Bright Studio in Shapira

A very cute apartment, it is newly renovated and looks good and mostly everything is comfortable. Pretty spacious studio, the bed was OK (not more than that), the kitchen is comfortable and the shower is nice. All in all, good value for money. The coffee place nearby (Garger) was nice too.

Hard to sleep in the morning because you cannot block the light out (must sleep with something on your eyes in the morning) and the shower has a very low water pressure.

BEAUTIFUL interiour! Very well equipped apartment. Extremely helpful and attentive host. And super nice neighbors! Shapira is the last quarter of TA that is not yet completely gentrificated, so I had amazing food for no money and a feeling of what the city was 20 years ago. Absolutely lovely!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was easy. The host was friendly and responsive.

We didn't have any issues. Everything was well organized, and we enjoyed our stay.

I booked this apartment for the weekend, hoping to relax and cook good food. However, when I checked in, I found that the gas was not working and the TV remote wasn’t working either. I called the owner many times, but I couldn’t get any help. I had bought a lot of groceries to cook, but everything went to waste because there was no gas connection. In the end, my friend brought food for me, which she cooked in her own apartment. In the morning, I noticed that the gas was suddenly working. The owner claimed that the gas connection was fine before I arrived and said that I hadn’t turned it on properly. That’s a very lame excuse, because I even recorded a video while trying to turn on the gas and sent it to him. Despite that, he kept insisting that the gas was working. I tried multiple times to turn it on because I really needed to cook. This whole experience makes me feel like I got scammed. Honestly, I feel like this whole gas issue was part of their strategy, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The room felt very spacious, and the amenities were great.

Проблема только в районе. Шапира - известный, как оказалось, маргинальный район около знаменитого многоэтажного автобусного хаба с много чем полу (и не полу) бандитским. Плюс когда мы там жили шел ремонт прилегающих к автовокзалу улиц, так что дойти, например, до приятнейшего Флорентина было непросто и долго, хотя по карте ходьбы всего-то минут 15. Обидно

Super strong internet. every thing you need is in the apartment. shower spacious,. quiet location. Erez the host is super kind and responsive to questions. 10 out of ten!

Its close to the train station, its not a noisy neighbourhood and there is a mini supermarket at high prices open 24/24 almost so thats easy. All in all it met my requirements

I suffer from backpains, and needed to do lots of excercises to survive the stay ;)

Sehr netter Gastgeber, die Wohnung war gemütlich, sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand, alles Wesentliche ist vorhanden.

Das Treppenhaus ist ziemlich runtergekommen und es gab kein Licht. War aber sicher nur vorübergehend. Die Lage ist etwas weiter weg von den Hauptattraktionen, dafür ist man sehr schnell am Bahnhof, wenn man weiterreisen will.

Au sud de Tel Aviv, à la limite de Jaffa, dans le quartier à la fois très populaire, cosmopolite, bigarré, néanmoins très juif traditionnel, voire religieux, hassidique, de SHAPIRA (nombreuses synagogues de toutes tendances en activité aux alentours). Proche à pied de la station ferroviaire HaHagana, de la Gare centrale des cars (Ta'hana Merkazith) desservant tout le pays. Excellente desserte par bus de tout Tel Aviv (dont le marché Carmel) depuis la rue Messilath-Yesharim voisine. Proche à pied de la rue Herzl, des quartiers à la mode Florentin et Neve Tzedek, du nouveau jardin HaMessila qui, sur la droite, mène plus au nord vers l'avenue Rothschild. Sur la gauche : la station de tram Elifeleth toute neuve ; puis la promenade de bord de mer, immense, dynamique, sportive ; les plages de sable fin, magnifiques ; les vagues longues, mi-Octobre encore carrément chaudes de la Méditerranée.. Bref, un emplacement numéro 1 pour qui sait regarder, apprécier le développement tous azimuts de cette métropole atypique en perpétuelles effervescence et réinvention. D'abord un peu surpris par l'absence de rideaux occultants (qu'à mon avis il aurait été si simple de poser devant les 2 alcoves, créant ainsi un cocon pour la nuit, la sieste, mais aussi plus d'intimité), j'ai finalement toujours bien dormi dans ce studio de belles dimensions agréablement aménagé, effectivement baigné dès le matin très tôt d'une lumière intense. Beaux sanitaires, lave-linge. Climatisation, si besoin. Plus que le nécessaire pour cuisiner, s'il n'y avait à 100 mètres à la ronde (Rue Messilat-Yesharim, Boulevard Kibboutz-Galouyoth) tout ce qu'il faut en épiceries, fruitiers, boulangerie-pâtisserie, traiteur en plats préparés traditionnels pour Shabbat et Fêtes. Joli café branché à 2 pas, sous la tonnelle.

Un studio très propre et confortable, le propriétaire est très à l'écoute de mes besoins et très sympathique. Rien ne manquait en arrivant grâce aux petites attentions (café, lait, et autres bases alimentaires, vaisselle et équipements), 2 fours, cuisinière et même machine à laver. Une petite supérette en plus au coin de la rue.

Cute and cozy appartement with everything you need. Small bathroom, but a roomy shower. Milk, coffee, tea, sugar, spaces, oil , and so on are staying ready. Close to the central bus station with connections to Jerusalem, Haifa and all other interesting places. Also close to Florentin , an artistic neighbourhood. Surrounding there many little supermarkets, restaurants and street food. Erez is such a thoughtful, helpfull and kind host, always answering very fast.

A beautiful and excellent apartment that has everything and is in an excellent location, highly recommended

Like before it was a nice experience staying in bright studio.. the owner seems very cooperative.. all the essential was provided in terms of cooking.
