Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Bra Beliggenhet og god beskrivelse for å komme dit. Fin utsikt fra soveromsvinduet. Leiligheten har en fin «sjarm»
Leiligheten bar preg av å ikke ha blitt vasket på lang tid. Spesielt var kjøkkenet veldig skittent, som f.eks. Kjøleskapet, Micro, brødristeren, vinduskarmene. Det som fremsto som rent på kjøkkenet var vannkokeren og kaffetrakteren. Ellers var det mye støv, klissete flekker på ulike steder i leiligheten. I taket foran kjøleskapet henger en taklampe som kjøleskapsdøren tar i når den åpnes - dette høres ut som en bjelle. Det manglet kjøkkenhåndkle, saks og flaskeåpner. Det er mye pynteting og tekstiler som tiltrekker seg mye støv. Kunne vært et liten håndkle til på badet. Verten var litt treg å svare på meldinger og var lite løsningsorientert da vi klagde på oppholdet. Vi oppfattet han som kvass og truende i sin kommunikasjon, slik at vi måtte ta direkte kontakt med bookin.com for å løse problemet med at leiligheten var skitten. Legger ved noen av bildene vi tok fra diverse steder.

Parking is a bit pain. House is in steep terrain, parking at the house is not possible and paid parking is about 8mins away.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do przystanków autobusowych i na górę Aksla. Również spacerkiem można dotrzeć do centrum miasta i na wybrzeże. Widok z okna nastraja refleksyjnie i zachęca zwiedzania miasta oraz wycieczek na sąsiadujące wyspy, które są świetnie skomunikowane z Alesund.
Nie znaleźliśmy w apartamencie nożyczek, które by się przydały, ale być może zbyt wytrwale ich nie szukaliśmy.

Der Platz in der Wohnung ist mit 3 Leuten sehr knapp. Der Esstisch muss erst in die Raummitte gestellt werden, um hieran zu essen. Es ist sehr schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025douillet, bien équipé, typique, très calme attention, à déconseiller aux personnes qui ont des problèmes de mobilité (en haut de la ville, il faut monter une côté pour revenir du centre, même si c'est proche de tout, le retour au logis est sportif)
peut être un petit effort pour les finitions : on cogne le luminaire de la cuisine quand on ouvre la porte du frigo, la rallonge électrique qui passe devant la porte plutôt qu'en haut de la porte, le lave vaisselle bouge ... les marches pour accéder à l'appartement mériteraient d'être arrangées (ciment fissuré, rampe pourrie) sinon RAS

Küche: Die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt. Als wir den ersten Spülkorb herausgezogen haben, ist er uns entgegengefallen. Die gesamte Spülmaschine war kurz vorm Auseinanderfallen, daher haben wir von Hand gespült. Glücklicherweise hatten wir ein größeres Behältnis dabei, da auch der Stöpsel der Spüle gefehlt hat. Die Küchenhandtücher waren verschmutzt, und es haben viele wichtige Küchenutensilien gefehlt. Dass die Kühlschranktür bei jeder Öffnung gegen die Deckenleuchte geschlagen ist, war da eher nur noch eine skurrile Randnotiz. Die restliche Wohnung ist vollgestellt mit jeder Menge Dekomaterial und Staubfängern. Zum Fensteröffnen muss man sich seinen Weg regelrecht bahnen – im Übrigen haben die Fenster schon lange keinen Lappen mehr gesehen. Positiv können wir nur die Lage und die Matratze erwähnen.

The beds are very soft, it's uncomfortable to sleep. In the morning, my back started to hurt, even though I didn’t lift anything heavy.
