City Center Stylish Loft

C'est un emplacement idéal dans le centre ville. À seulement 10 min de la gare à pieds. Non loin des monuments. C'est un appartement plutôt agréable.

Comme pour de nombreux commentaires voici ce qui permettrait d'améliorer l'expérience : - Prévenir de l'accès par un escalier en colimaçon. Nous avions des sacs à dos donc pas de souci pour nous. Mais avec des valises, ça doit être la galère. Et avec des enfants en bas âge ou très jeunes, une vraie aventure... - Une serviette de toilette par lit. Ce serait quand même mieux une par personne (sans avoir à demander, selon les autres commentaires). - Pas de "dryer" non plus. Pour moi, un "dryer" est un "sèche linge". Sinon, dans une cuisine cela s'appelle un "égouttoir", donc un "drainer". - Enfin, pour nous, le ménage avait été fait. Même si en enlevant le tapis sous la table de la cuisine (mauvaise idée ce tapis à poils longs sous une table à manger à mon avis), j'ai fini le ménage. Bref, ce pourrait être une super expérience mais là, le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. Si la start up qui gère l'appartement cherche la rentabilité, c'est tout bon. Mais si c'est de fournir un sejour avec de bons retours : il y a encore quelques progrès.

Good facilities and great location

Nice apt! We loved the private bedrooms! The steps were a challenge but we managed and were proud of ourselves! ( we’re old) thank you!!!

The location was great. We stayed during Christmas and enjoyed the Christmas market downtown just a few minutes walk away. Martin, the host answered our requests in a timely manner. We were a family of 5 staying there for 10 days, and we needed more kitchen linen than most people visiting for a shorter time (one table cloth and one kitchen towel was provided), and there was not enough cutlery for five people, but we asked Martin to provide more and got them the same day.

It has been a while since the pictures on the listing were taken, so a few things are not as on the pictures. There are no desks anymore, no dryer, and the “streaming service” is a chromecast you can use to stream from your own device. While not a big issue for us this time around, it is disappointing when there is a mismatch between the announcement and reality. The stairs to access the apartment have been mentioned by other visitors, it was ok for us, but not suitable for people with impaired mobility or small children.

Great location with easy access to Trondheim. Nicely stocked kitchen and cleaning equipment and lots of storage. Very clean and well kept. Beds were comfy and living space was cosy and inviting.

Access stairs are narrow, not necessarily a problem, but a bit tight with suitcases or if you have mobility difficulties. It would have been nice to have a few directions on how to use appliances (TV, dishwasher etc.).

Noisy disco until 3am, Property was very dusty.

Setup and beds

The rooms were very comfortable, the apartment is very cosy and great if you're a group of friends / colleagues looking to visit Trondheim, much better value than a hotel, especially as you can prepare your own meals with a microwave, hob and oven. The washing machine was very convenient and the shower is great. Having two toilets and a dishwasher was very useful too.

The coffee machine as advertised on the property page is not great, it's quite old and leaky-- an easy thing to replace. Also the space to hang clothes is very limited, only really space for socks. The metal spiral staircase going up to the apartment is quite steep and wouldn't be suitable for people with reduced mobility. The entrance hall as you come in from the outside feels like you're entering an alleyway, although apparently this is normal for properties in Norway to have an entrance hallway like this within the house. There were very few cups, glasses, crockery and cutlery. It was just the three of us and we struggled, there wouldn't be enough for a larger group.

The apartment had nice rooms and beds. The bathroom was comfortable and the location was perfect.

The communucation with the host was not good. We could check in after 14:00. After a automatic message that changed to 15:00. When we arrived at 15:00 we called to get the check-in codes but no one answerd the phone. After a few calls we spoke to the host who said the cleaners just started cleaning. So we had to wait until 15:20. Back at the apartment at 15:20, called again, no answer. At 15:45 the host called back and said we can get in.
