For people walking the VF it would be good to have some basic supplies- oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and a little more in the way of utensils. Breakfast basic and not as good as in other similar properties. Hot tub seems unnecessary, given additional cost.

Reviewed May 14, 2025We booked this accommodation at short notice, we arrived in a thunderstorm with touring bikes. booking.com had screwed up where we were supposed to be staying and did the same thing here. Thankfully the host was absolutely brilliant. He opened up extra facilities for us that fully met our requirements. He let us store our bikes securely and he is a genuinely nice, humerous friendly person. In the morning he made sure that our bikes were readily available for us and wished us well for our onward journey. Things could have gone much worse, thanks to the poor systems of booking.com, thankfully there are nice, helpful people, like our host, who seem happy to help.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2025Very central, easy parking close by and very warm reception from the host. Well appointed, comfortable rooms and abundant hot water in the shower.
Only slight disappointment was UHT milk instead of fresh for one’s coffee in the morning. Otherwise excellent.

Advertised as including breakfast. Host left packaged dry toast, jam, and coffee. Some fruit, pastries, and yogurt would have been better.

Reviewed May 14, 2024Super beautiful apartment in the middle of the town, new and clean, it had everything I needed for the stay, owner super nice and friendly also helping before my arrival to find out about bus possibilities to Orvieto, communication fast and without problems, you should not miss this place. Very good one on my Via Francigena. Thanks Alessandro
