Das Boot ist so wunderschön, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

De locatie, de rust, en wij hadden ook nog eens prachtig weer!

De tl verlichting s avonds Ratjetoe van bestek en borden etc. Niet compleet.

Interesting design concept. Sort of tiny house boat. Nice little terrace with Harbour views.

The bed was too small for 2 just friends to sleep in. Supposedly you cannot drink the water from the tap but it did not say so in the boat, just in the description we received.

Comfy, cozy, nice area. Close to stores, walking distance.

Shower worked fine, only the water easily leaked out into the hallway which we had to clean up... and with 3 people, after each shower, was a workout. That was the worse, and only thing that was bad. There was not a lot of places or shelves where we could store our things, but then I guess it's too be expected in a tiny house. The bunkbed in the hallway was hard to climb on to close the curtains. Not a lot of privacy.

Once again it was an amazing experience in Zeewolde on the boat. This time I booked a different boat which was more modern and comfortable. It was, once again, just perfect. Everything was very clean und comfy and I enjoyed the stay so much!

Man muss beim duschen aufpassen, dass man den Flur nicht unter Wasser setzt. Öfters mal mit dem Gummiabzieher dass Wasser vom Rand ziehen

Besonders die Lage direkt am Wasser.

Gute Ausstattung. Gut gelegen. Alle Geschäfte fussläufig erreichbar. Bequeme Betten. Guter Service.

Sehr eng. Zu klein. Kein Wasserkocher. Kein Toaster. Kein richtiger Kleiderschrank. Man konnte die Kleidung schlecht unterbringen. Es hatte viel geregnet und wir konnten unsere nasse Kleidung schlecht trocknen.

Gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Hausboot - alles da, wenn auch auf kleinstem Raum. Nett gelegen, kleiner, nicht so touristischer Ort.

Ich würde eine persönliche Übergabe bevorzugen, da man nicht alle Tage Urlaub auf dem Hausboot macht. Z.B. war die Anzeige des Wassertanks fast gar nicht zu erkennen und am letzten Tag ging uns das Wasser aus. Aufgrund der Bauweise (rundum Glas) bei Ankunft drinnen 41 Grad! Hier hätte man auch zur Wasserseite die Jalousien herunterlassen sollen. Oberdeck war nicht nutzbar - Polster extrem dreckig, voller Vogelmist und Spinnweben. Sie waren anscheinend die ganze Zeit bei Wind und Wetter draußen, während in der Aufbewahrungsbox Wasser stand.

Super einfache Abwicklung beim Check In; sehr sauber; tolle, ruhige Lage

We loved the novelty of being in the boat houses and the atmosphere provided by the wildlife and other peer habitants. The communication from the host and what to expect was superb. The location was positioned perfectly for cycling adventures to Leyland and Hardwijk. There were plenty of groceries and restaurants and even a beach right by the jetty.

It was challenging to make the boat house dark at night.

Die Ruhe

1.Tag Heizung ausgefallen, aber wurde schnell behoben. 2.Tag kein Wasser und wieder Heizung ausgefallen über sehr kalt bis ich wieder den Service informiert habe, wurde aber behoben. Auf dem Sonnendach, die Katastrophe

Ontbijt was er niet bij

Het was een erge donkere afgelegen plek, maar dat kan gebeuren in December. Eigenlijk is deze accommodatie niet geschikt om te verhuren in December. Het was erg vochtig, er droop veel water van de schuifdeuren. weinig informatie over de apparatuur zoals de verwarming. Mijn man heeft een apneu-apparaat. Daar was alleen een stopcontact voor in de badkamer. Door onder in het stapelbed te gaan liggen, kon hij het apparaat gebruiken. En we hadden voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 7 en 9 jaar geboekt. Dan zou het fijn zijn als je 4 plaatsen hebt aan de eettafel. Er was alleen een erg kleine ronde tafel met 2 stoelen. Kortom een erg teleurstellend uitje voor mijn man die ik dit kado had gedaan ivmzijn pensioen.

Wir haben ein wundervolles Wochenende auf dem Hausboot in Zeewolde verbracht! 🛥️🌊 Das Boot ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den bereitgestellten Kaffee ☕ – perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag auf dem Wasser. Die Lage ist einfach top: ruhig, schön gelegen und mit einer tollen Aussicht direkt auf die Marina 🌅⛵. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut 🚗, sodass die Anreise ganz entspannt war. Der Check-in war super einfach und die Kommunikation mit dem Host jederzeit freundlich und schnell 👍😊. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! 💙

Das Hausboot ist toll gelegen, Strand, Geschäfte, etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küchenausstattung ist super, alles da was man braucht. Check in/out unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox, bei Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung und wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

Beim duschen stand halt alles ein bisschen unter Wasser aber das ist wohl einfach so bei dieser Größe :).

Unieke locatie midden in de haven. Veel comfort, ruime koelkast, kookplaat, volledig ingerichte keuken, prima bed. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

The houseboat really has charm. The two terraces were super cozy and the view of the harbor was really great. Overall, it was very quiet in the area, but I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as you can hear the water pump from time to time. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the accommodation had everything you could possibly need. The fans were very useful, as the boat heats up quickly.

Das man beim duschen alles unter Wasser gesetzt hat, aber das geht auf Grund des Platzes wohl nicht anders:-)

Das Hausboot war gut ausgestattet. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieter war freundlich leicht erreichbar und half einem bei Fragen gut weiter.

Die Hausboote bräuchten eine Klimaanlage ansonsten war alles perfekt

Es war eine tolle Zeit auf dem Hausboot für einen Kurzurlaub mit vier Personen. Die Lage ist toll, man ist nah dabei und kann trotzdem die Ruhe auf dem Wasser genießen. Es gab zwei Terrassen. Allerdings muss das Wetter mitspielen, was bei uns der Fall war.

Die Toilettenspülung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. :-)

Die wirklich aussergewöhnliche Lage im Hafen und Nähe zu dem schönen kleinen Städtchen Zeewolde.

Es war eine schöne Atmosphäre am Wasser, und der kurze Weg zu den Geschäften machte alles einfach . Die Gastgeber bzw. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Auffüllen des Wassertanks erfolgte immer rechtzeitig. Für uns waren auch das Fahren des Motorbootes und der Wasserfahrräder ein tolles Erlebnis .

Die Sauberkeit innen war nicht gut, Das ganze Boot ist etwas verwohnt. Sollte man zu Saisonbeginn auch aussen mal waschen. Die Ausstattung ist Mangelhaft, zu wenig Handtücher, kein Schneidebrett, nur ein Handstaubsauger der kaum noch funktioniert weil der Filter so verdreckt war, ich musste den reinigen, war sehr eklig. In einem Bett war noch ein schwarzes Haar...wir sind blond.....Schade mit ein wenig mehr Einsatz und Liebe könnte es ganz toll sein.

Second boathouse was compact, as a tall person the bed was just big enough.

Host was very responsive. I informed him about a missing roller blind at the front door; he had to go to the store to buy a new one and had it installed within 20 minutes! A great Greek restaurant at your doorstep. 2 TV’s with plenty of options!

We found 2 half eaten sandwiches in the cupboard… floor was a bit dusty. Unfortunately during this time of year many boats will be docked for winter. The house boat is 20 meters away from the rigging work resulting in constant roaring of heavy machinery. Impossible to sit outside (not the owners fault but needs to be considered). The blanket on the couch smelled kinda stale, might need a wash.

The location was great and the houseboat was nicely decorated.

Very well equipped little boat, very clean. The parking was easy. Our hosts were top giving us good advices for breakfast and dinner, also helping if needed.

Little smell in the bathroom, but considering the situation I suppose there is nothing to do about it.

The location is excellent in a working marina but lots of birdlife all around. Couple of nice medium price restaurants close at hand. Lovely owners who were very informative and rendered any assistance promptly. Would definitely go back.

for 4 people it was a little bit "cosy" at first but stick with it. If you are well organised it was lovely . There was plenty of parking but nothing designated.

Nice little spaces, compact but well thought out. Comfortable beds and super clean.

The boats are right next to a working shipyard and at times it was quite noisy. The kitchen had most things but no chopping board or knife to chop. The condensation got quite bad at nighttime (we stayed in November) and there were puddles on the floor in the morning.

It was exactly like the title says: "cosy tiny houseboat ". We didn't have the best weather, but it was magical to stay in as well. Glass windows all around, beautiful marina bay, super peaceful, and just overall wonderful experience. Would definitely do it once again.

The boat is in a little harbor with small boats giving a relaxing and special caracter to the stay. Superlarket is close by. Our main purpose was visiting 3 golf courses nearby. The owners are very nice and pro-active.

The wifi didn’t work until rebooting and then it was a poor connection, that was a minor detail and didn’t spoil our stay.

Very clean and cosy, just very small (I would recommend to book for 2 persons)

Fantastic hospitality. Fantastic to wake up on the water and have a cup of coffee while checking out the birdlife. Comfortable beds. Great rooftop area with chairs. Superclose to beach and stores.

It’s a smart designed houseboat with practical solutions, but it’s still a boat, so space is limited. We knew that so we had a great time 😊👌
