Not told 5 franc parking charge until close to arrival date, most certainly after reservation made No washing machine , property advised of where local launderette was, on return went to hang wet clothes on advertised clothes rack which was not present at property, so left with a pile of wet washing and nowhere to hang it. No bbq, advised of a location of a public one, unusable as directly under a landslide area, currently closed. Finally we specifically asked how many steps accessed the property, explaining that my disabled 90 year old mother with poor mobility was staying there, we were advised that there are approximately 10 steps, there were 16!!

El apartamento estaba impecable, las vistas desde todas la estancias son espectaculares y el entorno inmejorable. Amplio, cómodo y muy espacioso. Y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días increíbles en familia.

It was a big apartment with 2 bedrooms with its own bathroom. The kitchen equipment was good. Self check in process was easy.

The parking was extra cost and needed to be paid in cash only. It would be just easier to imburse the parking in the apartment rate.

Fraai en zeer ruim, schoon en net appartement op een prachtige locatie met waanzinnig adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen. De ideale plek voor ons om ons twee dagen te vermaken op doorreis naar Italië.

Manzarasını,balkonların genişliği konforlusu , odaların temiz,ferah ve geniş olması herşey mükemmel idi! Tekrar gitmeye fırsatımız olursa kesin tekrar bu tesiste konaklamak isteriz.

Tesise girmek bizi biraz zorlamıştı ama sonra hallettik. Sadece gelen emaillere daha dikkatli bakmamız gerekiyormuş orda herşey adım adım yazıyordu

Lage sehr gut, Parkplatz, 2 Badezimmer, Bei Problemen ist der Vermieter sofort gekommen.

Ausstattung eher einfach, besonders im Wohnzimmer nicht bequem. Eher günstig eingerichtet. Es ist alles da aber eben nicht auf dem Niveau wie ich es gewöhnt bin.

Es war wunderschön mit der aussicht, und alles war schön aufgeräumt.

Der Boden konnte sauberer sein

Absolutely fantastic stay. A warm welcome from the hosts. The apartment was beautifully furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Great access to nearby restaurants and activities. The open log fire was the cherry on the cake. Highly recommended.

Appartement très propre et spacieux, à proximité du centre et des commerces. Indications claires pour l’arrivée autonome. Wifi de très bonne qualité. Literie confortable. Cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle.

Une petite boîte de mouchoirs à disposition aurait été appréciée. L’isolation phonique entre les appartements est insuffisante et incommodante (on entend toutes les allées et venues des voisins du dessus).

The location and apartment were excellent. Close to the mountains, supermarket, and everything we needed. The views from the window were beautiful.

Parking wasn’t free, but it was manageable.

The view of swiss alps upon waking up in the morning and I think almost every corner has a different view of stunning swiss alps. Apartment is huge and clean.

The chip/key that is like a size of a 2 euro coin without lace, leading to a lost key that costs us a 400 CHF.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! The place is spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing trip. The mountain view from the apartment is breathtaking and one of the highlights of our stay. The property's landlords were exceptionally kind and hospitable, always ready to assist and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was that when the guests in the apartment above cooked, the unpleasant food smells would come through the vent into our apartment. This affected the overall experience a bit, especially during mealtimes. Aside from that, everything else was terrific. With a slight improvement in the ventilation system, this place would be perfect!

Very clean, bright and well equipped apartment with modern furnishings. Having two en suite bedrooms for a party of four was more than perfect. Private parking at the back of the property and situated in the middle of Kandersteg close to the likes of Oeschinensee, Blausee etc. A Coop or Volg is within easy walking distance. In winter the fireplace is an awesome bonus! Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Clean, bright, comfortable apartment in a quiet area and close to shops/cable car. Super nice views from the different balconies. Good contact with the owners.

Very good location close to the village center, train station and cross-country tracks. Great view from many windows. Very nicely renovated recently.

Only negative thing I could come up with: Old building, so we heard walking noises from upstairs quite often. Luckily, the people there slept at normal times, so this did not bother us much.

The property was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, The Coop, mountain hiking paths. Plenty of room for the four of us. Very clean. We even got some snow in September.

A lot of noise from the upper apartment because it have floating wood floor. No washing machine, the pillows was terrible. The bed blankets are for winter but not for summer...

Great location, easy to access. The apartment was likely very recently renovated, has everything you need with modern appliances and is spotlessly clean. We loved the fireplace! Free parking right behind the apartment.

As it is an older building you can hear the footsteps and chairs moving around from the upstairs apartment quite well if you go to bed before them. But if you aren't a light sleeper you probably won't mind.
