Majitelé byly velmi vřelí a hodní lidé. Ubytování bylo útulné a velmi příjemné. můžeme jen doporučit a určitě se vrátíme.

Miejsce dobre na citybreak, spokojna okolica, blisko do metra (w 25 min można dojechać do centrum), niedaleko są dwa sklepy. Super kontakt z gospodarzem, który nawet pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże przed godziną check in:). Dzięki lodówce i mikrofali byliśmy w stanie przygotować mały posiłek, a wieczorem odpocząć przy oglądaniu Netflixa na tv! Polecam !

Wyposażenie było okej, ale brakowało stołu by wygodnie zjeść. Może też przydałoby się dołożyć szklanki i jakiś ostrzejszy nóż do krojenia ;)

Very responsive hosts. They have met me at 1am! Very nice of them! The room has its own entrance, so it's fully separated from the hosts apartment. Very comfortable place.

Located 5 mins walking from metro Rissne (15 mins to T-Centralen) in a quiet and green residential area with a supermarket and other shops/restaurant around the metro station. The host was very kind and helpful, smooth communication and check-in/check-out. It is a private room with private bathroom with independent entrance (the owner lives next to) on the 3rd floor with elevator in a block of flats. In the room there was a boiler, a fridge, a ventilator, a microwave, television, dishes and cups, forks/knives/spoons, coffee and tea. Last but not least, probably the most honest price ever found on booking, considering how much Stockholm could be expensive, and that with the same money you can afford just a shared room and bathroom in a hostel. I would definetely go back there.

The only thing missing is a small table with 2 chairs, would be more comfortable for enjoying tea/coffee. Also I found the room very hot sometimes, but maybe it is a positive thing considering Sweden's climate.

Pokój z łazienką usytuowany jest na 3 piętrze (winda) w bloku mieszkalnym i sąsiaduje z mieszkaniem gospodyni. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującymi. Emma i jej partner byli bardzo pomocni. W pokoju lodówka, mikro, TV, talerze, sztućce, kubki i czajnik. Wygodne łóżko. W łazience ręczniki, zestaw toaletowy i suszarka do włosów. Widok z okna na sąsiedni blok. 15 min spacerem supermarket Willy's. Osiedle oddalone ok 7 minut spacerem od stacji metra Rissne. Przy stacji sklep spożywczy Hemkop.

Gdy objęliśmy pokój nie było w nim akwarium widocznego na zdjęciach. Bardzo brakowało w pokoju krzeseł lub małych foteli i niewielkiego choćby stoliczka.

Allt var fantastiskt. Värdinnan supertrevlig och omhändertagande från första kontakt vid bokningen och fram till ankomst. Mysigt rum som hade det man behöver, stor skön säng, rent och fräscht, egen ingång samt bad/dusch med schampo, balsam och tvål. 5 min promenad från T-bana. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta rum och detta kommer vi verkligen boka igen.

Both Emma and Shafik were great hosts. The stay was comfortable. They were very polite and friendly people.

Nothing to add

Hyresvärdarna var supertrevliga i sitt bemötande och vi kändes oss med en gång bekväma och förstådda samtidigt som att kommunikationen var på topp. Kommer definitivt hit igen ifall vi spenderar en natt igen i Stockholm!

Har inget negativt alls faktiskt, akvariet kan låta högt för vissa men vi sov utmärkt samtidigt som att hyresvärden berättade för oss om hur man kan åtgärda det under natten. Men som sagt inget problem för oss och för den som det kunde vara ett problem så kommuniceras lösningen väldigt väl vid ankomst :)

La verdad fue PERFECTO. Emma fue una host increíble, nos dejó dejar las maletas mientras íbamos a conocer y estaba lista nuestra habitación, tiene un tamaño grande, es hermosa, limpia, con tele y Netflix, con hervidor de agua, nevera, horno, para 4 noches nos solucionó mucho comprar cosas para comer allá sin gastar mucho, los acompañantes son unos hermosos peces, la decoración es linda, el baño amplio y cómodo, tiene todo lo que necesitas. Esta a unos 7 minutos de la estación de metro y la verdad te comunicas fácilmente al centro y lo que necesites. Si volviera a Estocolmo no dudaría ni un minuto en escribirle de nuevo! Recomiendo desde el aeropuerto tomar bus que es más económico y en la estación central el tren 10 a la habitación, todo super fácil.

The room was really clean, and the host was wonderful and super nice! There are dishes, a kettle, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator to use. Safe neighborhood in a quiet area. I loved my time here and will stay here again when I come back.

Nothing to dislike!

Зручний матрац, наявність холодильника, мікрохвильова піч, електричний чайник, чай, посуд, фен для волосся.

Наявність акваріуму у кімнаті візуально гарно, але ввечері створило проблему: шум від компресора, який фільтрує воду та підсвічування, важко було заснути, приходилося використовувати беруші для вух та маску для очей. А ще в умивальнику тільки холодна вода, неприємно вмиватися і чистити зуби льодяною водою,але в душовій: гаряча й холодна.

オーナーがすごく親切で朝早かったのにチェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれてすごく助かりました！部屋も清潔でテレビでネトフリも見れてとても充実していました！

最寄りの駅から少し歩くので大きなキャリーケースを持ってると少ししんどいかも。

O alojamento é simples, mas muito acolhedor e confortável. Ótimo para quem quer passar uns dias em Estocolmo em conta. Fica um pouco longe do centro, mas tem estação de metro a 5 minutos a pé. Fica numa zona muito calma e familiar. A host, Emma foi impecável, deixando-nos à vontade para qualquer coisa que faltasse.

Lummigt, fint och barnvänligt område. Boende enkelt, men lugnt och städat. Trevligt bemötande. Prisvärt!

Är man ljudkänslig ta med öronproppar då akvariumet kan störa sömnen, men det är mitt enda minus. Hade möjligtvis önskat en helspegel.

Kaiken kaikkiaan tämä oli kuitenkin hyvä majoitus - huone oli siisti, rakennus rauhallinen.

Hiukan liian kaukana Tukholman keskustasta, lisäksi Rissnen aseman ympäristö ei ollut mitenkään varsin miellyttävää aluetta. Sis. kirjautuessa piti erikseen soittaa majoittajalle. Tämän jälkeen hän tuli ulko-ovelle, esitteli vierashuoneen ja antoi avaimet. Tämä muutoin ihan ok, mutta majoittaja vaikutti (minun mielestäni) olevan selvästi flunssassa, niiskutti kovasti esitellessä vierashuonetta. Jäin pohtimaan, olisiko tällaisessa tilanteessa jokin muu tapa avainten luovutukseen, esim. voisiko avaimet vain nopeasti antaa, ja jos vierashuoneesta on jotain sanottavaa, niin voisiko infot laittaa esimerkiksi viestillä. Matkalla kun ei tieten tahtoen haluaisi välttämättä sairastua. Lisäksi, mikä jäi häiritsemään oli se, että majoittajan ja vierashuoneen välillä oli käytännössä vain ovi. Vierashuoneeseen kuului siis kaikki äänet majoittajan asunnosta (eivät he todellakaan mitenkään kovin meluisia olleet, mutta kuitenkin...), ja varmasti puolin ja toisin, joten en oikein meinannut kehdata soitella puheluita tms. huoneelta, kun pohdin, että saatan häiritä majoittajaa.

Apartment is located is calm neighbourhood with shop and transportation nearby. The host is friendly and eager to show around the apartment as well as tell about the surroundings. Check in and check out times were flexible and easy. Host was really open to communication and was available in case we needed anything. Room was clean and had all we need, there were also fridge, microwave, heater and a/c available. Room was equipped with hair dryer, kettle, great quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (not the usual cheap hotel ones) snd toothpaste.

It was quite spacious and comfortable.

It's a private apartment. Host came down and lets you in. You have to wait for it. It is far from city centre, also bit far from Rissne station. It is not noise proof between the room and hosts apartment.

Emma is super owner! I had everything I need. The place is cozy, clean, not cold. I felt like I’m on 2 weeks vacation:) Thank you dear Emma!

We like everything about the place, the host is one of the most generous person you could ever meet. The place was well presented, with all our needs. It was an amazing place to stay.

Maybe comparing to the city center, I had a long way to go. But the place is great, quiet place and confortables area.

The room was exactly like the photo and the bed was the most comfortable bed. There were a cattle , and the tv which includes netflix. Room and the bathroom was perfect. The owner is the sweetest person she was helping immediately if there is something we need. Location is also great there is a train station 3-4 min walk from the room.

The owner was really kind, we arrived at 11.35 pm and it was not a problem for her, so thats a huge positive point! The room was clean and well-built, the bed was big and comfortable. The place itself was in a good place, near to the metro station. The center with the metro is 15 minutes. I recommend it to everyone, it was absoutely a pleasure to stay here!

Maybe a bigger pillow could be cool, but nothing bad :)

The host, she was the loveliest and most helpful and genuine person. I couldn’t find the lift and she came down and showed me everything. Anything that we needed we asked her she provided. Absolutely recommend. The location is very close to buses and trams which was so handy

Absolutely Nothing

The metro and bus station are very close to the location. The apartment is small but everything which might be needed was well-thought-out by the owners. TV, internet, kettle and tea/coffee bags are ready to be used. Shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, towels and spare toilet paper for the guests were carefully thought out. We felt like home. Drawers and shelves are sufficient to keep your items. The host is a very kind, talkative and helpful person. She gave us information about most of the things which we might need during our stay. The district itself is beautiful. There is a beautiful park near the buildings. You can use the main door access chip to go down quickly by an outdoor elevator. The district is quite silent. We really liked our stay and beautiful Stockholm, and we'd like to stay again. We definitely recommend you to stay here and explore it for further.

Nice place, friendly and helpful host. Near the underground station and grocery store. Tea, coffee, shampoo, towels and even toothbrush and toothpaste were prepared for us to make the stay comfortable.

The room could be even better with some small table and chair so we could comfortably enjoy the coffee in the room.
