Jungle Sanctuary Hotel Siem Reap

A bit far from Pub-street which is good. They had the pool. I like that too. I like trees. The owners are friendly and very welcomes.

Omistaja oli ihana - erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Järjesti myös retken Angor Watille puolestamme. Majoituspaikka sijaitsi sopivalla etäisyydellä kaupungista ja oli rauhallinen, mutta aina sai TukTukin muutamassa minuutissa. Yleisilme hotellilla oli miellyttävä ja erityistä bonusta oli uima-allas. Tämä ei kuitenkaan vaikuttanut siihen, että lattiat ja sänky sekä wc-tilat oli erittäin puhtaat. Huoneisto oli tilava. Vuodevaatteet, sänky, wc-tilat ja lattiat oli erittäin puhtaat. Hyvä ilmastointi, vedenkeitin ja jääkaappi. Myös amme oli saatavilla vaikka emme sitä tarvinneet.

Majoitusyksikön yleistunnelma oli hieman epäsiisti esim. seinissä likoja, ikkunat likaiset, hämähäkinseittejä katoissa sekä seinissä ja olohuoneen verhot oli rikkinäiset. Huoneistoon tuli sisälle paljon sääskiä, mutta omistaja toi meille sääskisavun.

A beautiful jungle surrounding the villas and pool, make you feel transported into a relaxing oasis and cooling down with a swim you’re shaded from the sun. The owners are so helpful & chatty, making you feel very welcome & are able to book tours for local activities such as Angkor Wat. A secured, gated car park means you can park bikes or vehicles with no worries. There is also lots of common areas to spend time in & a lovely waterfall shower in the dormitory villa.

While the location is further out from the main part of town, it’s only a $2 tuktuk ride to the downtown area and the surrounding area gives a more authentically local feel.

Everything. This is not a hotel. It’s a one “star” hostel. See the pictures and avoid this fake dirty place. Arrived late so we spent there the first night and left in the morning.

Кхмерской женщине словно было неловко за поведение белого мужичка на стойке.

На стойке был грубоватый беляш из Ирландии с неадекватными вопросами и абсолютно невнятным инглишем, из которого можно было разобрать только нецензурную брань. Местные ребята базарят более внятно на английском. И гораздо уважительнее. Не стал заселяться даже. Дорога к этому месту абсолютно разбита, от центра очень далеко.

Quiet and really cheap place for rest, you have nice pool, parking for car and dogs are allowed... I love it here You can choose private villa or doorms 👌

Kamers waren niet gereinigd bij aankomst. Vuilbakjes niet leeg gemaakt. Enkele gebreken zoals kapotte raamkrukken en badkraan.

Very beautiful and relaxing space

Overall, everything was fine, but I booked Villa 2 expecting access to both bedrooms and was only given a key to one of the rooms and not the actual villa. The host was a polite gentleman but he didn’t seem particularly attentive or welcoming. It took quite a while for him to come down from his room for check-in and when I tried to have a brief conversation, he was rather abrupt and said he couldn’t talk. The property itself is beautiful, but the host’s approach could really benefit from being more guest-focused and responsive.

Such a beautiful place, away from the busy area, perfect to relax at the pool and to have a base. Beds in dorm are comfortable, I love the curtains and also the shower is amazing. Stuff is lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend this place

An incredibly welcoming hotel featuring four villas, located just 2.7 km from the central market. Initially, I was concerned about transportation, but it turned out to be very convenient. A tuk-tuk ride costs between 6,500-7,500 KHR and will pick you up and drop you off at the villa at any time. I also used Grab, and within 30 seconds, transportation was ready. The villa itself has two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. Although it’s near the road, the bedrooms are situated on the opposite side, so with the doors closed, you won’t hear a thing. The staff are incredibly helpful and always strive to resolve any issues. On the first day, there was an issue with the neighbors and loud EDM music, but the staff quickly managed the situation. It's a reminder that we should all respect other guests' rest. The beds are "Thai style" (if you know what I mean). The villa has a pleasant wooden aroma, adding to its cozy atmosphere. However, I would recommend the manager consider adding a proper kitchen. While there is a shared stove in the common area, it isn’t very convenient. Occasionally, you can hear lovely local music from nearby village. It’s so soothing that you might find yourself drifting off to sleep. On the downside, the hot water runs out quickly, which might be inconvenient if you have oily hair after a massage, though it’s not a big issue given the warm weather. Overall, I highly recommend these villas for a peaceful holiday or a self-retreat.

The armosfere is nice,lots of plants and nice swiming pool.

The place is really far from everywhere,if you want to eat me something you have to go to the city wich is quite far from the hotel. On top of that,you will share the place with another room and people,in our case,very noisy,so it is not really a Villa. Just q room with shared bathroom.

After a day exploring Angkor Wat this hotel was the perfect place to unwind. The pool was very welcoming and once my feet had recovered I went into the town centre which is not far at all! At the hotel itself the location and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am on the return leg of my trip, I can’t recommend it enough.

It felt like luxury in the jungle. Very nice area by the pool. Staff was very nice and helpfull with many suggestions. Beds were soft and had a nice big shower. Highly reccomend, great value! Was only about 2km from the city center.

It's a lovely place for couples. It’s a wooden villa with all the necessary amenities. I stayed one night at this property. Value for money.

The bathroom is outside the room. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre. You might find it difficult to commute.

The Jungle Sanctuary is an amazing place to stay. The moment you step onto the property, you're surrounded by a peaceful, natural atmosphere. The gardens are beautiful with plenty of greenery and a brand new pool to cool down in. The rooms are very cozy, spacious and well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The overall vibe of the place was great for myself, a one man traveller but would be ideal for families. If you want to escape the stress of daily life and enjoy some time in nature at a great price, the Jungle Sanctuary is a great choice. I highly recommend it!

It was great, nothing bad to say about it.

Everything was perfect. The driver picked me up from outside 711 and was already waiting for me when I arrived. Was blown away by the gardens and plant life surrounding the villas. It felt like being deep in the jungle (especially at night). Staff organised cheap tuktuk rides, even checking if the price was OK before ordering. I have been staying in Siem Reap for a while, this is the most exclusive/private little hotel I have stayed in. Only paid for a room, had the whole villa to myself. Being offered to feed all the coi carp was the cherry on top. Staff were great, especially Melia on reception. Can't fault the place will be back. 🙏

Nothing, everything was perfect, the best value for money I've found so far in 8 months travelling south east Asia. Highly recommend...
