Riad Blue Garden

Bassam was an exceptionally welcoming and helpful host who took great care of us. I really want to thank him and wish him all the best. The riad was lovely, peaceful, and clean.

The only downside was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. I hope they consider replacing it for a better experience.

The main treasure of the Riad is Bassam, a young man taking care on each guest. Bassam speaks English, effective hotel manager. The moroccan decoration inside of the Riad is beautiful and well preserved.

The Riad is difficult to find: no any sign, in the deep of the block, address in web is #28, but actually #26. The sign on the street is needed much.

The staff were wonderful and the rooftop was a great place for some quiet within the city.

I stay for one night! clean and comfortable, Bassam was super friendly and helpful. A great value for a short trip—would definitely stay again!

I didn’t like how sum other clients were careless and impolite when it comes to using the kitchen or speaking loudly while others are trying to sleep.

The location was good. I really liked it was next to the market and not far from the beachfront.

It was very dirty. Drains blocked including toilet shower, kitchen sink. Bins full in bathroom and kitchen all weekend and nobody emptied them. When I mentioned it to the manager and he made an excuse and still didn’t do anything.

Characterful, airy riad. Friendly, relaxed, English speaking staff. My second stay. Nice friendly neighbourhood, though must be able to tolerate street mess. Outside Medina but easy flat walk. Basic kitchen with fridge and cooker. Basic roof terrace. Rooms big, old but characterful.

Staff are great but the absentee owner really needs to invest some money in the kitchen, bathroom and rooftop, as they are sorely in need of renovation. I really like the place but may be difficult for hygiene fanatics

Marcus et Bassam étaient très gentil et accueillant. Ils nous on offert un très bon service client.

La porte faisait beaucoup de bruit et les serviettes propres semblaient tâchées. Aussi, il fallait garder les volets qui donnaient sur la court intérieur ouvert pour qu’il ne fasse pas trop chaud dans la chambre, mais puisqu il n’y avait pas de rideaux, il est facile de voir dans la chambre.

Le personnel est très sympathique, c'était une premiere experience Riad pour moi, et je ne suis pas déçu, l'endroit est convivial et l'intimité respectée

Il manquait juste une prise à proximité de mon lit, mise à part ça la chambre est cool

L'accueil était super, notre hôte avait soin d'être présent et de répondre aux questions. Le riad est situé dans un quartier tranquille et populaire, près du centre, des plages et de la médina.

La tuyauterie de la salle de bain mériterait d'être revue. Ce serait un plus d'ajouter une lampe de chevet dans la chambre.

Spacious room

Inappropriate language used by staff members. Manager (members Bassel & Marmus) also tried to cancel and refund the stay at the last minute after I had arrived to the hotel late at night and had no other stay being new in Rabat. 😱 Horrible experience. Hotel location is a plus.

Le ryad était beau et la localisation pratique mais cet établissement manque d'entretien et de convivialité malgré le prix bas.

La chambre ne fermait pas bien à clé. Le ryad était ouvert tout le temps. La salle de bain peu pratique, de l'eau partout, pas de raclette pour enlever l'eau et il n'y a eu de l'eau chaude seulement le premier jour que pour une personne. On ne pouvait pas aller sur la terasse pour fumer ou être tranquille alors que lors de notre acceuil on nous a dit qu'on pouvait l'utiliser. Pour 10 euros la nuit par personne nous n'attendons pas le grand luxe mais au moins le minimum : une douche fonctionnelle, des lieux sécurisés

Petit riad dans un quartier animé, très bien placé, à deux pas de la Médina et d’Oudeya.

Certaines pièces sont étroites et pas bien aérées, la literie n’étaient pas très confortable. Équipement vétuste en cuisine.

De locatie, mooie authentieke riad en de vriendelijke hulp van Marcus.

De gedeelde badkamer is oud en krakkemikkig, wel schoon.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and lots of storage. Location is great too, coffee shop around the corner, walking distance to the beach and the medina and lots of shops around too. The staff were kind and helpful as well.

The sheets and towels were dirty/ stained. The roof top was quite underwhelming compared to the photos. The doors to our room were covered in bird poop?

Atmospheric, relaxed, friendly, small, beautiful riad in an interesting neighbourhood, yet only 15 minute walk to medina. Good room, clean bed, good Wi-Fi, basic kitchen, roof terrace. Toilet and shower good. Hard to find. Look for 29 Rue Varsovie and it's directly across the road, down a red and white alley, look right for the white door

Relaxed also means it could be cleaner, better maintained and better equipped (curtains, clothes hangers, kettle etc) but you get what you pay for

Ein sehr hübsches Riad, was etwas versteckt liegt und wie eine kleine Oase in einer lebendigen Straße liegt, denn es war sehr ruhig und wunderbar orientalisch. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen sehr hilfreiche Tipps

L'insalubrité et la vétusté des locaux communs. WC avec la douche commune - absence normes de sécurité. Le manque d'hygiène. La cuisine commune rudimentaire et "dégueulasse" ; le propriétaire l'utilise sans ménage (vaisselle sale dans l'évier) ; pas d'espace repas. Des fientes d'oiseaux sur les portes et poignées d'accès aux chambres. Literie douteuse ; Drap de 90 pour un lit de 140... Penderie sans porte manteau. Impossible de joindre des photos malgré de multiples tentatives, dommage... est-ce une volonté de l'établissement, de votre site ??

Friendly and attentive staff who helped me with everything I needed. They even called me afterward when I forgot something—really appreciated the extra care. Great service!

Sehr guter Empfang, Bassam ist sehr freundlich und spricht super englisch! Und eine Dachterrasse zum Rauchen, auch hat er uns super Tipps fūr die Stadt Rabat gegeben, wie Restaurant Vorschläge und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten!

This Riad is very comfortable and well located (5 minutes walkint to the Medina, market, cafés...). The staff is very kind and supportive. In addition, it has a good kitchen to prepare your own meals. I got sick during my stay in Rabat and I stayed there for some more days than expected, as I was very comfortable. But, above all, the staff was very comprehensive and caring and helped me a lot with different issues related to that episode.

La chambre était propre et calme, le personnel est accueillant. La salle de bains est commune, donc son état dépend des autres personnes qui sont là. La cuisine est bien pratique même si elle nécessiterait quelques réparations des meubles. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Ubicació i preu. El senyor irlandès de la recepció era ben simpàtic.

La neteja del lavabo era millorable. Va haver-hi un malentès perquè no se'ns va avisar que a les 12 tancava la terrassa i ens ho van comunicar amb unes formes que deixaven a desitjar.

I could not have asked for a better hotel. The value is incredible for the price; most other accommodation at this price point are shared rooms in hostels. Meanwhile I had a large, clean private room with a fan and comfortable bed. The WiFi is super fast and the location is amazing right in the heart of a market in L’ocean neighborhood and a super quick walk to the corniche, the Medina, and downtown. The shower is good and towels were provided. Most of all Bassam was incredibly helpful and friendly and gave me a wonderful experience!

An absolutely amazing Riad in the heart of Rabat with great amenities nearby and a 2 min walk from the coastline. The accommodation are fantastic and very spacious with a beautifully decorated interior. Could not recommend more.

Un scooter dans le hall d'entrée. Tous les équipements avaient l'air d'une autre époque. Linge de lit avec des trous Serviette de bain sale, j ai préféré partir sans utiliser la salle de bain. Je ne commercialiserais pas cette établissement dans cette état a leur place.

Peut-être plus agréable en été. En hiver, c’est très froid. Une fois qu’on nous a allumé l’eau chaude et qu’on a obtenu la télécommande pour le chauffage, c’était un peu mieux.

Le riad est joli et propre. La chambre était très grande pour 4 et j'ai grandement apprécié le chauffage d'appoint mis à disposition en cette période hivernal. Le 1er riad à en proposer pendant tout le séjour 💪

Pas d'eau chaude nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher alors qu'on nous a dit que la bonbonne de gaz serait changée 😔 De plus attention le riad ferme à minuit les portes . Nous avons demandé à ce que la porte reste ouverte car nous avions un match de la can ce qui a été le cas.

Bassam è stato davvero accogliente e bravo. Ci ha mostrato con grande disponibilità i dintorni dandoci degli ottimi consigli.

Comfortable and welcoming stay overall. The shower boiler mostly worked, though it took a bit of adjusting to find the right temperature. We had a quiet night’s sleep in a cosy environment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us great local advice in the medina, including recommending a good outlet for authentic Moroccan football kits. Marcus (Irish staff member) even accompanied us to a local ATM and helped us on our kit-buying mission, which was a nice personal touch. The room felt homely, was kept clean throughout our stay, and fresh towels were provided. Overall, a positive experience and good value.

During heavy rain there were some minor roof leaks and a bit of noise could be heard inside the room.

The architecture of the build was good .

the property was not well maintained. Many of the facilities were rusted and in poor condition. The biggest drawback for us was that we were unable to use the kitchen, as there was no gas available. The property is located on a very busy street with no parking available, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. Additionally, a motorbike was parked in front of the stairs, causing significant difficulty when going up and down. The accommodation was also difficult to locate. Furthermore, we were not provided with enough blankets, despite this being promised at the time of booking.

Les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment a la réalité. Les draps pas propres. Sentait fortement les odeurs corporelles des hommes. La couette pas propre non plus. Presque pas de chauffage. Celui qu'on nous a donné ne fonctionnait pas. Ce n'est pas adapté pour les femmes.

Everything was great! Bassem makes sure everything is taken care of

Der Riad ist schwer zu finden, der Empfang war freundlich, aber das Zimmer hatte kein Licht am Bett, ein uncharmanter Schlauch, die Betten hart. Gegen das Gemeinschaftsbad ist nichts einzuwenden, aber Wasser tropfte, es war einfach unangenehm. Letztlich haben wir die 2. Nacht verfallen lassen und sind an einen schöneren Ort gezogen.
