The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything felt new and well maintained, and the room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxed, the facilities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yangyang! 😊

Easy check in - very comfortable beds - airconditioning in each room - updated kitchen & bathrooms - great balcony overlooking the beach - fun restaurant in the lobby & an Emart - perfect location to get to the beach & to walk to great restaurants - we loved that checkout was at 11 am

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, moderno y totalmente equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación también fue excelente, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y de los principales puntos de interés de la zona. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y la comunicación muy buena. Nos sentimos como en casa y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

No encontramos nada importante que mencionar. Todo cumplió nuestras expectativas y tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable.

Die Übersetzung der Zimmerregeln wirkt unhöflich, es scheinen im Nachhinein Gebühren für Handtücher erhoben zu werden und bleibt unklar, ob die im Bad hängenden Handtücher benutzt werden dürfen.

Hotel is well situated, at walking distance from the beach (Jukdo beach). On the ground floor there are facilities to wash off the sand when coming from the beach. The corner apartments facing the beach have a nice view on the bay. They have sufficient space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room big enough for a family of 4 or 5. The apartments are quite new, comfortable and clean. On the other hand, the simple rooms are quite small, and with 2 beds installed in room, there's hardly any place left to move or to do anything else but sleep and watch TV. The rooms we stayed in all had a small or larger terrace, allowing you to get some fresh outside air and to have a look at the bay/sea (if you're lucky to have a sea-facing room).

Breakfast is not included in the price. Simple rooms are very small and allow you basically nothing but to be in bed. The kitchen lacks utensils (even basic cutlery). No decent reception desk. Service is unfriendly and not accommodating. Most of the personnel hardly speaks nor understands English. Parking is difficult on busy moments. The way the rooms are presented on the Booking site is erratic - they show pictures of a big room with plenty space and upon arrival it's just a single room with 2 big beds. When requesting a cancellation of the reservation (since it clearly did not correspond to the room which was advertised), the hotel staff refused and referred back to the Booking.com site (where it was indicated that there was a no-refund policy). Catch22 situation. When requesting the hotel to confirm they agreed with the cancellation, they refused to do so.

화장실에서 냄새는 없었지만, 청소하기가 부족했고, 수압이 약했습니다.

Всё понравилось, отличный кондо, отличный номер, супер-вид из окон и с балкона. Есть бесплатная парковка. В квартире всё есть, очень чисто. Чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Новые полотенца и воду приносили каждый день. Правда (почему-то) не убирались. Хотя в соседних номерах убирались. Видимо разные управляющие компании.

Check-in and check-out were working nicely. Good location. Room was quite quiet when close the windows properly and clean.

The parking lot isn't so available especially in weekends. The mattress and the pillows were so not comfortable that we couldn't have a good sleep.

La habitación es muy nueva, cómoda y está en frente de la playa. Las vistas desde la habitación preciosas y relajantes.la habitación tiene todo lo necesario, en el baño, en la cocina..La zona muy tranquila, En el mismo tiene un convenience, cafeteria en el roof top y una hamburgueseria. Muy cómodo para ir a relajarse, necesario coche si quieres llegar y conocer los alrededores.

Por dar una idea de mejora, estaría bien que al menos hubiera dos platos y dos tenedores (para los extranjeros) además del menaje que está muy completo.

Great location, close to the intercity bus stop from Yangyang or Gangneung. Lovely view over the beach and very quiet.

The check-in process was a little confusing at first, but once we figured it out, it was simple

De ligging vlak aan zee was heerlijk en de kamer was comfortabel en goed verzorgd. Mooi restaurant op de bovenste verdieping is n aanrader met n prachtig uitzicht.

Het ontbijt was niet echt onze smaak en er was alleen zwarte koffie. Geen andere keus mogelijk.

Superbe vue au 17ᵉ étage et appartement moderne, agréable et fonctionnel. Le cadre est magnifique, entre deux plages, avec des surfeurs le week-end.

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf den Strand war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Der Strand liegt nah und ist für kleine Kinder geeignet. Außerhalb der Saison konnte man Sonnenschirme und Surfausrüstung ausleihen.

Das Einzige, was schlecht war, ist, dass das warme Wasser nicht richtig funktioniert hat.

바다 넘 가깝고 전망 끝내주고 시설도 좋음. 루프탑 풀, 커피숍 완전 강추. 카페는 빈자리 찾기 힘들정도지만 그만한 이유 있음.

성수기라 체크인 체크아웃 시간에 많이 붐비고 엘베 매우 느림. 기계주차이고 그마저 만차라 불편. 직원들 많이 불친절. 직원용 엘베만 에어컨 나옴 신기..

Please fix the shower !!!!!!! Shower is not working properly . Either you get Hot water or cold water . They have this problem from few months ago .. but they didn't fix it .

Breakfast was very basic, nothing to be excited about. Although we had 4 guests in the room, breakfast was provided for only 2 persons. This was not communicated to me prior to my arrival.

Breakfast was one thing, where we did not receive the breakfast for our children, only for 2 adults. However the booking confirmed breakfast would be provided for all members. Secondly, there is an issue with hot water in the bathroom, both in the sink and for the shower. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for hot water by keeping the water running.
