Le seul point positif est le personnel, notamment la personne qui m’a accompagnée jusqu’à la chambre, qui était très gentille et serviable.

J’avais réservé sur Booking une chambre double avec vue sur la mer, mais à mon arrivée on m’a donné une première chambre sans aucune vue et très sale. Les toilettes et la douche étaient sales, avec une très mauvaise odeur. Cela se voyait clairement que la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée. Après ma réclamation, on me l’a changé. Elle était plus spacieuse et correspondait enfin à ma réservation, mais la propreté restait très mauvaise. Dans l’une des douches, il y avait du pipi par terre, les toilettes étaient sales et les coins de la chambre également. Même si c’était moins sale que la première chambre, on voyait encore une fois que le ménage n’avait pas été fait, avec surtout une très mauvaise odeur. Pour l’hygiène et l’entretien, c’est vraiment inadmissible. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel

I didn't like anything about this place. Beds had stains all around ant the room had Cockroachs everywhere room was smelling very bad and I went to the reception to tell them about it nobody was there couldn't get help from anywhere so I don't recommend this place at all stay away from this place

Es hieß check in 00:00-0:00 vom 25ten bis 28ten 2 Tage , Musste nur bis 28ten in Sharm El Sheikh bleiben um dann meine Brüder und meinen Vater von Flughafen abzuholen. Jedoch wurde mir bei Ankunft das Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Resort verwehrt und behauptet ich müsste / Könnte erst um 12:00 Mittags einchecken obwohl auf der Buchung genau 00:00 zeigt und ich erst um 1uhr einchecken wollte. darauf hin hatte ich den kontakt via Ägyptischer Nummer Kontaktiert und der meinte eben schon vor meiner Präsenz im Resort dass ich das nicht so gebucht hätte , dann war ein Mitarbeiter so freundlich und sah meine Frustration als ich mir ein InDrive(Local Taxi app) bestellt hatte zum Resort auf eigene Kosten.Dann musste ich für damit dass ich eine Nacht von 28ten morgens bis mittags 10Stunden ungefähr 40Dollar Usd bezahlen, hatte nur Euro in Bar und habe dann in 40€ Euro bezahlt und den Rest als Trinkgeld gelassen. weiß nicht ob das rechtens war aber ja das war meine Erfahrung und habe dann mittags ein zimmer denke D4 hieß die Nummer bekommen wo nichtmal richtig der Wasserhahn funktioniert hatte , musste 40€ extra zahlen hatte kein Airport Shuttle bekommen . Und das zweite zimmer in dem ich dann vom 25mittags -28ten um 20uhr blieb war komplett am Anfang der Rezeption am Anfang des Resort musste immer wieder gefühlt 40 Min hoch lang runter + 40min zurück rauf und runterlaufen zum Frühstücksbuffet oder zur Strandbar /Zu den liegen

Unfortunately, my stay at Sharks Bay Oasis did not meet my expectations. My experience started poorly because my room was not ready upon arrival. I had to wait about 90 minutes, and after repeatedly following up with the reception staff, I eventually accompanied the housekeeping team to the room and waited while they finished cleaning it before I could check in. The reception area also needs better cleanliness and organization. During my stay, I witnessed several arguments between reception staff and guests, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere. Another inconvenience was the lack of a direct room service phone. Guests have to contact room service using a mobile phone, and Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area. The breakfast buffet was very basic with limited choices, and the restaurant itself could benefit from improvements in furniture, layout, and overall presentation. On the positive side, the hotel's location in Sharks Bay is excellent, and the sea view is beautiful. I hope the management focuses on improving service quality because the hotel has a fantastic location that deserves a much better guest experience.

Odalar temiz görünmüyordu. Hizmet kalitesi ve müşteri memnuniyeti anlayışı yoktu. Booking’de kahvaltısız Sadece Oda: seçeneği yoktu mecburen kahvaltı dahil aldık yemeyeceğimiz kahvaltıyı ödemek zorunda kaldık. Gece uçuşumuz olduğu için sabah kahvaltısından yararlanamayacaktık onun yerine erken kahvaltılık veya atıştırmalık talep ettik veya öğle yada akşam yemeği için indirim talep ettik onu da kabul etmediler. Ödediğiniz paranın karşılığını alamıyorsunuz. Resepsiyondakiler mutsuz çalışıyorlar ve müşteriye yansıtıyorlar hizmet sektöründe gibi davranmıyorlar . Check in için 1 saat odanın temizlenmesini bekledik organize değiller rezervasyonumdan çok farklı balkonsuz ve manzarasız kirli yanlış oda verdiler sonra başka oda istedim o da kirli ve sinekliydi ilaçlama ve temizlik yapıldı yine bekletildik.

Room was absolutely filthy as well as the mattress and bed. I booked an ocean front view room but was told when I arrived that those rooms weren't available. I was also told airport shuttle was included but when we tried to use the service upon departure from the hotel, the front desk gave us a very hard time until we threatened to reach out to booking.com then they finally got us a taxi to the airport

I had 3 room there 2 for 4 nights and 1 for 2 nights one of the 4 nights rooms i took it from the reception and paid there it was including the dinner for two adults we had the dinner for 2 nights only cause the food was awful then i asked the reception that i don't need the dinner for the rest of our stay which is 2 nights more and he said ok we will refund it upon checkout Upon checkout they refused to refund me saying that we didn't change our bracelets which no one asked for it and when we said no one told us it's the reception issue they said but you've had your dinner already while no one of us went for dinner and i showed them the receipts of the dinner for this two nights from outside restaurants they said we will ask the boy from the kitchen if he saw you in the dinner last night i said no check the cameras cause I'm not going to take a word from a guy who sees everyone everyday But they refused to check the cameras which gave me the feeling that this cameras are not working Then i had to leave as my car was waiting for me The reception supervisor gave me his number to follow up with me but when i tried to contact him he's not responding even on the whatsapp And during the stay no housekeeping at all and when i asked to send me one for 1 room only they said ok but no one came to clean . Напротив пляжа стоят прогулочные корабли и, видимо, из-за этого иногда на поверхности воды есть грязная пленка.

Недалеко от Аэропорта. Soho Square рядом. Отель на первой линии. Свой пляж с рифом. Нет ветра и волн, как во многих локациях региона Nabq. Вид на море из номера. Хорошие и недорогие кафе на пляже. Завтраки вполне съедобные. Очень бюджетный вариант, при этом если у вас скромные запросы, все необходимое в номере имеется и нормально функционирует. По соотношению цена - качество могу рекомендовать.

Отличный отель, номер был двухкомнатный с видом на море, персонал очень любезный, даже когда не удавалось подключиться к вай фаю на ресепшене, предлагали свой (то ли личный, то ли какой-то другой для внутренних нужд), предоставили бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт как было упомянуто при бронировании номера, а сам отель трансфер предлагался самим букингом, отличный сервис. Территория ухоженная, пляж на первой линии с шикарными кораллами, плавали до Гранд Оазис. До Сохо площади дошли пешком через заброшенный отель Роджана по наступления темноты, вернулись уже на такси за 100 фунтов (не платите больше, там 3мин езды). Завтрак скудноватый, но мне хватило. По вечерам на пляже организуют известное на весь Шарм кафе Башафа, очень классная атмосфера, все местные знают о нем и постоянно прибывают парочки для романтичного ужина или любования на море, очень рекомендую!

Мне понравилось все, я не понимаю негатив в других отзывах - это же не 5звездый отель, за такую цену с такими громадными номерами с видом на море на первой линии и с рифом вы ничего и близко не найдете в Шарме. Еще и плюс - недалеко от аэропорта и Сохо, самолеты не мешали совсем. Небольшая пыль на. Толе и не очень свежий запах из холодильник - это прямо я уже придираюсь. Отель с большим потенциалом!

The staff try to scam you in every possible way The reception desk gave us a broken key , and started complaining that it was our fault , they are rude , and disrespectful, the room wasn’t clean at all , There were leftover food in the bedroom floor behind the bed. It’s not recommended at all

It was Camp and beautiful. Very close to the Beach. The room was quiet spatious and there where also nice hotelpools. And also to the Airport. :)

Il personale non parla italiano ma é gentilissimo . La zona e molto tranquilla fuori dalla ressa e in taxi in poco tempo arrivi in tutta sharm . La camera era un bilocale con tutto il necessario , A due minuti a piedi sei al mare , Le piscine non gigantesce ma belle pulite .La colazione é piu salata che dolce , Il mare molto bello Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo Non é un extralusso all inclusive ma é una bella struttura

La posizione, la spiaggia, la vista, buoni ristoranti in spiaggia a pochi soldi, personale gentile.

La struttura è da ristrutturare, la camera che è un mini appartamento non è pulito per niente, non parlano l'inglese.

אהבתי מקום, נוף, היה לי 3 חדרים לבן אדם אחד ו2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת. עיצוב מסעדה יפה.

במסעדה הזמנתי סלט קיסר וזה היה רעה מאד, כי כולל רק סלט חסה עם הרבה מיונז וזאו הייתה איזה תקלה במערכת צינורות או שירותים ,שעשה רעש בלילה.

desinteressiertes personal... mein zimmer war das letzte! seit ca 30 jahren nicht mehr renoviert... fenster kaputt toilette war am auslaufen... keine handtücher... nachdem ich zum dritten mal zur rezeption gegangen bin um mich zu beschweren gab es ein neues zimmer. es war ein raucherzimmer oder ein ehemaliges... so schlimm hat es gerochen! aber das schlimmste war mein handtuch es wies braune flecken auf! WIEDERLICH. ich bekamm ein sorry beim auschecken. ehrlich.. ich würde weinen wenn ich in diesem hotel meinen urlaub verbringen müsste.. bei mir war es zum glück nur eine nacht!

Ich glaube ich bin zum achten Mal hier. Super nahe zum Flughafen. Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat bestens funktioniert. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Ruhige Lage und mit dem Basata Café sehr schöne Umgebung. Komme gerne wieder und Danke an das Team

Ausstattung leider komplett veraltet, Fernseher leider nicht funktionsfähig weil Fernbedienung ohne Batterien! Leider auch kein Alkohol an der Bar erhältlich gewesen wegen Ramadan! Auch hatte ich einen Airport Transfer bestellt der leider nicht kam und ich somit ein Taxi bestellen musste!

I really liked the peaceful atmosphere of the property, along with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The aqua park was a great feature—fun, safe, and suitable for all ages. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it felt comfortable, relaxing, and great value for money.

Superapartmentanlage mit eigenem Strand und umfangreichen leckerem Frühstück ohne Animationslärm. Fluglärm gibt es trotz Flughafennähe praktisch nicht. Man kann zum SOHO Square laufen. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Obwohl ein kostenloser Flughafenabholservice im Preis inbegriffen war und ich meine Flugdaten mitgeteilt hatte, wurde ich nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt und musste mich somit von den Flughafentaxifahrern erpressen lassen und einen horrenden Preis bis zu dieser nahegelegenen Unterkunft bezahlen. Dort wurde mir dann dafür ein kostenloser Abreisetransport versprochen. Als dieser dann 3 Tage später stattfand, erklärte mir der Fahrer während der Fahrt zum Busbahnhof, daß der Transfer NICHT kostenlos sei und hielt praktisch an, bis ich mich bereiterklärte, den geforderten Preis zu zahlen. Besser keine " hoteleigenen Fahrdienste" in Anspruch nehmen. Ich hätte 10 Punkte gegeben, wenn das nicht passiert wäre. Die Zimmer haben kein WLAN und das wifi an der Rezeption funktioniert auch nicht besonders gut. Das Zimmer /Apartment war groß, aber die Bettdecke war unbezogen. Ich habe das Bettlaken vom unbenutzen Bett als "Zwischenschicht" genutzt.

The staff were fantastic. Bassem is the man. Was given a massive room upgrade for free. Will be coming back next time I’m in Sharm.
