Rooms and bathroom were dirty, towels smelling moldy, dirty cushions. Cockroaches in the bathroom and building. Mold in the bathroom. All in all dirty with dust everywhere. Instructions for check-in were sent only after we talked to the receptionist of the building and they called the host. Air conditioning definitely has to be cleaned. Seems like a once luxurious place, now it’s dirty, smelly and needs urgently maintenance done. Pool is only accessible after talking to the receptionist and walking around the building.

موظفة الاستقبال لم تقم باحترامنا من ناحية اختيار الحجز المسبق وطريقة التحدث معنا غير لبقه وقامة بالتدخل في اعطاء الاوامر لي بازالة مركبتي من امام الموقف المخصص للفندق وتتدخل في شوون غيرها وقامت برفع الصوت علي اثناء التحدث معها وقامت باعطاء رقم غرفه خطأ متعمده

le portier qui demande le passeport et qui veux prendre en photo ! on est arrivé tard avec les enfants les passeports dans la valise ! le portier n'a pas a demandé le passeport j'ai payé une nuit mes informations sont déjà renseigné j'ai le droit de monter dans l'appartement sans justificatif. Sinon fallait l'indiquer directement et j'aurais pris mes dispositions. Le lendemain, à 11h20 une dame a toqué pour nous signaler qu'il fallait partir à 11h. Elle nous à demandé si elle pouvait commencer le ménage pendant qu'on fermé nos valises. L'accès à la piscine été fermé ! L'appartement été propre mise à part un cafard dans le salon qui s'est invité mais ça c'est les joies du Maroc !

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026We stayed in this house for one night because we needed to pick up a family member at Casablanca Airport early the next morning. We only stayed a few hours, but I can say that the house is very nice, very spacious, and comfortable, with two large beds and nice bathrooms. The Wi-Fi works well, and it’s very easy to park. The price was also excellent.
The surroundings are not very interesting, and the house could use a bit of maintenance. However, the main reasons to book this place are the space (especially the huge living room) and its proximity to the airport, which is perfect.

Achei tudo meio improvisado e pouco cuidado com limpeza. Faltaram amenities no banheiro, tem cafeteira (suja), mas não tem nenhuma cápsula de café . Achei pouco profissional.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Ruhige Lage nahe des Flughafens, Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Entfernung nach Casablanca ist jedoch nicht zu unterschätzen und beträgt je nach Verkehrssituation per Auto ca. 35-40 Minuten. Eigentümer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Penetranter Sicherheitsmitarbeiter am Eingang, der partout unsere Pässe fotografieren wollte, obwohl er kein Recht dazu hat. Er fing bei jedem Betreten/Verlassen des Gebäudes Diskussionen hierzu an und drohte mit Polizei. Am Flughafen bei der Ausreise bestätigte uns jedoch der Polizeibeamte, den wir hierzu fragten, dass wir NICHT verpflichtet sind, die Pässe privaten Sicherheitsleuten zu zeigen, geschweige denn sie fotografieren zu lassen, und dass es richtig war, dies zu verweigern.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen. Alles top in der Wohnung über Ausstattung bis hin zu Sauberkeit. Absolute Empfehlung.
Gut, wenn ich jetzt auf hohem Niveau meckern müsste. Der Gastgeber könnte ein Paar Streaming Services abonnieren (Netflix habe ich nicht ausprobiert, aber die Fernseherapp und Prime Video waren nicht abonniert). Zudem bitte esst die weissen Herzchen auf dem Tresen NICHT! Das sieht wie ein Willkommensgeschenk zum Essen aus, aber ist einfach Deko aus Stein. Einige Zahnabdrücke deuten darauf hin, dass ich nicht der einzige bin, der versucht hat, die Dinger zu essen. Lieber Gastgeber bitte ersetzte diese Steine mit etwas weniger anziehendes :)
