Bad sehr dreckig und Pool nicht nutzbar

To be honest we didn’t stay here. We cancelled our stay but had a peek at the room. The rooms looked as per description. From what we saw the place looked good.

When we arrived we realized we had to climb with our luggage a very steep 2 levels of narrow path/street up the hill towards the property. There was no mention of this in the property description therefore we were annoyed and unhappy we asked to cancel our booking. While the receptionist was accommodating and understanding of our situation (we were a group of 4 aged 59-72yrs) the management refused to refund us. He mentioned he would update the information in the website. So let’s see.

Il personale è stato disponibile a tenere le nostre valigie anche dopo il check out (lasciate in una stanza-magazzino poco pulita con letti e bagno dove stavano alcuni ragazzi).

Posizione poco comoda e in salita ripida con gradini, strada poco agevole per via della pavimentazione irregolare e del continuo passaggio di motorini. La camera (chiamata dreamy) era sporca e odorava di ammuffito. Non c’era nessuna possibilità di arieggiare in quanto non c’era alcuna finestra che si potesse aprire (cosa non specificata da nessuna parte). La biancheria del letto è del bagno non era pulita, nel letto abbiamo trovato dei capelli, per terra era abbastanza sporco con batuffoli di polvere, oggetti lasciati da altre persone sotto il letto e svariati insetti morti. La colazione insufficiente per le persone a tavola. Nel complesso non lo consiglierei.

The property is very close to the night market but also up a small hill, removed from the chaos of the rest of Sapa. I also liked the breakfast in the mornings and the view on the top deck. The staff was nice enough to procure two bahn mis for us since we were arriving late.

Our room (1) felt like it was in a hallway the hotel uses for storage; (2) faced a wall and so had absolutely no “view” to speak of; (3) smelled dank as soon as you open the door.

La habitación estaba muy bien. Leí algunos comentarios que no eran la que habian pedido, quizas es que al seleccionar la habitación no se fijaron que luego puedes ver las fotos exactas. Evidentemente si eliges la opción mas barata las fotos no son las de la habitación premium. En nuestro caso elegimos la cama extragrande y las fotos de la hab coincidian. El personal muy amable y nos ayudaban con cualquier duda.

El desayuno es un poco pobre de variedad y el cafe es de sobre, pero como esta incluido por ser genius no creo que se pueda exigir mas

Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres, c'était pas tout à fait hyper propre.

Staff very nice and accommodating. Always willing to help.

Saw some small cockroaches, but not many (about 4) and only in toilet area. Place was clean and the cockroaches is probably not their fault. Also smell of damp in room, but we said it and they immediately moved us to newer room, so all good

L’emplacement proche du marché. Literie confortable. Chambre spacieuse.

Accueil sommaire quasi inexistant. Chambre très humide avec odeur d’humidité. Photos non conforme car les chambres sont vieillissantes. Présence de blattes dans la chambre. Vis à vis important. Homestay très bruyante. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Het ontbijt was lekker en de kamer was ruim en schoon.

Het zwembad was heel erg koud.

Phòng cách âm kém, gác xép bên trên dễ gây ồn cho phòng bên dưới. Dốc leo lên mệt, đặc biệt khi đi chơi về phải leo dốc khá vất.

Schimmel im Zimmer. Badausstattung mangelhaft. Frühstück nicht ausreichend.

La pisicina estaba muy guay

Había muchos bichos, estilo cucarachas y escalopendras en las habitaciones. Ponía que había aire acondicionado y solo había un ventilador. Los baños eran bastante horribles y el agua no salía caliente.

Bonjour, je me permets de donner mon avis à propos de ce homestay car ma famille et avons avons été très déçu de cette location. Tout d'abord le service est difficilement joignable, ensuite ils lisent vos messages mais aucune nouvelle. Arrivé à la chambre, nous avons découvert que c est très très sale, une odeur de moisissure immonde. J ai été voir à l accueil pour demander s il pouvait au moins mettre un parfum, de l encens ou autre pour atténuer l odeur. Elle m à dit qu elle enverrai quelqu un au final personne. Il a beaucoup plu, l eau coulait à travers un trou du plafond. .... Côté petit déjeuner soit disant ouvert de 7h à 9h arrivée à 7h15 elles commençaient tout juste à préparer. De mon expérience je deconseille sérieusement ce homestay.

Le manque de communication avec l accueil, la saleté de la chambre ++++++, le petit déjeuner qui n est pas du tout prêt à l heure indiquee.

Il luogo era bello e le persone molto accoglienti e gentili.

Avevamo riservato la stanza con il terrazzo, ma non risultava nella loro prenotazione e ci sono veramente tante zanzare

The location Is good: away from the chaos, but not too far from everything. The breakfast was very good and the staff super nice. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

It's a bit old and very humid (because it's rainy season). It's not really like the pics. But all in all is a good value for the price!

The room has the window and the door open onto a common walk-through balcony, where other guests and stuff pass by. Some days it was quite noisy

Quelques améliorations à faire sur la propreté notamment les endroits qu’on ne voit pas directement (sous le lit, dans les recoins etc..)

The location

The room was really not like the pictures and it could have been much cleaner. The hair dryer plug was broken. The bedsheets did not seem very clean. I was also supposed to receive two bottles of water upon arrival, but I did not receive any. There were many bugs in the room, and I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. Because of this, I decided to check out one day early.

The staff

The website lied about the AC, we were promised a room with AC but didn't get one. There was a swarm of mosquito's infront of the room which ment we were unable to get fresh air into the room. Besides the lack of airconditioner, most power outlets don't work. We were only able to make use of on off the power outlet to charge our phones. This ment that my girlfriends phone did not gain any charge during the night.

Close to the middle of town.

It's nothing like the photos on booking.com damp in the room and the breakfast wasn't great. All the guests had to walk past our room and couldn't help looking in. I've attached a photo of the view. Could get a lot better for your money.

keine klimaanlage obwohl es da stand. wir sind nachts angereist und konnten in unser zimmer ohne schlüssel. den schlüssel braucht man jedoch um strom zu haben. also mussten wir erstmal paar stunden ohne strom leben. toilette stinkt und man darf kein klopapier in die toilette tun. pool ist viel zu dreckig und kalt um baden zu gehen. hühner wurden früh um neun auf dem parkplatz vom hotel geschlachtet. frühstück ist sehr unhygienisch. vor unseren zimmern sind tausende insekten rumgeschwirrt weil das licht sie angelockt hat

Le personnel très gentil. Le jour du départ nous avons pu laissé nos bagages et prendre une douche après notre journée de marche. Petit déjeuner correct La localisation 10min de marche du centre ville.

La chambre est un peu humide et la piscine n'est pas propre.

De ligging was goed. Dichtbij waar de bussen aankomen en vertrekken.

Er zat veel schimmel in de kamers. Het dak in de badkamer stond op instorten. Het zwembad was vies en het personeel was erg onvriendelijk.

직원분들이 친절하고 얘기한 부분에 대해서는 대응을 잘 해주심.

운치 있고 좋으나 내부 시설의 노후화. 방음이 취약한 부분이 아쉬움.

Good room, spacious, and there was a good view from places on the property. Good proximity to the market and restaurants that the locals eat at rather than tourists. Also close in walking distance to the bus drop off points. Breakfast was okay and the communal area had an amazing view.

It was slightly out of the main tourist city area (20-30 minute walk). The rooms were tiered on the hill facing outwards, our room was on the lowest tier so didn’t have a view (only trees).

La ubicación es muy buena, tienes muchos restaurantes cerca un mercado nocturno y varios locales para ver o comprar ropa y calzado

Había muchísimos bichitos en la habitación, no era ni de lejos como en las fotos, ni incluía agua, no tenía aire acondicionado, ni manta eléctrica ni secador, por suerte teníamos un ventilador y no estaba haciendo tanto calor las dos noches que pasamos ahí. El desayuno no es como en las fotos, había básicamente fideos, arroz, huevo frito y un par de cosas más, para beber café o té, pero todo eso de fruta zumo de naranja croissant etc, nada

Mình khá bất ngờ vì dịch vụ ở đây tốt hơn mình nghĩ. Từ lúc check-in đến lúc trả phòng đều rất nhanh gọn. Nhân viên dễ thương, lúc nào cũng niềm nở với khách. Phòng sạch sẽ nên ở rất thoải mái

Sapa stole my heart! Beautiful scenery, friendly people, and a wonderful hotel experience. The included breakfast was tasty and filling, the room spotless, and the service genuinely caring. I’ll definitely come back someday

Cảnh đẹp, đồ ăn ngon và khách sạn quá ổn. Bữa sáng đa dạng, nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào lần tới

У меня был номер с террасой. Это терраса не приватная, а общая. Просто дворик на пути к месту завтрака. В номере сильно пахнет плесенью, она в ванной комнате везде.

my room was next to noisy chikens so i sleeped very bad altough i asked for a quiet room. the lady in the desk didnt let me exchange to the room that is far from the chikens althogh there were rooms that were not occupied yet. the room was fine and the price was fair but i was very dissapointed that my room was next to the chickens.

On ne demande pas les mêmes critères pour une home stay qu'un hôtel classique ce lieu correspondait à ce que je voulais, et c'était très bien, l eau de la douche était bien chaude et la gentillesse du personnel a fait le reste

Chambre sombre, salle de bain vieillotte, petit déjeuner pas top et tous les matins pareil ( café, thé mais pas de jus de fruits).

Everything was great overall. The location is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view. The host was lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. The price was fair, and it's conveniently close to the city center.

The only real issue was that the water heater didn't have enough capacity to fill the bathtub—it ran out before I could enjoy a proper bath. Other than that, everything was fine. The only other small thing is that the property is on a hill, so getting up there requires a bit of effort if you're not a fan of uphill walks.

Sapa is truly a magical town — surrounded by mountains and misty clouds. The hotel I stayed in made the trip even better. The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking mountain view. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. The staff were warm, kind, and always ready to help with a smile

I had such a relaxing stay in Sapa. The weather was cool, the scenery stunning, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast every morning was fresh and varied, and the staff made me feel so welcome. You can tell they really care about their guests
