Everything was good.

L'emplacement, le cadre, la cuisine à la carte était bonne mais petite quantité pour chaque plat. La dame a l'accueil nous a aidé pour le change à notre arrivée.

1-Des frais additionnels nous ont été demandés, 2-Nous avons eu besoin de taxi pour le transfert, le personnel n'a pas pu nous aidé sur ça. 3-les petits dej sont locaux, pratiquement que de la bouffe local sauf le café auquel on avait droit. 4-nous avons demandé une assiette pour manger des fruits, le personnel nous a dit qu'ils en disposait pas.

The staff were lovely, the rooms big and clean.. the beds super comfy. Loved the complimentary lavender eye masks.

The staff were completely disinterested and unfriendly. The parking lot is away from the hotel and looks like a dump, with a barely servicable access road. Breakfast could have more choice.

Mooie uitstraling en lekkere lavendel supplementen in de kamer.

Geluid van buitenaf. Raam was niet volledig gesloten waardoor het geluid zeer goed te horen was. Vooral de honden buiten maakten erg veel herrie snachts waardoor we wakker werden. Sochtends ruik je het ontbijt als je op de kamer bent.

El alojamiento está tematizado con la lavanda, lo cual lo hace muy especial, desde champú, geles… hasta la propia bebida o comida. A destacar el propio restaurante del hotel, con precios económicos y una calidad alta.

Lo único que me ha decepcionado es que en el anuncio del hotel muestran fotografías de una zona de juegos y bar, la cual no existe.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Excellent service. Small hotel but all good and quiet.

1. Access to the hotel during weekends is a bit challenging as you need to go through the pasar malam jam. 2. There was suppose to be a bar in the hotel, but it was not operative so there's nothing much to do at night.

Het raam in de badkamer, er zit ook een toilet dus is niet zo gepast

Hele grote comfortabele kamer.

Locatie kun je niets mee. Handig om auto te parkeren en meteen door te reizen. Dat wel. Ontbijt matig. Restaurant sfeerloos. Kortom praktisch voor een nachtje als je met de auto bent, maar verder niet veel aan.

Everything especially the view and walking distance to Janat A Rayan restaurant, preparing and making very delicious Arabic dishes. Fantastic Lavender theme and cutey. Simple breakfast, however really delicious as well.

Nuestra habitación olía a humedad, como solo fue 1 noche no nos quejamos, pero no habría aguantado más, y el bufet no tiene casi comida, también es verdad que éramos pocos, no sé si tendrá que ver, pero lo dicho fue solo 1 día, así que bien.

Nice. The facility, room, staff all excellent. But the food for breakfast not as good as the property.

Breakfast. The foods not as good as the property. Nasi lemak without the sambal nasi lemak. The food not veriaty. Only nasi lemak without sambal , bihoon , bubur dan bread. I booked hotel only to enjoy breakfast at hotel. But i so disappointed and only take breakfast for 1st day even i pay for 2 day.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was amazing. The food is good, the breakfast was also great. The staff were very kind they helped us rent a motorcycle for the day as well as arranged a taxi to drop us at the bus station on our last day. Since we left pretty early in the morning they were kind enough to pack us some breakfast. I would recommend staying here. And would come stay here again.

Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Los artículos de baño con olor a lavanda eran de gran calidad. La oferta hotelera de la zona no parece de gran calidad, pero este hotel sí lo es.

I love it here. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, even have extra pillows. They provide all the basic amenities (toothbrush, hairdryer, iron etc). The breakfast is okay. The hotel is located on a higher ground so you can get a beautiful overview of the area and it is very near to the night market

Practically, functionally, location , cleanliness , overall very happy with the place , I had a zen evening very peaceful , had the relaxation that I wanted . The place is better equipped than the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed , their jacuzzi at the balcony really good quality , very nice of then to include the light up battery candles too .

Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war super nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war okay, das Essen ansonsten sehr europäisch und lecker!

Die Bar war geschlossen, was wir vorher nicht wussten. In der Gegend kann man nicht sonderlich viel machen (jedenfalls zu der Zeit als wir da waren).

Freundliches Personal. Sind auf alle fragen eingegangen & haben uns touren gebucht. Das Hotel an sich sieht super schön aus & trotzdem modern gehalten. Frühstück war auch super & das Restaurant haben wir auch getestet alles top würde ich wieder buchen.

Ein bisschen abgelegen mussten immer mit dem Grab 10min fahren vom Zentrum

This was the worst hotel I stayed at during my honeymoon. It was our ninth hotel on the trip, and unfortunately one of the worst. The place itself has some nice aspects, but the staff completely ruined the experience. The employees were very unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy, especially the reception staff. If I were the hotel owner, I would seriously consider replacing the front desk team with people who truly understand hospitality and respect the value of the place and its guests

We loved this place! The staff were so nice, nothing we asked was too much; lovely big clean quiet room; great breakfast. Can really recommend and would stay again

just a little note, the sweet welcome kit on our bed had two electric candles but the batteries were empty ;-)
