Gwanganli The Club Hotel

Wir hatten hier einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und das Hotel war definitiv eines der Highlights unserer Südkorea-Reise! Der Besitzer ist unglaublich lieb und herzlich. Wir wurden direkt sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen erstmal eine ausführliche Einführung. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und sich wirklich Zeit genommen, damit wir mit den ganzen Geräten und Räumlichkeiten zurechtkommen. Man merkt einfach, dass ihm seine Gäste wichtig sind. Das Hotel liegt in der 15. Etage und die Terrasse ist wirklich das Highlight. Der Blick über den Strand, das Meer und die Brücke ist gerade abends einfach wunderschön. Dazu ist die gesamte Terrasse schön beleuchtet und es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten, Fußbäder und sogar ein Hinoki-Bad. Nach einem langen Tag unterwegs war das perfekt, um einfach noch ein bisschen draußen zu sitzen und zu entspannen. Auch im Wohnzimmer gibt es einige Dinge, die wir so nicht erwartet hätten: zwei sehr bequeme Betten, ein Fußmassagegerät und einen LG-Kleiderreinigungsschrank. Den hatten wir vorher noch nie gesehen und waren anfangs etwas skeptisch – aber tatsächlich war er ziemlich praktisch. 😄 Automatische Vorhänge und Klimaanlage gibt es natürlich auch. Eine kleine Küche ist ebenfalls vorhanden und das Badezimmer ist richtig groß, mit Dusche, Badewanne und einem WC mit den üblichen Bidet-Funktionen. Die Lage fanden wir ebenfalls super. Direkt unten gibt es einen CU für alles, was man zwischendurch braucht, und auch Cafés sind direkt in der Nähe. Insgesamt war es für uns wirklich ein besonderer Aufenthalt und definitiv ein Highlight unserer Reise. Vor allem die herzliche Art des Besitzers und natürlich die tolle Terrasse haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

The elevator to get up can be slightly confusing as the entire building used to be owned by one hotel but now it's rented to multiple hotel companies for different floors. Take B elevators to floor 15.

Magnifique grand chambre avec une très belle vue sur la plage. Lit très confortable, très belle salle de bain. Avoir un espace extérieur a été extrêmement agréable. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et sympathique.

Grosses Zimmer, fantastische Aussicht auf den Strand, guter und freundlicher Service. Auf der Terrasse gibt es ein Badebecken und ein Fussbad. Es gibt einen CU (kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft) im Gebäude und viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Erstaunlich ruhig.

Der Eingang ins Haus ist nicht leicht zu finden. Zu viel Dekoration im Eingangsbereich, der eigentlich schön gestaltet ist. Das Hotel besteht aus fünf oder sechs Zimmern.

Great oceanfront location. The hotel was like a small apartment and was plenty big for my husband and myself. It was great having a kitchen with dining area. We used the steamer closet often to refresh our clothes, and loved the foot bath and foot massager after long days walking. Extremely clean and comfortable.

I wish the hotel was slightly closer to a bus stop, but taxis were cheap and plentiful when we needed to carry a load, and it was a short walk to the bus when we needed it. There was a convenient light panel by the bed, but I wish the switches were labeled (even in Korean) so we knew what to turn off and on, especially since it controlled the kitchen/dining and the bedroom. I wish the kitchen had a little more in the way of dishes and pans.

My husband and I booked this accommodation on short notice and we couldn’t have been happier. Apartment C is overlooking Gwangalli Beach and the night view is absolutely wonderful especially if spent in the hot tub on the balcony! There is not only a hot tub but also a foot spa for two people. The room is very generous with a great bathroom and a small kitchen. Everything is supplied. Despite having Gwangalli’s nightlife happening right at the hotel’s footsteps it is very quiet. The bed linens very nice and the bed itself very comfortable. We can highly recommend this apartment. The welcoming host is exceptionally friendly, too!

Tout ! L’accueil très chaleureux ! Un appartement extrêmement confortable et spacieux. Et une terrasse de rêve avec jacuzzi et vue extraordinaire sur la baie et la plage. Un must.

Todo!!!, la atención, el sitio , la habitación tenía todo tipo de detalles y lujos , camas muy cómodas , bonito , un aparato para planchar y secar la ropa, otro para dar masajes en los pies , bañera hidromasaje….. totalmente equipada !!! Si vuelvo a korea , VOLVERÉ !!

如果想在外面泡腳泡澡，要注意穿著，旁邊棟的餐廳離得蠻近的，戶外的泡澡區有點大，放水時間大概要抓一個小時

Zwei Doppelbetten mit 2 Fernseher, einem Bügelschrank, Fussmassagegerät, Badewanne und Fusswannen auf dem Balkon. Ausstattung top. Sehr freundliches Personal. Als wir kurz vor Ankunft geschrieben haben, um welche Zeit wir ankommen hat sich das Personal sehr ins Zeug gelegt um bereits vor 15.00 Uhr das Zimmer fertig geputzt zu haben. So konnten wir gleich bei der Ankunft schon früher ins Zimmer.

Beautiful, comfortable room with great and thoughtful amenities. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us order the most beautiful dairy free birthday cake for a special celebration.

The view from the balcony was amazing, and we could have that view from the suite as well thanks to floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was great, with an amazing bath and shower.

In meinen vielen Urlauben habe ich mich noch nie so wohl gefühlt wie in diesem Hotel. Es liegt nicht nur an dem wunderschönen Zimmer sondern auch am Gastgeber. Ich hatte noch nie einen so freundlichen und herzlichen Menschen als Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr schön und top ausgestattet. Der Balkon mit Aussicht, ein Wahnsinn 😯 Man hat eine Küche, sogar einen LG Airstyler der sowas wie ein Wäscherfrischer ist. In der Umgebung ist viel los, man kann bis spät in die Nacht was machen. Es ist auch nicht laut im Zimmer.

Personal taste, but the room was a little too cluttered for us with extra furniture that we thought took away from the beautiful view and lovely architecture/layout of the room.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and the room was really nice. We especially liked to balcony. It had a great view, and the hot tub was quite enjoyable in the evening.

L’hotel affaccia sulla spiaggia di Gwangalli. Sul terrazzo c’è una vasca per fare il bagno e due vasche più piccole per pediluvio. Abbiamo visto lo spettacolo dei droni dal terrazzo, stupendo .Appartamento grande e pulito, al 15mo piano. Personale gentilissimo, ha anche prenotato il taxi per l’aereoporto al mattino molto presto e si è fatto trovare sveglio per accompagnarci a prendere il taxi.

ONLY BOOK HERE WHEN YOU COME TO BUSAN!!! We had one of the most incredible stays here, the room was perfect, clean and had a spectacular view - especially if you visit on a Saturday when the drone show is literally right in front of your room. Here's a run down of our stay: 1. The staff: When we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest owner - knowing it was my birthday he ensured we were comfortable in the room and provided a complimentary bottle of wine. He even personally delivered a traditional korean breakfast on the day of ny birthday. Every time we left the room or came back to the room he welcomed us. Everyday we were provided with new towels, Toiletries and bin liners. 2. The room: One of the cleanest rooms we have been to and had everything you could need for a long or short stay - full fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cold water tap, kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, electric black-out blinds, bath, shower and a kitchen table! 3. The location An incredible location on Gwangali Beach, the whole beach could be seen from our room, including the weekly drone show and the volleyball courts. There is a great CU convenience store downstairs as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants. We mainly ubered around so not too sure about public transport options 4. The BALCONY BATH This was the cherry on top - a bath on the balcony which can be filled with whatever temperature water you could want. A few drinks at night looking over Gwangali beach was amazing - an experience which many hotels do not provide. When we come back to Busan, this will be the only place we stay. We cannot fault our experience. We will be back!!!

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Zudem hat es im gleichen Gebäude ein Convenience Store "nice to CU". Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Service war hervorragend und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten etwas Mühe das Hotel zu finden mit dem Taxi und vorallem der Eingang zum Gebäude. Bei UBER war das Hotel mit dieser Bezeichnung nicht zu finden.

Pretty much everything. The layout of the room was clever, making it seem larger than the actual square footage. The AC worked beautifully on some of the hottest days in Busan, and the terrace with the wood bathtub was almost magical with the fairy lights strewn across the area. The bathroom design was also excellent. This was one of the few places that I looked at before booking that had a separate room for shower + tub.

Nothing - this review is purely for the room. The "hotel" is one floor in a large-ish building with seven other hotels occupying different floors. If you're looking for a traditional hotel with hotel amenities like lobby, dining areas, bar, pool, concierge, etc., do NOT stay here. If you don't care about hotel amenities/service, I don't think the room [Sea View Family Room] can compare to any other hotel room in this price range. Because there is no breakfast available, a few more coffee capsules would have been nice.

The view is great and you’re right at the top floor of the building. Handy for the beach or to get picked up in a taxi. Sitting in the large bath while the sun goes down on the balcony was great.

I wish that the large Onsen bath outside could be filled up quicker as it takes a very long time to fill it with the regular tap as it is so large

Great place to see the drone show. There's a leg massager in the room . The bathroom is huge with an amazing bathtub! They provide you with hair tools like hair dryer and curling iron in case you forget. They also had skin care and hair care! Robes and some snacks on arrival. It was an amazing stay for us!

Our room (DOD) was absolutely incredible! It was HUGE, and with amazing penthouse views (with automatic shades) and a private deck. The location is right on Gwangalli Beach, with a convenience store on the ground floor of the building. The staff were very accommodating with my down allergy. Thank you!

Service was great and the rooms are even better. I was here with my family and we had ample room to sleep, hang out, and unpack without being stacked on top of each other. The hotel is on the 15th floor so we also had a great view of the bridge. Our room included a sauna and foot soaking tubs which we absolutely loved and used every day of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back in the future.

At first it was difficult to navigate to the hotel since it's in a building with many other hotels and other businesses. There are 2 towers in this building which are accessible by side entrances, and this particular hotel is in Tower B on the 15th floor

Exceptional staff, especially at reception. Went out of her way to assist us even after we have checked out, ensuring we could safely get to the airport on time. Modern facilities, clean, nice views of the Gwangan bridge and the beach.

Clean and spacious esp the patio. The location of the hotel is good and oversee the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful when in need. I can see the put in much effort in stay and guest experience.

Not much dissatisfactory other than the bathroom. The floor is very slippery when it is wet even with normal walks. This caused an accident during my stay. So please look into this.

Great location, spacious and comfortable. The layout was great for a family of four and the location was central enough near the beach front. A convenience store and a coffee shop on the main floor made the stay very comfortable. The hotel unit had a foot massager which was a nice touch after lots of sightseeing. Our unit even came with a clothes ‘styler’ which steams and deodorised our clothes. Loved this as we went to a seafood bbq for dinner which caused our clothes to smell a little.

The hotel is a boutique hotel and the signage is not very big from the front or the back door. The hotel is located on the 15th floor of a tall building labeled as a different hotel building which made finding the actual hotel a little difficult. We figured it out after walking back and forth a little. But perhaps the hotel can put this detail down on their ‘how to find us’ section. Maybe this info is already there and I may have missed it?

Location of the hotel at gwangali beach front, next to the raw fish street which means plenty of seafood restaurants. Facing the main beach stretch are cafes, coffee shops and little eateries in the back alley means one can eat well without leaving the area. Love the foot bath at the outdoor balcony and the partial view of the gwangali bridge

It is at least a 15mins walk to the nearest subway station, which isn't such a pleasant walk during the hot summer

Staff was friendly and explained facilities well in English. Room was excellent and very clean with a great view of the bridge, even though it was slightly cut off.

We thought it was the best place to be in Busan - as it is a spacious comfortable apartment on the top floor of a building with breathtaking views over the sea and the beach. We liked a big balcony with a bathtub.

This is a hotel which occupies just one floor of a building and it is not easy to find on the map. So we phoned there to get an address for our taxi driver. The staff is very helpful and explained everything. Moreover, on the way back, the receptionist took us to the taxi so that we didn‘t have to look for it.

We liked absolutely everything! Location, views, comfort and facilities! Literally everything was in place - bath necessities, complimentary snacks, etc. The beds are super comfy, the staff extremely helpful and friendly

There was so much to like about the stay. The staff were very friendly and responded to anything very quickly. There was a moment where it seemed like our drain was clogged, however after contacting the staff, my phone died. The staff waited until I came back to check on the issue (I got back closer to 1am so they waited for around 5 hours for me to return ㅠㅠㅠ). This place will be the number one option for all my future Busan visits!

Loved the location and staff were welcoming, even showed us around the hotel room and provided instructions. Convenience store at the bottom of the hotel. The family still talk about this place. Bummed that we weren't able to use the terrace amenities since we experienced the first snow. Will definitely be back.
