Hemos ido 3 personas y la verdad, no hay mejor hotel en la zona, calidad precio insuperable, trabajadores atentos y resolutivos. Ragab se ha convertido en nuestro Habibi, una gran persona y muy atento con todo ( te queremos Ragab), si volvemos a Egipto sin duda nos hospedaremos de nuevo. La habitación es amplia, y limpia. La limpieza es bastante buena. La azotea tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Nos han dejado con un muy buen sabor de boca.

The staff. The reciption was helpful. Electricity and water bathroom supply are very good.

The noise is extremely hight and there is no treatments To reduce. The noise between and inside hotel corridors are extremely hight. Food prices in the restaurant was higher than normal Compare to market price. There's no elevator. There's no phone service to keep in-touch with reciption - restaurant or laundry. The wifi connection is poor.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The price was great, the room was clean, and the location was okay.

‏The only issue was that the hotel name on site was different from the one on Booking.com, which made it a bit hard to find at first. It also took us some time to make sure it was the same hotel we had booked

Really close to piramids but you still need to use a taxi to reach the main gate that is far away from the hotel. Great fresh juice.

There was a massive noise from the street, and sleeping was very hard. Many things are broken, including one bed—very old and bad quality bed linen. Overall, the quality of the room was horrible. The personnel try to push you to rent a private driver for the entire day, 10 times more expensive than an Uber. We used Uber and spend $10 for a full day.

First of all the room we booked with a view barely has one. And its on the 8th floor without an elevator and right next to the staff kitchen which they hangout in until morning and could not sleep from all the noise and conversation. The amneties that were supposed to be provided in the room was not there. And it was not the actual hotel in the pictures nor was it its actual name. Very shady.

Cleaning is very poor and bad..Bad smell inside room.. No lift in the facility, our room was in 4th floor and breakfast open terrace in 6th floor…

This is a clean and updated hotel with a friendly staff , conveniently located to tourist attractions and shopping. I am a U.S. solo traveler who frequently travels to Egypt. This is my Giza hotel. I've stayed here multiple times. I will stay again when in the Giza area.

I would be happy to visit this place again rooftop and the view made my stayday.

place 5 min walking from the giza pyramids and sphinx, which was very convenient for us , Breakfast was very delicious, and staff workers were very polite. Thank all the effort and attention

The view from the rooftop was mind-blowing, and the room was good and quiet. It is very close to the pyramids and on the main street. I recommend the place if you are visiting the pyramids..😍🙏
