Tolle, großes Ferienwohnung mit sehr moderner Ausstattung. Bequeme Betten und ein wunderbares Bad mit riesiger Dusche. Sehr netter Vermieter. Schlüsselübergabe schnell und unkompliziert nach kurzem Anruf. Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterstellen.

Groot en gezellig

Antica casa danese a Kakskov, piccola cittadina sull' isola di Lolland all' interno del fiordo che porta lo stesso nome. Interni in parte conservati (in legno come le scale di accesso) e in parte ristrutturati. Casa ampia e spaziosa, in tutto ci sono 5 posti letto. Bagno grande e di recente ristrutturazione, ampia zona giorno e cucina e camera da letto principale con angolo lettura. Posto auto e wifi disponibili, host disponibile e gentile, abita nella casa di fianco. Posizione comoda per il traghetto verso la Germania se si vuole riposare lontano dai rumori stradali. Il paese è piccolo e si visita facilmente a piedi, l' isola e i suoi borghi meritano una visita e non solo una tappa.

I miei sono appunti, suggerimenti e non critiche. La casa ha uno spazio esterno verde che avrebbe bisogno di un po' di cura, risalterebbe ancora più affascinante ed esalterebbe lo stile danese. La doccia è molto ampia ma personalmente non amo le tende per chiuderle, meglio mettere un vetro fisso come nelle soluzioni più recenti. Solo qualche piccolo ritocco!

Stayed during a Bikepacking trip and we found everything we needed for a comfortable night. We were two people but the place can comfortably fit a bigger group. Nice, modern bathroom with a hair dryer and a big warm shower. Check-In with the friendly owner was easy and efficient.

Not that much to complain about. The lock for the storage of our bikes did not work at the time of our stay.

Attention, l'accès à la petite chambre en mezzanine. L'escalier est très raide. A réserver à des enfants ou des jeunes

It is one of the best stays I had by far! The mattress was superb. We have everything we needed in the kitchen and shower and bathroom including very good quality shampoo conditioner and body soap. Even the toilet paper was good quality.. The house is authentic within your design inside. The horse was very responsive and super nice! I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again if I'm in the area for sure.

Inside...self contained spacious and clean flatlet, no breakfast, but all facilities were there, tea and coffee was supplied that was not expected, bed linen, towels etc. including a choice of bathroom items = soap, shampoo's etc. and even after shave or au-de-toilette...if you were forgetful with your own supplies....thoughtful selection of items...comfortable and easy to settle into...friendly and informative owner...👍

Exterior...kerb appeal to property could do with optimizing....a little tidying in the front garden and paint touch-up on doors and windows etc...would help with first impression that initially came to mind before seeing a surprisingly good neat and tidy interior.

Das Haus ist toll, auch wegen der Zimmeraufteilung und den tollen Nischen. Jedes Familienmitglied findet seinen Ort. Unkomplizierter Gastgeber.

Nice spacious set up. All clean with comfy beds. Can defenitely recommend. Restaurants are all walking distance.

Location and interior quality of the flat

It is the third time I rent this place with my family. Despite being a non smoking rental, the flat was smelling very bad of tobacco smoke. The ovens were filthy and some drawers had food spilled in them. Please make sure that you keep the initial high standards as it can easily be a slippery slope if you don’t pay attention to the details.

This appartment really is a big house with a big bedroom, one add. room if you travel with kids and a big living room with kitchen. Everything is new, modern and handpicked with love. The owner is really nice and tried to make everything work for us (for instance as the wifi wasn't working he was eager to fix the problem). We can really recommend it for short or longer stays!

the mattresses could be a little bit harder. The upper floor was really warm in the hot summer.
