Reviewed Dec 15, 2025- الايجابيات : 1- قربها الشديد من البوليفارد. 2- حول الموقع "بعض الخدمات" 3- الغرفة جيدة و فيها كل شي تحتاجه.
- السلبيات : 1- لا يوجد عوازل صوت و كنت اسمع ازعاج اطفال من الدور العلوي واغاني مصرية من الغرفة المجاورة. 2- اشتكيت على منسق الشقق "ظنيت" انه سيغير الغرفة و مع الاسف لم يتم ذلك. 3- طلبت مسبقًا من منسق الشقق في بوكنج دور علوي و تم تجاهل طلبي. 4- يوجد رائحة كريهة جدًا عند المدخل ، و الغرفة في الدور السفلي لا يوجد بها شباك.!! 5- يوجد صوت مزعج من باب الغرفة عند كل مرة افتح الباب. 6- اذا وصلت متأخر فلن تجد احد تتواصل معه. (منسق الشقق مقفل جواله) 7- صعب تحصل موقف للسيارة. 8- تغطية شركة الاتصال ضعيفة للانترنت. (بصعوبة يفتح قوقل ماب من غرفتي) 9- سخان الماء في دورة المياة "اعزكم الله" يعمل باقل القليل و الماء بارد.. 10- يوجد تهريب ماء في السيب المؤدي للغرفة ، مزعج في كل مرة تريد الذهاب لسيارتك. 11- حجزت 4 ليالي بقيمة مقاربة لفندق 5 نجوم في موقع بعيد عن البوليفارد لثقتي في تقيمات الناس في بوكنج و يشهد الله على كل كلمة كتبتها. . # الخلاصة : اذا السلبيات لا تهمك فنصيحة لا تفوت الموقع و لكن خذ معك معطر جو ، انا بصراحة عندي "أرق" و صعوبة في النوم و ندمت لقدومي لهذا المكان.

Reviewed May 31, 2025Easy check in, walkable to boulevard (we came specifically to attend an event there). Close to food options.
Basic facilities were missing like toilet paper and a trash bag in the bins. The bathroom smelled very bad and the smell was in the entire room when we came.
