrise, Red Pine gondolas) + very helpful staff (the huge resort is confusing at first) and ski valet folks + good coffee bar and not too overpriced in the lobby + covered parking is included (though a bit of a hike to get to the spot and our room)
- rooms could have been cleaner (the coffee table was dusty and there was leftover debris on it when we checked in) - ventilation was not great (we could smell other rooms’ cooking smells daily), and it was hard to get a comfortable temp in the room
Very nice resort with indoor/outdoor pool and also adut only pool and jacuzi. Very clean. Staff is friendly. Facing a lovely ski village main street.
Confusing layout
Convenient location. Excellent for skiing proximity.
The villa had an abbreviated kitchen. There was a two burner cook top and no oven.
It was exactly what we booked. The room was spacious and super comfortable with extra bonuses. Hospitality was amazing. They made you feel very welcome.
Nothing. Honestly.
The location is excellent. The facilities were nice. The kitchen is awesome and sufficient for a week stay.
Some of the facilities such as the steam room and sauna in the indoor/outdoor pool area were not working well.
I recently stayed at the Condos at Canyons Resort, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is definitely a highlight — close to the slopes and easy access to the lifts, which made getting around super convenient. The condo itself was fairly spacious and had most of the basic amenities you’d expect.
Check-in was smooth, though communication could’ve been a little clearer.
The condo was perfect. Plenty of room for our family. We had everything we needed, and the condo was clean and comfortable. Super close to all the fun things to do at the Mountain Resort. .
Amenities…pool, market and coffee shop. It was the best staff..from check in , doormen, and any employee walking in the hall. We got lost many times and instead of telling us how to get to pool or parking lot they would take us to our destination!!!
It was bigger than I realized when we booted. Confusing at times to go up to level 4…walk down the hall and go up to level 5 to get to our parking spot in garage.
Great location in canyons village, lovely pool
Limited food options available within walking distance during summer time
We love Park City and we like the location. It is very close to the hill
I didn't like that The room was in a different building I thought it would be when I booked it. also I did not have a balcony as promised just disappointed Compared to the last time I was there. Walking all over the building, to change stairs and Elevators is very inconvenient. Small room, enough for 2 people
Great room! Comfortable beds, awesome pool and property, and management and staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful.
Pools
Only 1 sofa sleeper and advertised 2 of them
Great rooms, pool area was amazing! Great location
Everything the place is wonderful the staff is great. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and it comes out in the way their customers are treated.
I loved the 2 bedroom executive suite. We had a great view and the condo was comfortable. I loved the pools, arcade and all the valet accommodations.
The maze of the property trying to get to different places was a bit of a challenge but any staff I ran into helped us and it made it easier.
Everything I love Westgate!
I wish we had a better view of the mountains
the room was really nice and great location and the shuttle to park city
just that we needed reservations for dinner
The location of Westgate Resorts next to the gondola is great. The ski valet gave us our skis each morning next to the gondola, where we dropped them back at the end of the day. Service was great. The shuttle service was also another highlight.
Given the condo is a private property, the front desk of Westgate Resorts can’t help with any problems inside the room. We had a problem with the shower (which in the end we solved) but no one answered at the phone number provided in the room for emergencies. Luckily, we didn’t have any issues but the support was deficient.
Loved the resorts amenities, the ski valet and location to the mountain (canyon side) made skiing super easy. The on demand shuttle service to park city and deer valley was also easy. Because I booked through booking.com I didn’t have access to housekeeping and had to wash our own towels. The room was small for 4 people, which made it a bit inconvenient. For example, when the foldout dining room table was open, we couldn’t fully open the refrigerator and when you’re eating with the table open is exactly when it would be nice to open the refrigerator. I think a bigger unit would probably be better. This was the studio. The resort was so nice and location so great we didn’t need to spend much time in the room. The shuttle service is amazing. If we knew how good it was, I wouldn’t have rented a car. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants were pricey but very good. Pool and Jacuzzi were well maintained and clean. Ping pong tables were a lot of fun. Overall, I would definitely stay here again but preferably in a bigger unit if I planned on using the kitchen.
Location, shuttle service, room and village.
Food and drink options in resort and village.
This was a wonderful apartment in a fantastic location — a beautiful place! The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including bathrobes, slippers, and even a steam hammam in the shower. The bed was fresh and comfortable. The apartment is quite small, but very cozy and fully equipped. The hotel also provides space for ski equipment and has a ski valet, which is super convenient. There are several saunas and pools in the hotel where you can relax after a day on the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of coming back next year. Highly recommend!
