Reviewed Sep 10, 2026This suite was perfect for anyone doing a couple of nights in Venice. It’s very close to the centre, easy to access and has everything you need for the stay. The room is very spacious with a comfy bed, the hosts were very friendly and communicative. The bathroom isn’t the biggest but it’s clean and fine. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La posizione è strategica vicino a tutto a 40 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Camera grande e con molte finestre (anche in bagno ) aria condizionata e mini frigo (con acqua offerta) Servizio cambio asciugamani giornalmente.
Purtroppo la stanza ha bisogno di manutenzione, intonaco sbollato, grandi quantità di calcare in doccia, la porta poco insonorizzata e le zanzariere rotte. Il letto tendeva verso il centro. Erano presenti un tavolino ed una sedia, visto la stanza sarebbe stata per 3 (anche se noi eravamo 2) forse sarebbe stato utile aggiungere almeno una sedia o 2. Aggiungerei delle tende un po' più grandi

One thing that bothered us is that the plaster on the wall was really degraded and it actually fell right into one of our luggages.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Excellent location for St Marks, and easily accessible from the airport via the water taxi (Google maps recommended!). The bathroom was a wet room, but the shower was good and everything was clean. Good sized, comfortable bed, and air conditioning made for a very comfortable stay! Curtains are see through, but soon realised there were no neighbours to actually see in. The people who run and arrange it were fantastic: I was on WhatsApp checking the boat I needed, the stop (Hospital stop, then a 5 minute walk), and then double checking entrance and room. They were absolutely lovely, and answered all queries fast to make sure I got there. Really impressed. Plus the under stairs bathroom was both a nod to the age of the building, and channeled Harry Potter vibes. Loved it!

No funcionaba la TV, tuvimos que pagar un impuesto que no se nos había comunicado previamente y cuando llegamos no tenían limpia la habitación (aunque sí nos habían aceptado el check in previamente) por lo que tuvimos que esperar como 2h más para poder entrar (aunque sí nos permitieron dejar allí las maletas).

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026The room had everything we needed: it was located on a quiet street close to the city center, had a kettle, tea, soap, shampoo (one use only), a fumigator, a conditioner and a large bed. I appreciated the grotto bathroom:)
The bathroom needs some fixing work, it's a small fix, but it does detract from the overall experience.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Localizzato in centro, facile da raggiungere dalla fermata del vaporetto. Anissa mi aveva comunicato la linea da prendere dalla stazione ed è stato semplice. Erano giorni molto caldi e la stanza era fresca, ma in caso di bisogno c'è anche il condizionatore.
La stanza un po' piccola e l'armadio un po' provato dal tempo.. forse un paio di mensole in alternativa potrebbero essere più comode. Noi siamo stati solo una notte.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026+ great location - just a 10 minute walk to the doge's palace. + the room is small, but there is everything that you need - a bed, some shelves and a bathroom. there is a mini fridge, a hair drier and air-conditioning as well. + i was able to check in earlier and leave my backpack in the room. + it is pretty quiet, but also pretty dark even in the morning, as the windows face the courtyard. + i guess the price is reasonable for a separate room in Venice.
- there is no shower curtain or even enough space for a shower - only a shower head and the water goes everywhere if you are not careful enough. very little space for showering with a toilet right next to it. - the mini fridge wasn't cool enough even after I turned it on for an hour or so.

It's quite hard to find here. It's in a secluded alley. The office for check-in is also hard to locate. The subsequent guests didn't know about this. It's approximately 600 meters away from St. Mark's Square.I can find a better hotel with a more favorable price and better reviews in a more suitable location.

Le foto dell’annuncio risultano decisamente più favorevoli della realtà. L’appartamento al piano terra presenta una forte umidità, con muri scrostati e arredi deteriorati. Il materasso è molto usurato e deformato, rendendo il riposo poco confortevole.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026L'emplacement est parfait ! Près de la place St Marc mais en étant au calme. Accès autonome via boite à clés. Proche des quais et des arrêts Vaporetto. Proche de restaurants. La douche est agréable. Présence d'un frigo et d'une bouilloire (avec café et thés). Ménage et lits faits tous les jours. Très bonne communication avec la conciergerie via WhatsApp.
Les murs sont un peu défraîchis et le petit lit grince.

Camera al piano terreno non insonorizzata, con alcuni problemi di umidità che dovrebbero essere gestiti in maniera migliore. La camera non è arieggiabile in modo semplice in quanto le finestre danno sulla piccola calle e non c’è molta aria.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Esperienza terribile, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio. Avevamo prenotato 2 notti ma abbiamo lasciato la struttura dopo la prima notte. L'Host, che fino a quel momento si era dimostrato gentile e disponibile, ha rifiutato di darci anche solo un rimborso parziale che abbiamo richiesto il giorno seguente, sostenendo che non vi era motivo. Per questo mi trovo costretto quindi a elencare i problemi tangibili riscontrati nella struttura. Per la precisione noi abbiamo affittato una camera al piano terra (la prima entrando a sinistra di calle del magasin) e vi descrivo i problemi in ordine di gravità: - Il materasso (come potete leggere anche in altre recensioni) è completamente sfondato al centro, e non ci ha fatto praticamente dormire. Penso sia il minimo che una camera in affitto abbia un buon materasso. - La camera è cosi poso insonorizzata che, se non avete il sonno pesante, o la strada o il pavimento della camera al primo piano vi sveglieranno al primo movimento o vociare. - La camera, come documetato dalle foto, presenta innumerevoli pareti scrostate e macchie di umidita, ed è vero che l'umidita a Venezia è un problema ma qui è proprio trascuratezza. - Almeno 2 prese elettriche erano bruciale e inutilizzabili oltre che pericolose. Anche quella dietro al forno microonde e al bollitore che erano quindi soprammobili. - In camera è presente un angolo cucina ma la struttura non ha nessuna dotazione per essa, uniche stoviglie 1 forchetta 1 coltello e un cucchiaino, non c'è nemmeno un tavolino. Mi chiedo quindi a cosa serva la cucina. - l'unico armadio presente in camera è cosi malconcio che andrebbe sostituito. Tutti questi i problemi riscontarati, segnalati all'host e a booking e a cui non è seguito da parte della struttura nessun rimborso. Pessimi.

La anfitriona muy insistente en saber el horario de llegada, las llaves debíamos buscarla en otra dirección que aunque estaba cerca con valijas es mas difícil, igualmente por error de navegación en el Google maps, llegamos primero al departamento donde teníamos que alojarnos y se acercaron allí . El check out era a las 11hs , 10 40 ya estaban enviando mensaje, 11:02 otro mas, dejamos el departamento 11:08 , detrás de la puerta de la habitación había gente con valijas esperando que saliéramos para entrar Poco serio y nada elegante el check out . Me sentí muy incomoda.

Reviewed May 4, 2026L’host è stata super gentile e disponibile: ci ha accolti con grande cortesia e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli anche se la camera sarebbe stata pronta due ore dopo. La camera era molto grande e aveva anche un lettino in più. C’erano anche tante finestre che io apprezzo molto. La zona è top: comoda, abbastanza vicina a tutto e a due passi dal bellissimo PONTE DEI GRECI, è molto silenziosa quindi altro punto a favore, poiché la trada finisce con il canale quindi non è zona di passaggio. Anche le pulizie sono state curate nei giorni successivi, un dettaglio che fa davvero piacere (e hanno cambiato asciugamani).
La doccia perdeva acqua dal tubo superiore, facendo bagnare il pavimento e il muro davanti, quindi abbiamo dovuto usare il doccino e il letto scricchiolava parecchio. Per il resto, tutto ok!
