La luz del pasillo prendía y apagaba toda la noche. Decía que incluía el desayuno lo cual me había sorprendido por el precio de la habitación (económica), y a pesar de mostrar que la reserva lo Decía, la recepcionista se molestó y no fue incluido.

El acceso al hotel es unicamente subiendo una larga escalera y no cuenta con ascensor o algún tipo de ayuda para subeir y bajar maletas. Viajé desde muy lejos, con algunos contratiempos en el trayecto, llegue sumamente cansada y no sabia que - ademas- tenía que subir tres maletas por escaleras que para mí ya sería imposible, pero gracias a Dios apareció un caballero de buen corazon -que trabaja en la cafetería de al lado- para ayudarme a subirlas. Ese dato no vi que esté indicado entre las carateristicas del hotel, de lo contrario, no lo eligiría. Tuve elmismo inconveniente al bajar al retirarmen y ya no había caballero que ayude.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, la habitación, la belleza del hotel, el desayuno en el café justo abajo, aliado del hotel (¡recomiendo el especial!). Al llegar al hotel, el personal nos apoyó dándonos una habitación mucho antes del check in (6am) para que pudieramos dormir un ratito antes de nuestro evento : esta flexibilidad se agradece mucho.
Nada, Lo unico "complicado" fue que La Ceja estaba de feria, y el hotel estando ubicado justo en la plaza principal, hubo musica fuerte hasta las 2am... ! Pero es una vez al año, y a la gran mayoría de los que se quedaban en el hotel precisamente viajaban para las ferias de La Ceja... los raritos eramos nosotros ;)

No tiene ascensor, 3 pisos para personas adultas mayores , es un poco complicado, pero el Hotel es muy recomendable.

The beds were extremely hard - very uncomfortable. There were no fans in the room (there is no air conditioning so fans would have helped). We slept with the windows open and it was very noisy. We were woken up at 5am or 6am every morning.

Hice la reserva por Booking y no tenía conocimiento en el momento en que hice la reserva que me exponía una habitación pequeña diferente, a las que ya había hospedado antes la aplicación no me mostró la diferencia en cuanto a comodidad

There's a support beam in the middle of the room and it's difficult to get by. The doorway to the bathroom is extremely narrow I'm a skinny guy but anyone that was heavy would have to turn sideways and hope they can squeeze through. The support beam is in a place where if you open the closet you won't be able to walk through the room.They have coffee it's instant coffee so..

Reviewed Dec 5, 2024Location was excellent. I attended an event near the park, and I was able to be within walking distance (few meters). There were many stores, drugstores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. One can take a walk as well and visit the town.
The hotel doesn´t have its own restaurant, but there is a big one downstairs.

I had a lot of problems at check-in: 1. The reservation said the arrival time was after noon. I arrived at 1pm and was informed I couldn’t check-in until 3pm, even after showing the confirmation details. 2. I booked 2 rooms and at checkin they informed there was an error and they had just 1 room available at that price. They asked me to pay the difference. After a long conversation (more than 1 hour), the manager solved the problem.
