因为处于老城中，旁边的小巷有孩子吵闹到很晚，空调有一股味道，三名员工基本都不会说英语，所以沟通是个问题，在入住时，他们用手机操作，甚至要求我交比网站上显示更高的价格，但在沟通之后，我们在价格上达成了一致。WiFi非常慢，基本处于不可使用的状态。

Accessibilité difficile et risquée surtout avec la présence de faux guides qui harcèlent les gens au parking. Moi personnellement j'ai eu peur de ces personnes. Impossible de dormir la nuit avec le vacarme des enfants dans la rue qui jouent jusqu'à 3h du matin

Die Lage war super, die Inhaberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit sehr leckerem Frühstück versorgt. Alles war sauber! Die Terrasse hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Nicht wie bei anderen Unterkünften, war hier eine Klimaanlage angegeben und auch vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

The washroom has a nasty smell and no ventilation. Don't u understand the billing system,as per booking.com my bill is around 56 euro but she charged over 62 euro.

Clean and in the best area to visit- every thing is nearby.

Host was great. Room has the windows so air wasn't stale like usual in riad. Riad also has nice rooftop with the view. Host made us breakfast each morning. It was okay, couldn't complain for the price.

Entrance is in the dark ally and there wasn't any sign that points to it. We also didn't get any directions, so we weren't sure if we should enter that ally. Location on Google maps is correct, so you can just follow that. We arrived at 8pm so we stood in the dark hoping that someone will open the door. Nothing special, just a little uncertainty in the chaos of main Medina street. It was also a bit loud, since everything from the street is heard directly in the room, but we didn't mind it.

Super Lage direkt an einer der Hauptwege. Sehr guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche! Nettes Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten :) Beim Frühstück gabs Erdbeeren. Gepäckaufbewahrung bis nachmittags ganz entspannt möglich - Danke :)

Bad hat etwas gemüffelt, da es kein Fenster gab. Gerne noch mehr Obst beim Frühstück.

La casa es grande y preciosa, con una terraza con vistas, y la habitación es cómoda, práctica y silenciosa. Todo está muy limpio y el baño también es cómodo. El desayuno muy rico! La ubicación es perfecta, junto a la torre de la mezquita Chrabliyine. Souad es muy atenta y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites, con consejos sobre desplazamientos, lugares y precios adecuados para hacer compras. Cuando volvamos a Fez, repetiremos! Muchas gracias Souad

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Probably the nicest place we stayed in a month in Morocco when it comes to the actual guesthouse. Very nice host and great breakfast on the sunny roof terrace. Comfy bed and lovely shower.

There is a mosque right next door, so at 5.45, both mornings, we were abruptly woken up. There was also lots of noise directly outside our window late into the night.

Мы приехали и оказались перед закрытой дверью. В отеле никого не было, на сообщения не отвечали, пришлось писать в поддержку букинг, чтобы помогли связаться с объектом. Посидев на крыльце с чемоданами, мы пошли гулять и вернулись через 40 минут, администратор (или хозяйка) была на месте, но нас ожидал очередной сюрприз. Нам отказались предоставить забронированный номер, сославшись на овербукинг. Предложили номер категорией ниже без окон (трёхместный стандарт с тремя односпальными кроватями и проходной дверью в общий холл со столами) , но по стоимости забронированного нами двухместного Делюкса с окном. Сказали - если не нравится, отмените бронирование и уходите. Вот такое гостеприимство. Даже не извинились. И всё бы ничего, но дело в том, что как только мы ушли, отказавшись от щедрого предложения пожить в многоместном номере, наш номер (тот самый, который мы бронировали) вновь стал доступен для бронирования на букинге. Вывод - этого номера скорее всего не существует вообще, и он служит только приманкой для привлечения туристов - вдруг кто согласится, уставший с дороги.. Такое вот гостеприимство по-мароккански.

Le logement était propre et il y avait la clim.

Le quartier de la médina dans lequel est situé le logement, arrivée tardive et coin peu secure avec des enfants. Peu de communication avec l'hôte.

La chambre et les espaces communs sont propres. Sound est très disponible et gentille. L'emplacement est très pratique Excellent rapport qu'à prix

Arredamento tipico, buona posizione nella medina e a pochi minuti a piedi dai punti principali di incontro per le varie escursioni. Interno rispetto alla stradina principale e silenzioso. Colazione in terrazza tranquilla, accessibile in ogni momento della giornata, consigliata per godersi il tramonto.

Comunicazione via whatsapp per le richieste un po' difficoltosa e da migliorare, assenza di finestre e quindi di aerazione in camera.

I was upgraded. The host was super helpful and kind. I was late for breakfast one day she still generously offered to make me one. Breakfast is super good and tasty! Comfy bed, quiet room, working AC, shower with strong pressure. All you need for a good stay! Also hotel in the Medina and close to everything. Tip: try restaurant Chez Hakim, good price and tasty food.

A wonderful stay in Fes – highly recommended! We had a fantastic experience staying at this beautiful riad in the heart of Fes. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. But what truly made our stay special was the kindness and support of the host. She is an incredibly kind, helpful, and strong woman who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped us organize tours and even arranged a transfer to the airport in the middle of the night, which we really appreciated. Her warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a welcoming, peaceful place to stay with a host who truly goes above and beyond, this is the perfect choice. Thank you again for everything!

Very lovely lady, organized. Made sure to tell us the rules at the beginning. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, and nice terrasse views. Had good shower with hot water, pretty room with blankets and lamps, Nicely decorated. Enough room for two though cramped a bit.

A bit tricky to find at first, and had many stairs. My partner is tall and hit his head against the doors a few times (be careful if you are tall)!

The host was quite helpful, also with printing, early breakfast and other requests. Location is good, just on the main street of medina.

Not much privacy, weird smell in a common space. We paid for a transfer what was already 1/3 more expensive than an official airport taxi and it was 30 min late what made us rush at the airport and they sold it for 3 people more in other stops what makes it no sense greedy with such price.

Extremely nice staff, helped us to get cash out of atm and brought us personally to a restaurant, late at night. Very kind as well. Room was super clean, good shower, hairdryer.

9/10. A great hotel for it's price. We came to Marocco in rain season, so it was rather cold and rainy almost every day. Dar alhajma rahma provided all necessary services: a separate bathroom , hot water in the shower. Hair dryer and air conditioner were also present. Breakfasts were included. Eventually we stayed for two more nights.

Air in the room was a bit stuffy. There is a mosque next to the hotel, so morning adhans can be a problem if you are not used to it. The entrance to the hotel is not on the main street, but rather in badly lighted dead end, so it may be difficult to find it first time.

Everything balcony rooms also everything is so hygiene.

The place is located in the middle of the Medina and good to find with google maps. The Lady of the house is super welcoming and warm. It has nice rooms and warm water. The rooftop is marvelous and the breakfast is made with lots of love.

Our sink in the bathroom was really smelly, but thats just a very small detail, that can be fixed ;)

The sewer smell in the bathroom.

This place has a great location on the main street within walking distance to the main highlights in the Medina, and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Morocco. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had hot water and good pressure, soap and shampoo, Wifi was good and the room had a cupboard and small sitting area. There was also a nice rooftop terrace to sit in. Overall, very good value for money if you are looking for a comfortable bed, shower and good breakfast!

There was a strong smell in the bathroom which was very overwhelming (could be caused by the cleaning supplies used, mixed with poor ventilation). Next to this, we were not able to sleep properly throughout the night since the streets are very noisy till past midnight and the noise isolation is poor (windows rattled at the loud sounds). There is a mosque right next door which also means that we were woken up for late night/early morning prayers.

Best place to stay in this price range by far. Definitely recommended.

This Riad is a little gem, right in the middle of the old medina, but on a quiet street that is easy to find. The host Kamal is the star of the show - he patiently explained the basic layout of the medina, and gave us a map - from there, we didn't use data or GPS and we had a great time exploring, whilst always knowing the key locations that told us where we were. The breakfast on the terrace was exceptional. The Riad is small (4 rooms I think) and exceptionally clean - the shower was hot and powerful. The terrace is a wonderful added bonus and even in January, we soaked up some welcome rays there. The restaurants and shops near the Riad are all wonderful, as are the people - there is less bustle than in other areas, but you are an easy walk to the more touristy areas if you seek them. We have visited Fes before so we were quite independant but Kamal would happily help you with any tours or other recommendations if you want them.

The bed was a little hard for our personal taste.

Kamal was very nice, we didn't book a guide but he gave us a short summary where to go and the history of Fes which I really appreciated. For the low price, the room was very nice. The place is inside the Medina but it was really easy to find (it is right at the beginning of an Alley so we were not scared to go out at night). The breakfast at the Terrasse was my favourite part, I really did enjoy the sun in the morning.

I have allergies and I could not stand the smell coming out from the bathroom, we had to open windows at night although it was cold and we ended up being sick. I have booked Deluxe Room (2 Adults + 1 Child) on Booking.com as I know how small the double rooms are but sadly we were only given the double room since it was just two of us. They should consider taking card payments as we had issues taking cash out when we arrived on the weekend but they were very nice and waited until we fixed this.

Our stay at Dar alhaja rahma was perfect. The room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable! We had the best sleep in our whole trip in Morocco! Kamal was super helpful and kind. When we arrived he gave us a nice overview of the medina and offered us a private guide tour, which we highly recommend!! The sunny terrace is majestic. It has a beautiful view of the Medina and it’s a great place to relax and have the delicious breakfast offered. Overall we would highly recommend. We had a beautiful experience in Fes. Kamal the host was very friendly and explained to us the hotel and its surroundings which was very informative. He also kindly arranged for us a day trip to Chefchaouen upon request. Room has good space and bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. View from rooftop was very good. Convenient location from main attractions in Fes medina.

For people sensitive to smells it would be a bit bothering because the smell from tanneries are seeping in to the room. Wifi a bit slow sometimes.

Kamal was a wonderful host. He spent time with us to give us lots of information about the city, and went out of his way to accommodate us when we had to depart early for an excursion. Our room was very clean and, although our room was very small, there are shelves to put things and every bit of space is functional.

It would have been nice to have a bit more space but I can’t complain given the very reasonable price we paid for accommodation in Fez.

Everything was clean and tidy, and our host, Kamal, was really kind and helped us in many ways, including giving us a position for a nice parking spot and booking us a guide. Terrace view is amazing.

Parking is bit away from the site and it's an issue if you are visiting with small children. Otherwise not an issue.

Location is very convenient, very good price and nicely decorated. The staff is fantastic, very helpful and the juices are delicious! The rooftop is a great place with views for breakfast and relax They offered an organized pick up from the airport and it was a great choice, they carried our luggage in a trolley from the taxi drop off and it made so easy to get there through the labyrinth and narrow streets

Too far from parking so if you have a car, this could be a problem. We were told we would be met at parking and led to Dar. No one showed. Even after I had messaged multiple times beforehand to let them know what time we would be arriving. Also, we had booked the family room for our family of 4 but they put us in 2 separate rooms instead. I guess it was okay since we had the same beds we would’ve had but we didn’t love being split up. Especially since that’s not the room that we had booked.

We had an amazing experience staying at Dar Alhaja Rahma guesthouse recently. The room had breathtaking mountain views and was beautifully decorated. Souad's hospitality was outstanding, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The location is perfect, close to the Medina's attractions. We loved the impressive views from both the terrace and the room. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, with a stunning backdrop.
