Reviewed Jan 18, 2026The location was excellent and the neighborhood peaceful. The provided apartment photos are quite true to life. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, suitable for a longer stay and offered a decent desk for remote work. The bathroom looked freshly renovated and the bed was very nice.
The apartment was overall clean and tidy, but obviously in need of a deep clean and more attention to detail: stove and oven knobs were clean from the top, but visibly dirty when you turned them. The laundry machine controls had some kind of buildup, the kitchen shelves were greasy to the touch. There were also dirty dishes in the cupboards and the dishwasher on arrival day. There were lightbulbs that didn't turn on and needed replacing. The advertised sauna did not work at first either because the breakers had been switched off. The host was mostly pleasant, but difficult to communicate with about problems. On arrival day, the self check-in website did not work and the host did not react to the messages, calls or voicemail until we got on location and had tried entering the incorrect code (Booking.com PIN) in the lockbox that ultimately didn't even contain the key. The host also made promises that were not kept: delivering a second key was promised in the next couple of days but it ended up taking two weeks without any explanation. Replacing broken lightbulbs never happened after promising "next week". For a place with a rating of 9.2 stars, I expected much better.
