CK Hotel - Self Check In

Staff support in solving payment issue I had faced with kiosk machine was very good.

Hot water heater not function. Water tap in bathroom damaged and caused leaking. Even seen due to lifetime better to check before customer check in.

The self service was easy and practical.

There is not isolation (outside and inside) and you can hear everything. AC sound all the night was very lousy (not us but other room bc our AC was turned off). I had to sleep with my AirPods. The bed was dirty with body hair everywhere and yellow stains. The room was freezing during the night. (We haven’t slept in the sheet it was too dirty).

I like that we can do self check in and out. Very convenient.

The room has the smell of cigarettes smokes. I couldn’t really stand it. And the shower gel and shampoo were not refilled. They were like the ones that were already being used by the previous customer, not even half of the small tube container. The aircond remote was not functioning, couldn’t adjust the temperature.

Self check in was easy and water dispenser functioned well.

Aircond was struggling to blow air and some roaches spotted coming out from the sink.

Kain bersih, tuala bersih, ada water heater mandi air panas, aircond sejuk beku, selimut tebal, TV sinaran banyak. Ada seterika boleh iron tudung baju.. ada gelas ada air mineral, depan ada air cowey water boleh masak Maggi. Bancuh susu anak.. booking guna online, kemudian daftar masuk & balik guna kiosk, duit pemulangan deposit, keluar dari mesin kiosk, kunci bilik pun ambil diri kiosk, tidak perlu berjumpa sesiapa layan diri.. hotel ni memang terbaiklah sy kasi 5bintng.

They had to cancel me at 12am after waiting an hour after a 6 hour bus to get there & said they can’t fix the machine. No one at the desk

Tv plug got current leaking. My husband almost got current shock when he tried to on the tv.

The self-service check-in was quick and straightforward and the lobby was well presented and clean. On entering my room I found it clean and prepared; the small windowless room was right for my needs. The wifi was decent, the aircon and water pressure all satisfactory. And my night's stay was peaceful.

I simply am perplexed how you can have a sink in a bathroom without a mirror! Very bizarre and awkward when shaving and checking yourself when cleaning... Also, location not the best—away from anywhere. But overall satisfied with my needs.

Booked this hotel last minute after I missed the last ferry to Pangkor Island. The room was basic but clean, had good shower with hot water and had shower gel and water bottle (and free water refill machines available throughout the hotel corridors). The self Check-in and Check-out process was quick and easy. Though felt a bit weird to not see any staff or anyone during my whole stay there.

There was no window in the room so the air felt a bit damp.

You get what you pay. It is unreasonable to expect too much for the money you pay.

Room, Bathroom and toilet were clean.

I stayed in Room 204 on the first floor. The window locks were broken, and I couldn’t close them completely. The windows tended to open by themselves whenever I opened or closed the room door. They faced a rear alley that was completely dark at night due to the absence of any lighting. This poses a safety risk for guests, as a burglar could easily climb through the window. I made a complaint to the hotel staff and was given a room exchange. I hope the hotel management will take guest safety issues seriously.

We got a clogged bathroom and an unclean toilet bowl.. forgot to snap a picture of the toilet bowl and the smell of the room was not pleasant.. the sink leaked when you turned on the water tap.. room 315, 3rd floor..

-The room price are very cheap. -check in and check out are easy, just using kiosk machine..if you dont know how to use the machine you can calling the staff and she will assist you how to use it. -Have hot shower,cold AC, clear tv channel. -The Bathroom are clean.

No lift-very difficult for families with children,toddlers or old citizen to climb the stairs.. I booked for 2 rooms,and all room are on second floor, the stairs are tall for toddler,children and old citizen..plus when you bring luggages. Room-very small,good for single traveller. The bedsheet and mattress look old. One of my room,no AC remote control,so i cant control the AC temperature.

The check-in was really easy, it used a self-service kiosk. All you have to do is to put your booking number and it will issue a room card immediately. You also can pay using bank card. The room was just nice, clean and not that spacious but comfortable.

The floor is clean and the TV works well. Has free toiletries. Near to restaurants and convenience store.

The toilet is quite smelly and the drain in the toilet has plenty of hair. The bed frame has cracking sound whenever I sat in the bed. The space quite limited. There is no lift to go to your room. Need to use staircase. No parking provided.

The hotel nearby Marina Jetty (3.5km). Located beside the main road, easy to find. Can self-check in at the reception. Hotel provides refill water machine, shampoo+shower gel, hangers, toilet tissue but no toothbrush..Parking area is available. In general, you get what you have paid. It's enough to use for short stay.

The bedsheet got few stains on it and old blanket type. Toilet's abit small without air circulation.
