Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Alles wie beschrieben, sauber und gepflegt, inklusive sicherem Parkplatz. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und unkomplizierter Check-in. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Das Appartement liegt an einem Platz, an dem nachts die Polizei präsent war und sich einige Wohnungslose bzw. Personen aus dem Drogenmilieu aufhielten. Man sollte sich der besonderen Umgebung bewusst sein. Die Kaution von 400 € wurde erst in den Check-in-Informationen erwähnt und sollte bereits vor der Buchung auf Booking.com angegeben werden. Da das Appartement privat genutzt wird, gibt es keinen Schrank für Kleidung. Für zwei Nächte war das für uns in Ordnung, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre es jedoch störend.

No curtains above the entrance door window so during the night when someone was in the hallway the lights went on and lighted the inside of the apartment. Just as information the building is not very soundproof. It might bother people who are more sensitive to noises.

Sisäänkirjautuminen on vasta kl 16 ja ulos pitää kirjautua jo kl 11. 20 € maksoi, että pääsee kl 14 sisään, niin kuin hotelleissa.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2024The Pink Palace was awesome. Very clean. Right on the metro line. There was a grocery store right across the street that was available for essentials as needed.
I would have liked to take my clothes out of my suitcase and hang them up. But there was no closet space available for the guests.
