The room was really dirty. Like it hasn’t been cleaned. I saw spider webs on the ceiling and literally spiders everywhere.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026There is a TV provided but it cannot be used. The TV remote is not functioning. already reported it to the owner, but no action was taken at all. There is also a fan but it doesn’t work. Luckily, there is air conditioning. There is no trash bin provided in the room. No iron was provided on the day of arrival. I requested an iron for the next day, but only received it at night, and only after messaging and after I had gone out. I attended an event wearing unironed clothes. The owner said the iron was taken for cleaning, but why wasn’t a replacement iron provided?
