The Angsa villas

The entire villa is stunning. We didn't even want to leave. And the sunrise is absolutely incredible. It is the most beautiful place we have ever been to.

Everything was perfect.

Tout était exceptionnel … même encore plus impressionnant que sur les photos ! La déco est parfaite, on ne manque de rien, tout est aux petits soins (la fontaine à eau, les équipements, les peignoirs …). Le lit est hyper confortable. La vue est magnifique, même depuis le lit. Le personnel est tellement gentil. La location de scooter se fait facilement, ils sont hyper réactifs sur WhatsApp. La laundry est revenue très propre dès le lendemain. Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Allez vraiment pour chipoter mais ca ne changera pas ma note, le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus garni et les coussins sur les transats un peu plus épais.

This place is stunning and the views photos actually don’t do it justice. The bed was comfortable and the linen amazing. Beautiful outdoor shower.

This didn’t impact us at all but I was thinking of my parents so if you have trouble with stairs then this is not the place for you.

Super séjour en famille ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue incroyable sur la mer, la magnifique piscine à débordement et le confort du logement. Tout est moderne, très bien décoré et les lits sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Une équipe adorable, accueillante et vraiment aux petits soins, qui nous a aidés à organiser nos excursions et nos taxis. L’emplacement est idéal, avec de bons restaurants à proximité et une belle plage accessible à pied. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour en famille !

Unglaublicher Service, Mitarbeiter alle wahnsinnig nett u hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist wunderschön, der Blick aufs Meer, der eigene Pool, alles traumhaft. Die Massage kann ich nur empfehlen, gutes Frühstück. Alles zum Wohlfühlen. Wären gerne länger geblieben. Unten direkt eine schöne Strandbar.

Das Abendessen. 2 von 5 Gerichten gab es nicht. Die Lage war etwas ausserhalb, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Si il était possible de noter 11/10 ce serait le cas ! La villa est vraiment incroyable , le plus beau logement que nous avons eu l’occasion de louer , la propreté irréprochable , le confort , les équipements , tout est pensé dans les moindres détails , le personnel est très gentil , accueillant , discret . Il est possible de se restaurer aux alentours , il y a de multiples possibilités (excellente adresse : Ibus sea View) , vraiment rien à redire tout était parfait !

La villa est magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Les équipements proposés sont impeccables.. Les salles de bain sont magnifiques. Le personnel est parfait.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Angsa Villas and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful place to stay in East Bali. The location is simply outstanding. Nestled in a quiet area far away from the crowds, the villas offer breathtaking views over the ocean and some of the most beautiful sunrises we have ever experienced. Waking up every morning to the sound of the sea was unforgettable. Our villa was spacious, very clean and practically furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, and the meals prepared by the hotel were excellent. The surroundings have so much to offer. Some of the best snorkeling we experienced in Bali was just a short walk away at Selang Beach, where vibrant coral reefs, countless tropical fish and even sea turtles await. The area is also perfect for exploring by scooter or bicycle, with scenic roads leading through traditional villages and offering magnificent views of Mount Agung. Several very good local restaurants are within walking distance. We especially recommend Green Melon and Ibu’s Sea View for authentic Indonesian food, both serving delicious meals in a relaxed atmosphere. If you’re looking for the real Bali instead of busy tourist hotspots, The Angsa Villas is the perfect choice. We would happily stay here again.

Ceci est juste informatif car nous navons absolument rien a redire, mais mon mari na pas pu regarder le match mondial France Espagne car nous n'avons pas pu trouver de chaine adaptée. Nous avons donc basculer le téléphone sur la tv.

Overall really happy with our stay. The pool and the vibe in our villa was awesome. The staff are very friendly. Good breakfast is available for a resonable price.

We didn't have cell coverage for our phone. We only had to walk a short distance to get coverage however. The villa is about 6km from the township. We hired scooters as this was the best option to get around. It is however still close to good eating spots.

Super villa, qui offre une vue magnifique sur l’océan, avec sa piscine à débordement qui se confond avec l’océan. Depuis la chambre, on pouvait voir un superbe lever de soleil. Le personnel est très réactif et aux petits soins. Il propose plusieurs services (petit déjeuner, massages, déjeuner, lingerie, activités et taxis). Je vous recommande vraiment cet établissement pour une déconnexion totale et pour son service impeccable.

Our villa was beautiful and very well thought through with all the details and everything provided including mozzy coils and filtered water. Super comftorable and high quality materials used throughout. We especially like the automated roller blinds which came down in living area to block out sun, but also doubled up as a bit a pool barrier. The staff are lovely and the breakfast was yum although options are limited

Be mindful when booking that there is a difference between 1st and 2nd row villas. The 1st row is more expensive and the 2nd row view gets obstructed by the roof villa in front of you. We had no idea there was a difference because only 1 option on booking.com came up Secondly, we were a travelling family with 2 young kids. The villas were very far out of town with no local supermarket nearby to buy some snacks. This isn’t the villas fault but we probably should’ve booked better. A shuttle service could also be an amazing addition to help out with this for future. It costs 300k return to get into Amed with a local driver, there are no grabs. We enjoyed the restaraunt and pool bar of next doors Villa (Abing Villa) but there’s no restaraunt at Angsa and they only have 3 lunch items. We kept dreaming of how nice this place would be to stay without kids (if only!) but you feel quite “stuck” with kids due to accessibility. There’s a lot of up and down on heaps of steps (prams are redundant) walking in and out to the local restaraunts (there’s 3 within walking distance) as well as everything is hilly.

The villa was exceptional , it was peaceful the view is amazing . The staff I can’t praise enough. A big Thankyou to the young man on the night shift at reception … my husband had vomiting due to heat stroke … this young man jumped on his scooter to go buy some pocari for him to help rehydrate. We ordered a breakfast each morning that was delivered to our villa great value for money . Although there are 4 villas on the property they are set up in such away you have your privacy . Plenty of places within easy walking distance ( 300 meters) . We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to come back to The Angsa Villas and would highly recommend them

Conscious that exposed to any noise from the next door villa in the main area as the walls are open slats although the bedrooms are enclosed and soundproofed. Maybe just enclosing the sides on main area but leaving the front open might improve this.

Too much chlorine in the pool

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la villa pour 4 personnes en bord d’océan. La vue est magnifique, la villa est très spacieuse et les lits sont confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, le calme et les délicieux petits-déjeuners. Le staff est très gentil et serviable, ils nous ont organisé une sortie en bateau et le transport vers Sidemen.

Tout était parfait !

Une expérience décevante. Notre séjour à The Angsa Villa a été une source de stress permanent au lieu de la détente que nous étions venus chercher. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le store motorisé de la baie vitrée était en panne ce qui nous privait totalement de notre intimité et de la vue mer. Malgré nos signalements, la résolution a été laborieuse et a nécessité de multiples allers-retours du personnel dans notre villa, gâchant ainsi toute notre journée et notre tranquillité. Le service de ménage, pourtant sollicité, n'a pas été effectué. Il a fallu mener une véritable négociation pour obtenir un geste commercial minime au regard du gâchis de notre séjour. Pour une villa de ce standing, le service et la maintenance sont largement en dessous de ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre. C'est une expérience que nous ne renouvellerons pas et que nous ne pouvons pas recommander.

Unser Aufenthalt in den The Angsa Villas war rundum wunderbar. Die Villen sind wunderschön gestaltet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl und entspannt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten, aber gleichzeitig ist man nah an tollen Restaurants und kleinen Orten, die sich wunderbar erkunden lassen. Der Service war herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Organisation der Massagen, die einfach und unkompliziert gebucht werden konnten. Auch der Rollerverleih funktionierte reibungslos und war super praktisch, um die Gegend zu entdecken. Das Mittagessen in der Villa war in Ordnung, wir haben aber oft die Gelegenheit genutzt, die kulinarische Vielfalt in Sidemen zu probieren – die Lage der Villas ist dafür perfekt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten hier wunderbar entspannen, während wir die Schönheit der Umgebung genießen konnten. Wir können die The Angsa Villas wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen – ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Es hat eine Poolbar o.ä. gefehlt, allerdings konnte man gut außerhalb essen.

HUGE PRIVATE VILLA WITH BREATHTAKING VIEW! This is the best villa I've ever stayed at. My partner and I stayed here for 4 days and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Clean room, AC, big kitchen/living room & nice shower, plus I loved the private swimming pool overlooking the beautiful sea. Yummy breakfast every morning. The property also has an amazing team of staff - they were SO KIND, sweet, and welcoming. Thank you for an excellent hospitality. It was a very memorable experience staying here and we cannot wait to be back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here :)

Design & Space: The villa design is absolutely outstanding. The layout is incredibly spacious, modern, and arguably the best in its class. It felt like a true luxury retreat. Location & Views: The location is perfect, offering some of the most stunning views we’ve experienced. It’s hard to beat the sense of privacy and the scenery. Dining: The food was excellent. Every meal was high-quality and well-prepared—definitely a highlight of the stay. Service: Staff helped us with the mosquito situation by fumigating the villa in the evening and giving us extra coils for bathrooms and living area.

Nature Interaction: Being in such a beautiful, open location does mean you'll encounter some mosquitoes and small lizards. While they were a bit of a nuisance, it’s a small price to pay for the surroundings. Summary: If you are looking for world-class design and breathtaking views, Angsa Villas is hard to beat. Aside from the typical tropical mosquitoes, everything was perfect. We would definitely return for the space and the food alone!

The property is exactly like the photos, very beautiful and hands down the best property on the Amed coastline (saying this because we went up and down the coast on a boat for snorkelling so made sure to check other villas).

Epic view, epic villa, lovely service, tasty breakfasts, all is great! Best beach with corals and turtles (which we were lucky to see whilst snorkling) is 10 min walk.

Zero privacy. The villa next to us could see right into our living and kitchen space and we could see into theirs, plus anyone who walked past could see in which made it hard to truly relax.

Tout était au delà de nos attentes!! La vue à couper le souffle, la construction de la villa est de qualité, tous les détails sont bien pensés, lit super confortable, le staff est présent en tout temps et le service ultra rapide et que dire des déjeuners servis le matin…succulent!!

Angsa Villas is simply perfect. Spotlessly clean, breathtaking ocean and mountain views, beautiful modern-tropical design and a wonderfully maintained garden. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had in Bali (fresh, creative and delicious every morning), and the massage is highly recommended too! We only stayed 3 nights but could easily have spent 3 months. Apart from the usual few harmless ants and geckos (completely normal in an open tropical villa), everything was flawless. This place truly felt like heaven on earth. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️ Thank you to the whole wonderful team!

الفيلا بعييييييده عن اوبود تقريبا 3 ساعات والطريق متعب جدددددا وبالليل فيها ضيقه صدر عجيبه حجزناها ليلتين ودافعين المبلغ كامل وطلعنا من اول ليله ماتحملنا والمنطقة الي موجوده فيها مافيها شي ولافي قراب ولاشي وزياده مافيها خصوصيه الي جنبك بالفيلا يكشفك مررره ويسمع صوتك والحمام مكشوف ماتاخذ راحتك والمسبح مب نظيف مره فيه وصخ

Unsere Villa war super ausgestattet, in der Küche waren: Wasserkocher, Herd, Geschirr, Tee, Kühlschrank und Spüle vorhanden. Es gab einen Fernseher, Wasserspender, WLAN, Sonnenschirme, Liegen, Moskitoabwehrzeug ( das jeden Abend um 18 Uhr angezündet wurde). Im Bad stand Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner und im Schlafzimmer Bodylotion. In allen Räumen waren große Deckenventilatoren angebracht und zusätzlich in den Schlafzimmern waren Klimaanlagen. Dazu sind in der ganzen Villa EU Steckdosen mit teilweise USB Steckern. Wir hatten eine obere Villa mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die restliche Anlage. Die Anlage war super gepflegt und das Personal, das immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit war, war immer geschäftig um alles sauber zu halten. In der Anlage wurde Frühstück angeboten, das wir regelmäßig in unseren zwei Wochen dort, angenommen haben. Die Auswahl war gut und die Portionen waren sehr gut. Zu dem bestellten Frühstück gab es immer Tee oder Kaffee, einen frischgepressten Saft ( nach Wunsch) und eine Portion frisches Obst. Außerdem gab es das Angebot zur Massage, Scootervermietung, Ausflüge, Taxi zum Airport oder anderen Hotels etc. und Wäscheservice, den wir auch angenommen haben Das Hotel liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Amed, aber fußläufig sind mehrere leckere Lokalitäten zu erreichen, für weitere Restos braucht man allerdings einen Scooter.

The view is amazing, great pool and staff

Under the swing, that is great, there is a holding tank for the pool water bigger than the pool itself with a 7 foot ladder going down to the water below, don't know how deep it is but the sound echoing from the water pouring in to it from the pool is very loud and takes away the tranquillity from the beautiful surroundings, just needs a sound proof hatch. Apart from that it's great 👍 👌
