Three V Homestay

Wer auf Sein Budget schauen muss oder will, hat hier wohl die beste Unterkunft in ganz Kuta. Für den Preis bieten die Zimmer alles was man braucht inklusive schnellem Internet und leckerem Frühstück. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfreich und kann auch Roller vermieten. Die Zimmer sind ausserdem ruhig und für den Preis auch ziemlich gross. Ein kleiner M-Mart ist zu Fuss in 3min zu erreichen und ein paar wenige Restaurants auch. Wer gerne lokale und günstige Küche hat, sollte die Warung Sapa besuchen.

Das Badezimmer wirkt nicht sehr einladend und eine warme Dusche wäre schön.

Todo el servicio que nos ofreció el personal. Empezando desde el desayuno, siguiendo con el alquiler de la moto, y también la amabilidad y la hospitalidad de ellos. Dispuestos para ayudar en cualquier momento. La habitación era muy espaciosa y estaba muy bien. Al igual que el baño. Desayunar en la mesita de fuera todos los días era maravilloso. 10 de 10 el alojamiento.

La amabilidad de Julian. El desayuno riquísimo y las facilidades del alojamiento. Lo recomiendo sin duda! Cerca había un gimnasio y se aleja de la multitud ruidosa del centro. La ubicación es muy buena.

Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et vous aidera si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et la location est top si vous avez un scooter (on en avait pas et il faut une trentaine de minutes pour rejoindre le centre et la plage, ça ce fait bien) La chambre est simple mais spacieuse. Attention il n’y a pas d’eau chaude pour la douche (comme presque partout ailleurs à Kuta)

La habitación era amplia y nos la limpiaron a los dos días. Julian está súper atento a todo y cada mañana nos traía el desayuno a la habitación. Sin duda calidad precio excelente.

Absolutamente nada

Hotel superbe, très bon petit déjeuner, chambre gigantesque. Un peu excentré mais très bien !

Quand nous lui avons loué un scooter, il a refusé de nous le prolonger si nous ne donnions pas nos passeports en caution (passeports uniquement, aucune autre pièce d'identité ni argent) en sous entendant très fortement que nous pourrions lui voler le scooter. Nous avons donc refusé de laisser notre passeport et il nous a accompagné louer un scooter dans une autre agence. Nous n'avons pas trop apprécié l'interaction mais il est resté poli et nous a aidé à trouver une solution.

Julian est très gentil, à l’écoute, très réactif sur whatsapp. Le petit déjeuner inclus. L’emplacement, pas trop reculé du centre et très calme.

L'hôte est attentif et disponible pour réserver scooter et taxi. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.

Great place. Really nice family. The son runs it and has a little girl she's cute. It's got fast internet, comfy beds, and clean. Close to gym, mana yoga, and an M Mart. A bit out of the centre but okay if you have a bike. A small bit of noise from the road but nothing deal breaker. Very affordable. And free simple breakfast of coffee, toast, eggs and fruit.

The best part of it was the staff behind it, Julian was incredibly kind and professional, really nothing to argue about it. Furthermore the accommodation was in an excellent location: away from the noise, but still just 2 minutes from kuta. Breakfast was super good, and the room was clean

No negative aspects honestly

La familia que lo lleva es un encanto. Nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de la hora. La ubicación es buena, no hay mucho ruido y no está lejos de las principales atracciones de Kuta

We loved absolutely everything! The owner, Julian, is so nice and friendly. They take great care of the place. The location is just far away from the commotion of Kuta, yet close enough to get there on a moped in just a few minutes (which we were able to rent from them). There’s a mart within walking distance as well. It’s tucked away off the street, which helped to avoid any street noise, however the street isn’t super noisy to begin with, as it’s outside of the busy area anyway. Breakfast was very tasty, and over the 10 days we were there, we never got sick of it. The room and bathroom are very spacious, and we found the bed to be very comfortable. For the price, you really can’t beat it. We even extended our stay by two nights. We would definitely stay here again!

Really nice place to stay and clean! The breakfast is great! The best thing about the accommodation is the lovely owner! I booked last minute and was able to still check in late at 11pm and then he very kindly dropped me at my next accommodation!

Julian war ein sehr sympathischer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber 👍 Er hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und hat uns einen Scooter organisiert. Leider hatten wir einen kleinen Unfall mit leichten Kratzern in der Plastikabdeckung, aber auch das konnten wir bestmöglich mit ihm lösen - vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Das Frühstück hat uns auch super geschmeckt und war immer pünktlich.

Ein Mosquito Netz über dem Bett wäre eine schöne Verbesserung, da die Tür nicht vollkommen abschließt. Ohropax sollte man dabei haben, da morgens die Gebetsgesänge ab 4:30 Uhr ertönen

Clean, comfy and appatently locally owned homestay which is always nice. The host was most accommodating and the location was very nice, 2 minutes by bike into town yet still very quiet and hidden away. The room is big, the bed very large and comfy and the bathroom was good as. Breakfast which was included was good and plenty. Honestly probably one of the best accomodations im Kuta considering Value for Money!

Julian ist ein super freundlicher Host. Er ist immer ansprechbar und regelt alles sehr zeitnah. Wir hatten z.B. ein Thema mit unserem Roller und das Problem wurde innerhalb einer Stunde gelöst. Auch für ein kurzes Gespräch nimmt er sich gerne Zeit. Insgesamt waren wir einen ganzen Monat dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Todo perfecto. Destacar la gran ayuda que te ofrece constantemente del propietario. Nos ayudó cada vez que le pedíamos algo y su respuesta era inmediata. Por otro lado, mencionar, que alquila motos a muy buen precio. Además, utilizamos el servicio de lavanderia: muy buen precio y la ropa olía super bien. Sin duda repetería, os lo aconsejo.

Der Besitzer Julian war extrem nett und hat uns sofort einen Roller und eine Transport zum Flughafen organisiert. Frühstück war sehr lecker und alles sehr unkompliziert.

Der Gastgeber ist super sympathisch! Und wir haben dort die besten Bananen Pancakes während unserer Indonesien Reise zum Frühstück gegessen. Gleich in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, der Silver Class Workshop und ninē-ninē (Cafe und tolle Stoffe). Ein Motorrad konnten wir auch sofort ausleihen und zum Sonnenuntergang düsen.

Everything was perfect!

Julian as a host is amazing. He is very responsive to anything you need and very nice to chat with. The room is very comfortable and in good condition. The garden terrace is beautiful. The breakfast is tasty. Renting a motorbike is also convenient, the price is reasonable and bikes are in good condition. I would say the location is great, especially if you have a motorbike, as it is close to Kuta center before getting into busy parts.

There could be a kettle in the room but it is just a minor detail. Julian brings hot water to your room whenever you want. :)

Great value for money. Simple but clean and super friendly host. If you don’t expect luxury this is a fantastic accommodation with a sweet host family.

De kamer is simpel maar erg ruim. Het bed lag erg lekker en niet zo hard vergeleken met de rest van onze eerdere accommodaties. De douche is niet warm maar is ook niet koud, gewoon een continue aangename lauwe douche. In ieder geval beter dan een warm-koud douche die we op veel plekken hebben gehad. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is daarom ook goed! Het ontbijt was lekker en konden we lui vanuit ons bed bestellen via een appje. Ieder soort eitje en pannenkoek was te krijgen. De gastheer is erg aardig en behulpzaam!!

De accommodatie zit iets verder van het centrum af, ongeveer een kleine 20 minuutjes lopen. Er is een scooter te huren bij de accommodatie voor maar 70k (€3,50) per dag. Met de scooter was het een ritje van 3 minuten. En aangezien je sowieso een scooter nodig hebt als je wilt surfen of strandjes op wilt zoeken is het zeker geen minpunt meer.

Superbe séjour passé ici ! La chambre est grande avec un très grand lit également ! L’hôte est juste adorable c’était un réel plaisir de loger ici, on s’y sentait vraiment bien. Il est au petit soin et nous sert chaque matin un petit déjeuner excellent ! On a pu lui louer des scooters et il nous a même laver notre linge! Un hôte très arrangeant. De plus, ce logement est parfaitement situé : à peine 5 minutes en scooter et 20 minutes à pied. C’est super agréable de se balader en scooter à Kuta, il y a peu de monde. On recommande ce logement à 100% (Eau froide à savoir mais c’est le cas de beaucoup de logement en Indonésie, mais si vous vous douchez dans la journée ou fin d’après midi l’eau est tiède grâce au soleil contrairement à une douche le matin : donc pas de problème ;) )

Habitación amplia, cama grande y cómoda. El aire acondicionado y el agua caliente funcionan bien. Buen desayuno. El dueño es muy amable y está siempre dispuesto para ayudar con información si lo necesitas. Nos avisó antes de llegar de que había obras pero decidimos no cancelar, y la verdad que una vez allí no notamos nada, incluso nos echamos la siesta un día y no escuchamos nada.

Der Badezimmer Geruch ist nicht sehr angenehm.

Das war auf unserer 5-wöchigen Reise durch Indonesien eines der angenehmsten Homestays: sehr geräumiges, gut klimatisiertes Zimmer, extrem sauber, leckeres Frühstück und vor allem Julien ist SO nett, interessiert sich für einen und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen (ich hatte ein Internetproblem auf meinem Handy und er half mir ,es zu lösen). Er vermietete uns außerdem einen guten Roller sehr günstig. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause und können das Homestay zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!

Im Badezimmer kein warmes Wasser, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Einrichtung sehr basic. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es Bauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus, weshalb das Zimmer ein Schnäppchen war.

El chico que lo lleva es super majo y atento. Se disculpo varias veces con nosotros ya que había una construcción al lado e iba a haber ruido, pero realmente no oímos nada. No comenzaban a taladrar muy temprano y para cuando volvíamos al homestay ya habían terminado. Reservamos dos casitas, en la mía, la cama era super comoda, y la ducha salía super caliente, pero en la de mis amigas el agua caliente no iba tan bien, no dijimos nada ya que las chicas vinieron a ducharse a la mía, no vimos la necesidad, pero seguramente de haberlo dicho el chico hubiese ayudado sin dudas. La limpieza super bien también. El chico nos ofreció motos al momento, y estaba a unos 7min del centro de Kuta.

De eigenaar en zijn familie waren de liefste mensen!! Ze hielpen met alles, stonden altijd klaar.

Actually one of the best home-stays I’ve stayed in! Super clean room, sheets, and bed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Big plus, bedside lamp with warm light what you can turn on to skip the fluorescent light from the ceiling.

The only thing I would say is that the water from the shower smelled a little old, and it would be nice if they provided a small soap in there! but It did not bother me.

Perfect place to stay in Kuta, 5 minutes drive from downtown. The room is clean and has a nice AC. There's even enough space for a yoga session after a surfing day Beds are really big and comfortable. Breakfast on the porch is a plus. Laundry shop and warungs nearby. You can rent a scooter here. The owner is always available to help and have good conversation. Terima Casin!

Great price quality ratio. Kind owner. Good location if you rent a scooter (it's only 2km to the main street but walking isn't fun because of the heat). Tip: The vegetarian spring rolls at Tomato Café right next door were amazing. We had one issue that was quickly resolved after talking to the owner.

Julian is a great host. He assisted with anything we needed and is a very friendly and kind man to stay at. He shares everything. Location is awesome, a short scooter ride from Kuta centrum but away from city noise. Facilities are simple but you get what you need. 10/10 would stay again.
