Bon emplacement, proche de l'ancienne médina. Appartement bien meublé( literie un peu dur)

Propreté à améliorer : évacuation de la douche bouchée, fuite dans la conduite d'évacuation évier cuisine, mauvaise odeur ds la cuisine,la cour est sale. Équipement cuisine à revoir, feraille ds les tiroirs. Le couloir qui pue la cigarette à cause d'un voisin fumeur, on est resté éveillé une bonne partie de la nuit à cause de la musique et de ses hurlements.

The host was a superstar - literally saved us at 10pm from a terrible riad experience. The host sorted out the apartment over the phone when we were homeless and lost. We were so grateful to have anywhere to stay, and the fact it was such a great apartment with everything we needed, great bed and shower, comfy couch and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. We were so grateful. Free parking next to the apartment and cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket 5 minutes away.

This clean, modern apartment is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from the shuttle bus to Tangier's high-speed train station. I especially appreciated how quiet the rooms are, particularly the one with the window facing the inside patio. Also, the doorman was very friendly and provided great assistance throughout my stay.

I appreciated the host's excellent responsiveness via the Booking app. My stay would have been perfect with a couple of minor adjustments. I would suggest sending property access instructions to guests approximately 24 hours prior to arrival (via Booking App or WhatsApp). Also, as some other reviewers have pointed out, the mattress is quite firm and could be an area for potential improvement.

The place was clean, and parking was available right outside the building.

The AC did not work properly, even in a lower setting..We struggled to communicate with the host. I feel that he was busy with other things and could not communicate with us through the booking.com app..

it was great, just the beds the mattress was so hard. my back was sore all the time. otherwise everything was great. when there was an issue it was addressed immediately.

Overall a good apartment, very well equipped, with a very polite host.

We were 3 adults on a cycle tour and this apartment was probably the best bargain we had on our trip. It’s very new and clean with high end appliances and we were very comfortable there!!

It was a little bit difficult to find and get the keys , we had to ring the owner who sorted someone to meet us, some more instructions on booking would be useful for this, unfortunately the gas had also run out so we didn't have hot water to start with , but this was sorted by the owner.

Todo estuvo limpio y de buena calidad. It felt like home. We had a great time and would love to come back the next time we are in Tetouan. The mosque was across the street and the view in front of the building was gorgeous.

Although there is street noise the building is quiet. The apartment has great windows, once they are shut the noise level is very low. Everything was great, I have no complaints.
