درجة نظافه المكان من المفروض تغير فرش السرير بعد كل عميل درجة نظافه التراس حيث انه جزء من المكان وبالعكس هو المكان المميز كموقع فى الشاليه انقطاع الكهرباء فى الليل بسبب عدم شحن الكارت من طرف إدارة المكان وعند الرجوع لفرد الأمن الموجود قام بتشغيل الكهرباء وتم إبلاغنا يمكنكم شحن كارت الكهرباء غدا صباحا على تكلفتنا الخاص

الموقع والأمن في المكان ممتاز ومستوي النزلاء ممتاز اغلبه أجانب الفيو اكثر من رائع تراس جميل جداً جداً حمامات السباحة نظيفة وهادئة

بعض الأبواب والسباكة تحتاج الي صيانة الوحدة بالدور الثالث علوي دون وجود مصعد بالنسب لي كان مقبول أما إذا كان هناك شخص كبير في السن او غير قادر سيكون الأمر عليه شاق يجب ان يكون ذلك في حسبانك تنظيف الوحدة كان يجب ان يكون افضل من ذلك لكنه جيد

The balcony view is exceptional and the compound is very elite and clean

I would like to split it in two section 1. Regarding azzurra the management is poor since the main swimming pool is not accessible it is only for the owner as well as the beach . So why did I travelling there for the vacation 🤔? Also there were no elevator in all apartments. Also no activities in the compound. The accessible swimming pools for the rentals is very small either in depth or in the space. For the apartment itself, the AC'S are not working and electricity is not included in the package also the needed supplies like tissue detergent soaps is not available and some of the furniture needs a maintenance. So the conclusion is that it's moderate experience and I would rate it 5/10

Sahl Hasheesh est joli.

J'ai un doute, que l'appartament a été nettoyé après les clients précédents. Ou c'est la qualité de ménage inacceptable. Le tenue du logement est médiocre : A notre arrivée l'après midi: - la poubelle et les cendrier remlis de déchets - les traces de chifon sale partout - odeur de cadavre au frigo - abattant de WC est cassé - les portes ne se ferment pas - les rideaux absolument déchirés dans une chambre - le draps de lit plein des taches,, de poils et des cheveux - les tâches sur canapé/ chaises.

النظافة كانت مقبولة و تحتاج إلى تحسين و اهتمام اكثر

We had exceptional experience during our stay. Every thing was just perfect for us. I recommend it strongly to anyone looking for relaxation. The view of the sea and sunrise everyday was amazing.

The apartment in roof top so you need to consider that.

Very comfy and perfect place and the sea view is insane

Grosse, komfortable Wohnung mit einzigartiger Aussicht und sehr bequemen Betten mit genug Deckmaterial, da die Nächte im Dezember ziemlich kalt sein können. Saubere und zweckmässige Badezimmer mit genügend Warmwasser und gut funktionierender Dusche.

Leider wurden bei der Reinigung vor unserer Anreise Küche, Wohnbereich und Terrasse vergessen, was der Besitzerin ungemein leid tat. Schmutzige Pfannen und Teller, ein stark verschmutzter Ofen, gebrauchtes Geschirr im Ausguss... wir entschlossen uns, selber zu putzen. Dazu beschafften wir im Laden Putzmaterial.. und auch eine neue Bratpfanne. Die dafür ausgelegten Kosten wurden von der Besitzerin anstandslos zurückerstattet. Natürlich ist dies nicht die ideale Art, Ferien zu beginnen! Für die Inbetriebnahme von Elektrizität und WLAN mussten wir viele WhatsApp Fragen an die Besitzerin stellen, da der ganze Prozess für nicht-Ägypter ziemlich kompliziert ist. Sie hat immer schnell und zielführend geantwortet. Wir könnten uns auch vorstellen, dass dies vom Besitzer vorgängig erledigt und einfach weiter verrechnet wird. Es wäre wohl auch zeitsparend, eine kurze schriftliche Anleitung zu verfassen. Den tollen Smart-TV konnten wir - trotz diverser Unterstützung - nicht ans WLAN anschliessen.. der TV Techniker des Resorts war in den Ferien. Also haben wir anstelle von NETFLIX Bücher gelesen!

Emplacement, vaste appartement, terrasse et vue magnifique

Manque sérieux d’entretien . Portes des chambres ne fermant pas sans clé, ménage non fait , poubelle de l’ancien locataire non vidée, manque éclairage extérieur sur la porte d’entrée, très dangereux le soir avec les escaliers. Une machine à café aurait été la bienvenue, alors qu’il y a une douzaine de tasses à café. Les couverts pour 4 personnes sont insuffisants. La table sur la terrasse est cassée et trop petite pour 4 personnes ..

La posizione dell’appartamento all’interno del residence, soprattutto il fatto che nella descrizione non fosse indicato il fatto che l’appartamento si trova al quarto piano di una palazzina. Inoltre poca chiarezza sui servizi esclusi dal prezzo, ad esempio elettricità e wi-fi.

Amazing view , azzura resort facilities are amazing from pools , view, and the privacy with a security guards every where to help and support unlike the vibes at all in the resort, apartment was also amazing very large bedroom and the terrace was Amazing

High floor but it was ok but don't think to go and up many times during the day 😁, terrace needs more work to be more clean as it was full of dust , they have to add more towels otherwise take yours with you over all it was great best value for money

Beautiful sea view and high view.you can see all the resorts down . The apartment was not hot however it is in the rooftop.dome shaped roof made the temperature neutral . Clean pool . Silence and nature meditation.

It is in the fourth floor and there is no one to get budget upstairs there. You must have muscles to do that on your own.

الشقة والموقع جميل جدا ، وكل الخدمات متوفرة المرافق نظيفة والديكور خيال والأمن والأمان ممتاز يوجد مواقف سيارات مجانية ، الشقة نظيفة جدا اطلالة بحرية رائعة ، يوجد سوبرماكت مطاعم ومسابح ومجمع سوق داخل المنتجع ، تراسه كبيرة رائعة مطلعة على البحر.

1- وقت دخولنا بالشقة لم يكن بها كهرباء ، لان الكهرباء في الشقة تشحن عبر كرت واكتشفت ان الكهرباء بالشقة ليست من ضمن الايجار ونحن وصلنا في الساعة 20:00 لهذا السبب الاستقبال مغلق. ودوام الاستقبال من الساعة 09:00 الى الساعة 17:00 مساء ، لدى ارسلوا لنا شخص يشحن لنا عبر الكرت كهرباء لكن سرعان ما تنفذ الكهرباء خلال 3 ساعات ويجب علي كل 3 ساعات نتصل الى الأمن لشحن الكهرباء. 2- الشقة بالدور الثالث ( الملحق ) ولا يوجد مصعد ولا يوجد إنترنت .

Das Personal am Eingangstor war äußert unfreundlich Es war nicht so einfach, den zuständigen Mitarbeiter zu finden, der uns in die Wohnung gelassen hat Strom und WLAN muss man gesondert zahlen Wenn man buchen möchte, besser mindestens mehrere Stunden (oder Tage) im voraus - Die Besitzerin ist nicht vor Ort und muss anhand der Pässe, die man ihr via Whatsapp zuschicken muss, einen QR Code generieren. Ohne diesen Code wird man an der Zufahrt auf das Gelände gehindert

I had a fantastic stay at the Azzurra Sahel Hashish apartment in Hurghada. The apartment is spread over four floors with a beautiful and relaxing design. The views are absolutely stunning, especially from the higher floors — perfect for enjoying sunrises or sunsets. There are many swimming pools around the property, all clean and well-maintained, which made it great for relaxing throughout the day. The area is peaceful, safe, and perfect for a calm getaway. A big thank you to the lady owner, who was extremely helpful and kind. She made everything easy from check-in to check-out and was always available if I needed anything. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely come back again!

Just note that Wi-Fi and electricity are not included in the price, but the owner informed us clearly in advance.

The house was amazing, I loved the space and furniture. My family enjoyed the stay so much and didnt want to leave. Looking forward to booking again.

Everything needs extra fees to use like the electricity, the wifi , the beach (the place has no private beach area and you need to pay for any one there). The property is in 4th floor and no elevator, the owners of the place only has access to the best pool there and to a private beach area and the renter is not able to use it. Overall it was a bad experience .

I spent 2 nights in this lovely apartment with my family. Thanks for this amazing apartment. Well equipped and very clean. In reality your apartment is even more beautiful than on the pictures. I LOVED the sunrise today in the morning! 🌅 🤩 The room was really spacious and I loved the balcony and the views it was beautiful. The resort has great amenities we spent quite a bit of time playing padel which was right next to the apartment. The beach was really lovely and the water was soo clean. Really recommend this apartment if you are going to Dahl hasheesh. Azzura was a great resort!

The place was amazing 👏, clean, and the view was fabulous. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. One thing that stood out the most is the large terrace with the sea view and lovelly breeze. Cafe la Rocca was very nice, good food and lovely staff.

Just one minor detail that it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator, not convenient for people who do not prefer stairs. But other than that, it was just perfect 👌.

We had an amazing time . The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with stunning views of the Red Sea from the balcony. The location is peaceful yet close to everything, with easy access to the beach and pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the view is amazing. the apartment is sparsely furnished. simple plastic furniture on the terrace. there were 3 bath towels for 10 days, I ordered more and 1 bath towel actually arrived. (so 1 bath towel, 1 bedclothes and 1 beach towel... there are no beach or pool towels either. there was no electricity because we were able to check in 4.5 hours later and it was already dark. there was no hand soap, no towels, no kitchen towels. there was no water to drink, no welcome basket with fruit, chips or anything like that.... so I won't recommend this apartment to anyone. I live locally and rented it for my friends.

A Wow apartment with amazing sea views , Very clean and quality furnishings. The furniture inside the apartment is brand new 2 big wardrobes , but no hangers for your clothes, a brand new washing machine but no clothes horse or washing line to hang wet clothes.

The view comes with a price of a hike up 4 flights of stairs Then there is the hassle of having to get electricity and WiFi What could be the best feature of-the outside balcony has only the cheapest most uncomfortable smallest table and chairs making it impossible for Al fresco dining, such a shame

It was in the fourth floor and Azzurra in general has no elevators. I have a problem with my knee so it was a bit hard to use the stairs.
