Haebangchon Itaewon 3 Bedroom Apartment

HBC area is always a great place to stay. Literally down the road from myeongdong, itaewon, jongno on the bus but far enough that you're not dealing with the business and noise at night. Slept great, clean, comfy, and quiet. Provided everything, including actual bath towels, not just hand towels. If you've been to Korea before, you'll know how rare this is! There are plenty of rubbish bags too!

There is a dining table and chairs, so there is no room for a sofa, which is fine. However, one side of the table is a long wooden bench. The other has 3 wooden chairs, no cushions or padding, so it gets uncomfortable when watching tv. The kettle leaks and water fills up inside the clear plastic near the screws at the bottom. To prevent this, I had to fill it just enough for 1 or 2 drinks. My only complaints and they're easily fixed!

Everything was perfect and complete. Place was comfortable and staff was always engaging and helpful. I love that they were also accommodate our request for a transport back to the airport early in the morning.

The location isn’t suitable for groups with older aged people. Location is hilly and can be challenging.

Wonderful owner who „saved” my missing item from the apartment and done what she could to deliver it to our hands. Thank you. Apartment itself is really nice. Unfortunately - no view from any window. But safe, private and quiet in the night. Really nice washing machine and dryer. Walking distance to the coffee and restaurants street. Just remember - on your way back, you will need to climb. Walking distance to the park with foot path to N Seoul tower. Do it from the very morning - the tower will be closed but peaceful of the path and quiet view to Seoul will reward much better than the crowds.

If you're looking to stay in an area which looks like it is out of a k-drama and you don't mind steep walks, then this is it. The accomodation is close to cafes, convenient stores, bakeries, etc so you don't have to go far for your everyday needs. The host was extremely helpful and responds to your queries fast. I highly recommend this place to those who don't mind the walks.
