The place and the rooms they are not like In the pictures , the bed it’s very uncomfortable (very hard)

Very kind staff, they arrange a taxi from the port, help with laundry. They also have the option of renting a scooter directly from them, which I highly recommend for exploring the island. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

Es war wundervoll und das Personal war unglaublich nett. Die Smoothie Bowls sind der Hammer. Wir haben eine Inseltour gemacht und hatten einen unglaublich netten Fahrer (sein Name war Bayu). Er kannte sich perfekt aus und hat sich unseren Wünschen angepasst

This place is great value for money. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice, and I loved that they even bring it to your room at your requested time. Such a thoughtful touch! I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

There was nothing I disliked about the property. One thing I would mention, however, is that if you rent a scooter, make sure you are comfortable riding it. The road up to the hotel is quite steep and is an unpaved, so it can be challenging to navigate, especially if you’re not an experienced scooter rider.

Superbe cadre, très belle chambre, décorée avec goût. Extérieur magnifique. Personnel adorable, petit déj très bon. Tout était parfait. Possibilité de louer à l'hôtel les scooters et taxi à des tarifs abordables et plus intéressants qu'à l'extérieur.

L’accueil était parfait, le lieu est cosy, bien entretenu. Proche du front de mer avec différents restaurants. On a également pu réserver un scooter chez eux ce qui était très pratique.

Das Penida West Palm Cottage ist wie ein kleines Paradies in Mitten des Chaos. Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön, die Zimmer absolut besonders und die Menschen sehr hilfsbereit!

We got a really warm welcome . The receptionist organised taxi, day trip, scuba diving for us. . The accommodation was very clean. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night.

Everything, collection from the ferry terminal was smooth and friendly. Greating at the accommodation was so good, friendly and polite. They did there upmost to get our rooms ready in advance of check-in time. So helpful with everything, book transport, trips and tours for us, that where really great, beyond our expectations. Value for money was exceptional. We had an absolutely amazing still, would recommend it to any and if we ever return to Nusa, we'd certainly stay there again. It bettered our expectations and value for money. Keep doing what you are doing. Thanks all. Best regards Alan

Las instalaciones son preciosas, la habitacion enorme (nos tocó la mas grande) todo precioso, la cama comodisima, la ducha es increible y el personal muy amable y servicial.

A las 5 de la mañana hay mucho ruido, gallos, motos, musica del poblado de al lado. Si no fuera por eso hubiera puesto un 10 al alojamiento.

Limpieza impecable y muy bonita la habitación.

Wundervolle kleine Oase, von den Besitzern sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Ist eine absolute Empfehlung.

Supers petits cottages avec vue sur le jardin et piscine qui sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. L'équipe est aux petits soins, d'une gentillesse incroyable, c'est très agréable la location de scooters sur place est top, beaucoup d'activités proposées par l'établissement Les petits déjeuners sont excellents (peut être les meilleurs de notre séjour)

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage ist in meinen Augen gut. Zimmer sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Außenbad war auch sehr schön. Roller direkt am Hotel gemietet. Alles super.

Das WLAN funktioniert nur teilweise und der Mobilfunk war bei uns sehr schlecht, somit war Internetzugang über WhatsApp hinaus etwas optional

Very beautiful rooms that are a little off of the beaten path. The bathrooms are an amazing outdoor experience. The staff was very kind and the breakfasts were delicious! We were able to rent scooters at the property. The pool was a lovely place to cool off in the afternoon. Overall, an excellent value for the cost!

The electricity went off a couple of times, which meant no AC. This only lasted for a few hours. The change in voltage is likely what led to a charging cord for my phone melting and ruining the cord and adapter. Luckily the phone was fine. I am guessing this may not have anything to do with the property and rather the electric supply on the island.

The place is not far from the harbour, but it’s at a quiet place and little hidden surrounded by lots of trees and nature. The room and bathroom is very clean and the breakfast included is awesome! The staff are helpful and very responsive. We really enjoy staying here and will choose here again if we come to Nusa Penida next time!

A wonderful choice to relax and explore Nusa Penida. The cottage was great, the breakfast was amazing.

The shower water can get very hot if you accidentally pull the handle too much

Tout l’hôtel est splendide, chambre très propre comme la salle de bain. La piscine est très jolie, agréable et accessible 24/24. Le personnel a été très accueillant et disponible quand nous avions besoin. Possible de louer des scooters sur place ainsi que du snorkelling. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bon parmi un large choix. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

The hosts were lovely, beautiful outdoor area - so much greenery and the pool was lush! Our bed was very comfortable and they cleaned everyday and outdoor bathroom was also great. Not too far from the port and we were able to rent a moped from here as-well which was very handy! They also provided us a taxi when leaving. Would definitely recommended!

Deze plek is echt een klein paradijs op Nusa Penida, vlakbij de haven en restaurants. De accommodatie, het personeel en het eten is perfect. Je kan bij de accommodatie een scooter huren. Of een masseuse laten komen voor een mooi prijsje. Deze plek is in 1 woord fantastisch!!!

Such a beautiful property and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating!! Nothing was too much of an ask and we decided to have breakfast here both days of our stay which was the tastiest food we’ve had since travelling!

Slightly out of the way but we don’t mind walking!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zimmer sind wirklich wunderschön. Man kann auch super unkompliziert einen Roller im Hotel mieten. Der Pool ist super schön und es gibt auch einen Garten, der sehr gepflegt ist. Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden gerade die Kokosnüsse geerntet und wir haben eine ganz frische an den Pool gebracht bekommen. Alle waren immer wahnsinnig freundlich und wir wurden auch von der Fähre abgeholt und wieder zum Hafen gebracht.

Der Spiegel im Bad hängt sehr niedrig, es gibt aber im Zimmer einen weiteren welcher höher hängt.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Schöne Anlage mit gemüdlichem Poolbereich. Badezimmer war ein Highlight, super schönes Outdoor-Badezimmer. Boby die Süsse Katze vom Hotel ist sehr nett. Lage: Man muss einen Roller haben um zu den Restaurant etc zu kommen. 5 minuten fahren, dann ist man im Zentrum.

The property was beautiful! It was always clean and tidy, the provided breakfast was delicious and Brian and all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they had tried, easily arranging scooters, day tours an taxis for us with no problems! They are the best! We love Bobby the cat too!

We really loved it! The bungalows are beautiful and very clean - we wished we could have stayed longer. The staff is friendly and helpful. A quiet and peaceful place.

Such a lovely place to stay in Nusa Penida. Everything was perfect and thankfully the January weather was so nice for our trip. Only a short taxi or motorbike ride away from the main town and shops. The hotel provides motorbikes for hire which was ideal.

nous avons séjourné quelques nuits, le personnel est adorable, et un chat très mignon, la piscine est bonne, et les logements sont confortables et spacieux. Cependant, l’eau de la douche était soit tiède soit très chaude, et la route pour accéder à l’hôtel est catastrophique, on dirait une route abandonnée, et pas pratique pour les scooters (les conducteurs du dimanche)

L’établissement était super. La chambre était très belle et la salle de bain incroyable. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et accueillant. Il est également possible de louer des scooters sur place, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. L’établissement est très bien situé. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Unsere beste Unterkunft in unserer Bali Reise, trotz des günstigen Preises bekommt man sehr gepflegte Häuser, einen schönen Außenbereich, und für alles den Support von den Gastgebern. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral und an alles angebunden. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, Tickets, Scooter und Getränke bekommt man von den Gastgebern. Waren sehr zufrieden!

Waren nur eine Nacht da, hat uns aber sehr gefallen. Super nette Gastgeber und tolle Anlage. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück serviert auf die Terrasse war auch sehr gut.

Stunning villas that are totally hidden away! It feels really relaxing, the staff are really helpful and the breakfast was great. We had a great time!

The location is just a bit out of the way + the path to get to the villas is really rough. The actual villas are amazing though!

The bungalows were incredible. Considering the price they were beyond our expectations. Loved the outdoor shower in the bathrooms. Super comfortable bed and really clean. The location is quite isolated but if you rent a scooter or are happy walking it's no bother. The staff were so friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! Definitely recommend to stay here if in Nusa Penida!

Nothing apart from the location was about a 15 minute walk to restaurants, but I didn’t mind this.

The reception worker was extremely friendly and welcoming. He made sure the place was clean and tidy everyday and was very helpful whenever we needed him.

Great place to stay. Need a mother bike to get around as property is a little way from main street/food/beach.

Llevamos mas de medio año viajando por Asia y este ha sido uno de los mejores lugares en el que nos hemos alojado, por no decir el mejor. - Es realmente precioso, tienes la sensación de estar en un resort. Super bien cuidado. Reservamos para 3 días y finalmente estuvimos 7. - La cama es cómoda y no hay ruidos que te hagan despertar temprano. - Está bien ubicado - El personal que trabaja ahí son encantadores. - El A/C enfría de maravilla, incluso demasiado cuando lo pones al mínimo. Ten en cuenta que bastante esencial (aunque no imprescindible) tener moto o bici para salir a la calle principal dónde están los restaurantes. El camino hacia la calle es oscuro y largo caminando. Vimos a peatones Ir hacia la calle principal y corrían riesgo de atropello…

No le pongo un 10 por esto: - El cafe que sirven es soluble - Al estar 7 días pedimos en el tercer día y en el quinto día que nos cambiaran las sabanas, pero limpiaron la habitación y no las cambiaron (tenía identificada una mancha en la almohada y otra en la parte inferior de la sábana y allí seguían las manchas durante toda la estancia). - Hubiésemos extendido 2 semanas más, pero el propietario se negó a aplicarnos descuento, así que nos hemos cambiado a otro parecido q 5 min de distancia con piscina preciosa (un poco más barato y con desayuno incluido pero menos bonito que este.

Stunning little place. Gorgeous rooms, very private feeling and the bathroom is filled with plant life. Out front of the cottages (8 of them) is the main garden with a pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful - from organising our shuttle to/from the ferry, to renting us a scooter. Breakfast options are good too.

Not a lot negative to say here. The track down from the main road is a little sketchy but that's the case with most of the roads on the island.
