Had an amazing stay! Yassine is so sweet, helpful, and welcoming, you’ll feel like you’ve known him for years. The house is beautiful, tidy, and perfectly located near Houmt Souk downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Tout était bien nous étions de passage et Yassine et sa maman nous ont très bien accueillis et sont très serviable le studio est propre et fonctionnel je recommande vivement ce logement merci à Yassine et sa maman si nous revenons nous nous ferons un plaisir de nous arrêter vous dire bonjour ☺️

Es könnte etwas sauberer sein. Und evtl. noch eine Klimaanlage mehr wäre nicht schlecht.

Alles top. Werden wir immer wieder buchen. Der Gastgeber ist super lieb und sehr zuverlässig.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno da Yassine. Grazie a Yassine per la sua gentilezza, l’accoglienza calorosa e la disponibilità. L’appartamento era pulito, confortevole e situato in pieno centro, vicino a tutto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliato senza esitazione

Le logement de Yassine est très bien situé, en plein centre, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Tout est facilement accessible à pied. L’appartement est propre, confortable et bien entretenu. L’accueil de Yassine est chaleureux et professionnel. Je recommande vivement ce logement

Il proprietario di casa è super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha sempre risposto con tempestività e gentilezza. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto la mamma anche lei con gentilezza. La struttura è molto accogliente e dotata di qualsiasi comfort. Super chicca il piccolo cortiletto!

Nice friendly owner, clean and big house

The owner gave us a very warm welcome and helped us to get around, sightseeing trips, etc. Great location and nice decoration!

Me pareció muy bonito el sitio, cómodo y al lado del souk. Está decorado con buen gusto y tiene una pequeña terraza.

C'est confortable/propre/climatisé/proche de la station Taxi ...etc Le propriétaire est serviable et disponible.

Tout était parfait ! Le propriétaire est très accueillant et chaleureux, ce qui met tout de suite à l’aise. Le studio est propre, confortable et situé dans un quartier calme, tout en restant proche de toutes les commodités. Pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer, les taxis sont facilement disponibles à proximité. Un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Host was really welcoming. The place is really cheap and well located near the markets. The key attraction of this studio is the price which is more than reasonable for what you get.

The studio is reachable through a very narrow alley not suitable for bigger cars. The bathroom is the shower, toilet and sink all in one place. Cleanliness was average. The place is worth what you pay for.

Very nice and helpful owner, location

Place is nicely decorated with traditional local items. Location is very good and very close to downtown and all necessary amenities nearby including groceries, restaurants and large local market nearby. We had issues with hot water on the first day and the heaters battery needed to be replaced on the second day immediately when we informed the owner. The place has free WiFi and a small TV with satellite. There’s also a nice small terrace for barbecue.

The place is clean but existing sheets and blankets cleanness could be improved. Overall, it was overpriced as it incurred additional fees which were not posted on booking and we would not have booked had we known that about the exact t total in advance. I suggest for BOOKING APP to include the total price ahead of guests booking.

Excellent value house close to the souk. Good size bedroom plus inside living room and outside small courtyard, and kitchen with fridge/freezer if you need it. Yassine was a great host, sorting out a problem with the WiFi and arranging a taxi for my early flight. Bathroom is basic but this is reflected in the price

Nice apartment managed by lovely family. We were picked up at the station, received nice couscous, and felt welcomed.

Centrally located, very close to the Medina and to a number of restaurants, yet protected from the noise of the street. The apartment is spacious and looks as presented in the pictures. It is nicely decorated. AC works very well, which is important during the hot summer days in south Tunisia. Parking available right on the driveway.

A few things were missing which would have made a positive difference: hand soap, dish soap. While there is hot water, it is not possible to regulate the temperature in the shower. You either get piping hot or cold water - no in-between. So at the end of the day, you’ll take your shower cold. Lastly, if you’re a female solo traveler you may get excessive attention from the host.
