Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Hotel Panorama Alpin in Jerzens und haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. ❤️ Das Hotel ist wunderschön, gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir die herzliche und familiäre Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir waren als Familie hier und konnten unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genießen und uns wunderbar erholen. Es war ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort willkommen und zu Hause fühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Das Appartement war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Innenpool hat auch für Kleinkinder eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Saunawelt ist für ein Hotel sehr schön und großzügig angelegt.

Zum Bad/WC gibt es nur eine Schiebetüre, die einen Spalt frei lässt, so dass alle Geräusche in den Raum dringen. Nächtliches Spülen des WCs weckt dadurch alle in der Wohnung auf.

Die Anfahrt mit einigen Kurven und bergauf war aber bekannt

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Unser Appartement lag im Souterrain, direkt neben dem Indoor-Pool und in Nähe des Sauna-Bereichs. Tagsüber war da natürlich ein wenig Betrieb, Abends war es aber ruhig. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war insgesamt total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Hochzeiger war top und die Pitztal-Sommercard ist ein absoluter Benefit. Die Pizzeria im Haus haben wir zweimal besucht, das Essen war immer sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter aber leider ein wenig lustlos. Empfehlen können wir die Egger-Lounge, gg der Hochzeiger Bahn.

Nicht gefallen, würde ich nicht sagen. Die Lage ist durch die Höhe natürlich ein Traum! Allerdings muss man sich bewusst sein, dass man immer fahren muss, egal ob zum Einkaufen, ins Tal rein etc. Der Blick entschädigt aber für alles!

Calm location, children friendly - appreciated kids room next to the restaurant, beautiful wellness. Bus stop right next to the hotel (frequent services) and so close to the ski resort Hochzeiger.

no room service during our stay. Not a big deal but still, at least change the trash bag from the bin would be appreciated. Wellness opening times could be longer - e.g. till 10 PM instead of 8 PM

Schönes Hotel am Berg mit herrlichem Blick in die Landschaft (am besten den Talblick anfragen!). Zimmer mit Balkon, super ruhig. Sehr sauberer und angenehmer Spa-Bereich, u.a. 4 Saunen. Eigenes ital. Restaurant mit Sonnenterasse, Frühstück war inbegriffen, der Kaffee war sehr lecker. Super hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist Partner für die Pitztal Sommer Card, welche in der Buchung enthalten war und die Seilbahn-Eintritte im Einzugsgebiet bereits inkludiert! Die Seilbahn am Hausberg (Hochzeiger) ist in 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Ecke für leichtes Bergwandern vor der Haustür, wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Da gibt's nur wenig: Dem Frühstück könnte über die Tage ein bisschen Abwechslung gut tun, dennoch ist ja das übliche Sortiment stets da. Und wer das Pitztal erkunden möchte, muss zuerst einmal vom Berg runter und 10 min Serpentinen fahren (uns hat das aber nicht wirklich gestört).

Bij aankomst ruim voor het sluiten van de keuken was het niet mogelijk pizza’s te eten.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Sport- und Wellnessbereich in mitten der Berge! Mit der Sommercard konnten wir im Pitztal vom Busverkehr bis zu den Bergbahnen sehr viel nutzen und der Hochzeiger war als Hausberg direkt erreichbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Es gibt nichts zu meckern! 😌

Situation géographique exceptionnelle. Confort. Propreté. Grande place de parking. Personnel accueillant et compétent. Petit-déjeuner frais, riche et varié. En prime, un très bon restaurant sur place! Que des bons souvenirs...

Tutto assolutamente magnifico. In primis la vista dalla camera….di una bellezza inaudita 🤩. La struttura veramente bella. La SPA meravigliosa anch’essa. Colazione buona ed abbondante. I dintorni fantastici. Staff gentile in tutto. Complimenti. Rapporto qualità prezzo TOP!!

Impossibile ci possa essere qualcosa che non piace.

Super tolles, hilfsbereites und charmantes Personal, sensationelle Lage und Ausblick, sehr schönes gemütliches Studio, absolut hundefreundlich und zuvorkommend, lösungsorientiert; leckeres Frühstück, Pitztal Sommer Card inklusive, wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen und es war sicher nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir da waren!

Im Sommer wird es in den Zimmern ohne Klimaanlage sicher sehr heiß, aber das wäre jetzt Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Die Nächte kühlen hoch oben ganz gut ab (noch).

Die Lage war perfekt mit einem super Blick ins Tal, der Hausberg war schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war üppig und abwechslungsreich, alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön, alles neu und ansprechen.

Das Schwimmbecken war nicht besonders groß, dafür konnte man aber den nahe gelegen Naturteich jederzeit benutzen.

Locatie is prachtig! Ook het zwembad is aangenaam. Ontbijt is voldoende.

Erg warm, geen airco of ventilator bij warm weer. Nog moeten betalen voor beddengoed, dit hoort ons inziens in de prijs te zitten. Meubilair op balkon verouderd en balkon ook. Prijs-kwaliteit lijkt een beetje uit balans te zijn.

Das Hotel liegt an der kaum befahrenen Bergstraße, welche zur Gondelbahn führt. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick in das Tal. Das Zimmer war normal groß und hatte einen größzügigen Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffett ließ keine Wünsche öffen und war sehr toll hingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich war schön. Es gab mehrere Saunen und einen Ruhebreich drinnen wie eine Terrasse außen, von der man die Bergwelt im Blick hatte. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gab es an der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ich hätte mit gewünscht, dass bei einem 5-tägigen Aufenthalt im Hotelzimmer der Müll mal geleert, Klopapier aufgefüllt oder die Betten gemacht werden.

Nach 17 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Wir kamen um 17.30 Uhr an und hatten Probleme ins Haus zu kommen,da alles zu war. Ein netter Gast öffnet von innen und wir fanden die Zimmerkarten an der Rezeption. Eine Nachricht vorab hierüber und wie wir reinkommen hätte ich erwartet. Der Zugang per Schlüsselcode wäre wohl möglich gewesen, aber laut vorheriger E-Mail erst bei einer Anreise nach 22 Uhr nötig. Schlechter Geruch im Kühlschrank und in der Spülmaschine.

Underbar utsikt från balkongen i den lägenhet vi bodde i. Fräsch lägenhet med rymligt kök, matplats, vardagsrum och bad. Bra frukost med lika fin utsikt från terassen. Dessutom fritt inträde till ett mycket trevligt spa med flera olika sorters bastu. Även pool fanns i ett separat utrymme skilt från spa-delen.

I den lilla sjön bredvid hotellet rådde tyvärr badförbud, vilket inte framgick av informationen om hotellet. Tyvärr var sängarna och kuddarna också av mycket dålig kvalitet. Man sov direkt på jords resårmadrasser utan bäddmadrass. Detta tillsammans med usla kuddar gjorde det svårt att sova. Trist på ett så fint hotell i övrigt.

Fijn hotel met fantastische wellness faciliteiten, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Unser Apartment war groß, super ausgestattet und man hatte einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge. Der Wellness Bereich ist schön groß, alles ist sauber und modern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch die Lage des Hotels war optimal. Der Saunabereich war sehr schön.

Das Bad im Hotel war voller Kinder bei sehr hohem Lärmpegel. Das Gym wurde ebenfalls von Kindern besetzt und ohne Aufsicht zum Spielen benutzt. Ab 20 Uhr ist man sehr einsam im Hotel.

Als wir ankamen mussten wir das Zimmer erst noch einmal gründlich reinigen lassen.Mittelmäßiges Frühstück. Kein Zimmerservice und am Abend das Restaurant geschlossen, obwohl es hätte geöffnet sein müssen. Außenpool gibt es leider auch nicht mehr.

Super Wellness-Bereich, gutes italienisches Restaurant im Hotel mit super leckeren Pizzen. Tolle Lage, nicht weit von der Talstation Hochzeiger entfernt.

in der Sauna war mehrere Tage das Licht defekt, ständig Wasser auf dem Wellness Boden, dadurch sehr rutschig, fehlende Seife in den Toiletten

Zimmer war sehr schön. Sehr sauber und die Aussicht war unglaublich. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück war auch gut und der Wellnessbereich ist top. Wir hatten ein feines Wochenende.

Unfassbar tolles Zimmer, super Ausstattung. Leckeres und ausreichendes Frühstück! Fitnessstudio perfekt :)

Der Pool war deutlich zu klein. Sobald eine Familie den eingenommen hat, war gefühlt kein Platz mehr. Besser wäre ein Kinderpool und nur ein „erwachsener“ Pool. Weil das war bisschen blöd. Und das Wasser war nicht so warm, gerade nachm wandern wäre mal was richtig heißes toll!

Schönes Haus, aber ein stark gestiegener Preis (von 2024 auf 2026 knapp +50 %). Gleichzeitig hat sich der Service deutlich verschlechtert: teilweise nicht besetzte Rezeption, fehlende bzw. zu wenige Saunahandtücher und kein persönlicher Kontakt. Das Frühstück war maximal „okay“. Eine gute Ferienwohnung wäre die bessere Wahl gewesen – von Hotel-Feeling keine Spur. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt daher nicht. 😂

Das Restaurant hatte saisonbedingt nur noch Salate und Pizza (Ende Oktober)

Das Team war super nett. Es gab einen tollen Frühstücksservice mit sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl im Hotel und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Zu unserem Hochzeitstag wollten wir in der hauseigenen Pizzeria einen besonderen Abend genießen. Leider war die Bedienung aber sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich, was uns sehr geärgert hat. Schade!

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Zimmer war im Sommer sehr warm weil die Fensterfront das Zimmer schnell auf heizt. Die Vorhänge haben geholfen aber es war trotzdem sehr warm.

Das Frühstück war nicht sehr vielfältig und das Restaurant (Italiener) war okay, aber eher durchschnittlich aber sehr freundlich

Der wunderbare Saunabereich mit Panorama-Terasse und finnischer Panorama-Außensauna, der kleine wohl temperierte Pool…das mehr als geräumige Apartment mit hochwertig-ausgestatteter Küche….Das tolle Frühstück, sehr nette Personal…top Fitnessraum, zwar klein, aber dank guter Geräte und KH bis 22kg auch für Ambitioniertere geeignet. Sehr schöne Umgebung, das Pitztal hat auch in der nicht Wintersportsaison viel zu bieten und nicht zu vergessen…der Blick vom Balkon: ein absoluter Traum, fast surreal Man muss aber sagen, dass wir auch die ganze Woche Kaiserwetter hatten. Vielen Dank an das Team, wir kommen sicher wieder. Ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis habe ich selten erlebt.

This place feels truly magical in this region. Not only are the surroundings beautiful, but the hotel itself is modern and spacious, featuring a wonderful sauna and spa area. The pizza served every evening is simply excellent, and the team is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Tolle Lage, super schöne Zimmer mit Zirbenholz. Sehr hundefreundlich. Wir waren jetzt schon zum vierten Mal hier und kommen wieder! Immer wieder schön.

Wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste, wären es die nicht geputzten Fenster im Zimmer. Ansonsten alles wie immer top!!!

De ligging is fantastisch, ontbijtbuffet was erg goed en fijn dat er een restaurant in het hotel aanwezig was. De wandelmogelijkheden zijn geweldig en met de Sommercard kun je gratis gebruik maken van heel veel bergbanen.

The apartment was super spacious and well furnished. The staff was very helpful. The hotel location was very good, also close to the cable cars to Hochzeiger peak. The view from the hotel was very good! The provided us with the Pitztal summer card which helped us avail all the cable cars free of cost. The hotel has good parking availability with the option of electric car charging. The restaurant served good food.

The breakfast lacked variety. The pool was very small. The bedsheets were uncomfortable; we had to put blanket covers on the bed to avoid the rough bedsheets.

الموقع مرتفع جدا والطريق صعب على من لا يستطيع القياده في المرتفعات بعد الوصول إلى السكن يصعب النزول وزيارة أماكن اخرى والعوده إلى الفندق من صعوبة الطريق لذلك يجب أن تأخذ معك جميع اغراضك ولا تفكر في النزول إلا وقت المغادره فقط

Lokalizacja i obsługa. Bardzo mili ludzie, w okolicy można znaleźć wiele różnych atrakcji, a w hotelu swobodnie wypocząć w strefie wellness.

1.Brak klimatyzacji - w pokoju popołudniu było 32 stopnie. 2. zła organizacja śniadań. Mimo że kelnerka była bardzo zaangażowana, to po prostu było za mało jedzenia, czekałem kilka razy na jajecznicę. Każdego dnia czekałem na kubek, bo zabrakło. Dwa dni z rzędu również musiałem czekać na talerz.

Our apartment was big with a lot of space. Good quality equipment in the kitchen. Wellness area was OK

The swimming pool is very small, very cold and not really inviting for a swim. There was no staff, the bare minimum, in the hotel. The breakfast was very small and limited in choices. Not really what I expect from a 4* hotel. The restaurant was good but the location, inside the hotel, is far from ideal. Many noisy customers during the opening hours and when they leave. Our apartment was located at the streetside, no panorama!, and the street is very busy from 5-6am in the morning.

The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay—delicious and plentiful, with a variety of options. We also dined at the pizzeria, and both the food and service were excellent. Every member of staff we encountered during our stay was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

We stayed at Wellness Aparthotel Panorama Alpin for 7 days, and everything was amazing. The room offered a stunning view of the valley. We spent every day at the spa, which was unbelievably relaxing after a day on the slopes. Luigi creates true masterpieces in the pizza oven.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they have us great suggestions and helped when we needed. Nice location, with plenty of parking spaces and bus stop right at the door. The room was really spacious and the beds comfortable. Real, authentic, delicious Italian pizza (this we did not expect, it was a very pleasant surprise). Plenty hiking opportunities and great sauna to relax afterwards. Last, bus definitely not least, the Pitztal (Summer) card which was included in the booking, was amazing, it enabled us to hike more and to see great places, like the Wildspitze from nearby at 3440m, Sechszeiger and Imst from above. I really recommend this place and would most gladly visit again

Having the sauna open a bit later in sommer would be nice, but 8 pm is not too bad either.

Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Comfortable beds. View from the room was superb. Very good connection with local bus services. And with the Pitztall summer card you have all you need.

The hotel has a nice wellness. However, one day, when none of the heating in the wellness worked, the staff could not be reached.

An amazing view from the balcony, A kitchen in our apartment is really bonus for the family,do you have what you need. Thanks to the staff for the loundry our clothing. A breakfast so simple.every day a breakfast is same. The size of the apartment was very good.

Everything was great. Room with amazing view. Just 700meters from Hochzeiger cable car means about 10min by foot or by bus 3min. Staff was really friendly. They try to help as much as they can. English level very good. Restaurant 2 gentlemens are fantastic (sending very warm greetings). Room is very warm. The bathroom is very clean and has both shower and a bathtub, which is great idea. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner is great and I really recommend. Room is really good equipment in kitchen part in room- You can cook if You want. Beds are very comfortable.

Breakfast was not so great. Warm was only scrambled eggs. I ate and everything was fresh but not too many choice. Balcony window opens quite strange. Reception working till 4 or 5 pm. Of course, after that restaurant person helping, but for 4 Star Hotel is quite strange.. Need to pay additionally for towels even if You take Yours. Also, I need to clean the room and take out trash outside to the container (I never had experience like this in any hotels, especially for 2 nights for 2 people I paid 600 euro.

The spa area was really nice. The breakfast was good. It was overall comfortable and close to the ski slope.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The carpet in the room was coming up by the door. It was just some minor things that could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was perfect. We will come again!

What makes this accommodation unique are the people who work there. They are very friendly, attentive, and communicative. The hotel is very clean and offers an incredible wellness area for relaxation. The pool is great but only for kids who can swim and be supervised. There is a sauna of different types, and after a day of hiking or skiing, I can't imagine a better way to relax. Also worth mentioning is the hotel pizzeria, which is beyond anything we were used to. Great selection and excellent wines. Excellent and tasty food at a reasonable price. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering tranquility and beautiful views. It is a short walk to the slopes and the bus, which will take you one stop away if you don't want to walk at all. Overall the number of rooms, size of beds and amenities were perfect, and we missed absolutely nothing. We really didn't want to leave. The games room for the kids is a great idea, only the co-op games on the xbox are not set up and I believe the older kids would find it very entertaining. As for breakfast: A rich and tasty breakfast was prepared every morning. The only thing missing was sausages, and the coffee machine didn't offer very good espresso. Otherwise, the quality and variety of the food was amazing. There was a choice of vegetables, fruit, eggs, pastries, and something healthy and sweet for the kids. Final tip: Visit the Aqua Dome thermal pools - 30km as the crow flies, but the drive is an hour. It's worth it! Just be sure to book in advance or you may not get in!

I'm sending tips for improvement. In no way did they affected our amazing stay and vacation and I really look forward to going back again with my family. For me the best accommodation in the area! Mentioned the quality of coffee at breakfast (very subjective feeling). The kitchen on the first floor facing the slope had no curtains in the large window. We missed the privacy a bit. The hallway lacked a jacket rack, they are only in the rooms, it was not practical. The light in the hallway is on a sensor, could not be turned off at night and triggered every time we moved - night mode would have been great.
