Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Location of this place is fantastic being so close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. Host met us on arrival and offered ideas for activities and places to eat. Nice modern kitchen and open space dining living area with a decent size TV available.
The second bedroom is quite tiny for two adults with limited space to put a suitcase. A toilet in the bathroom meant people had to wait until the activity happening in the bathroom finished before being able to enter for their activity. We noticed their was an inventory count of items ie plates, cups, glasses, coat-hangars, but in a couple of cases the inventory count did not match the label.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Perfect beachside apartment. Ideally located on Onetangi beach just metres from the sea and nestled between some of the best dining experiences on the island. The apartment is well appointed, exceptionally clean with a simple contemporary design. Highly recommend.
Not a complaint, just note the 2nd bedroom is ‘cosy’, and the bed is a double (as per the description). The living space is spacious so plenty of room to relax outside the bedroom.

Check in was mixed up with another couple of guests, no biggie in the end as worked out with our dog on the ground floor and Adrienne was easy to deal with, also offered complimentary champagne for the minor inconvenience.

If you like water sports, there's a hire place next door. We found the beds and pillows comfortable and good quality. The border garden is beautiful. The owners are lovely, friendly and helpful. We would stay again.
Some of the fittings and fixtures in our apartment are due for a refresh; the bathroom in particular is showing its age.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025This property was in a perfect position! It’s bookended by great food venues and opposite the beach. The 50A and 50B buses make travelling to/from the ferry so easy. The two bedrooms and living areas are spacious and quality.
It has only one bathroom but that’s not really an issue. We didn’t love the combined washer/dryer but only because we are not used to it (maybe some instructions?).

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025So beautifully positioned, on the quiet side of Waiheke. It is in easy reach of plenty of restaurants and a convenience store. This unit has everything you need for your holiday and more. The hosts communicate exceptionally well ahead of and during the stay, and are on hand if you need anything during your time. Given how well provisioned the accommodation was, we didn’t need to call on them at all. Waiheke is paradise, and this accommodation is the perfect place to enjoy it from.
