Would be better if you provide extra blanket as you did provide extra mattress. Rather than that everything is satisfying 😊

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Easy check in and out procedure. Great location for drivers. Car park was easy to navigate. Swimming pool was huge and actively used by kids and families on vacation. The little mini-mart located on the first floor was very useful! A very pleasant stay overall.
Drinking water filter needed a change as the red marker was showing. Little choice of tv programs but no bother as we were not here to watch tv.

The chiller wasn't very cold and we had to use the freezer to store our drinks. The trash was still in the refuse chamber when we checked in and gave off an unpleasant smell. There is no mirror except the mirror in the toilet to get ready 🤭 should consider placing one.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026There were many good restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. The pool was large and great, but there was only one entrance/exit. Other amenities were not open.
The bed was a little hard. The walkability is hindered by construction and/or no sidewalk in some places. Work on getting all the amenities of the complex open.

I arrived late for check-in and experienced some delays in receiving the check-in instructions, as the responses took a bit of time and were not entirely clear. I had to follow up with a few calls to confirm the details. As we were quite tired from traveling, clearer verbal confirmation to match our understanding would have been appreciated. We also missed the stop to collect the key, which required us to make an extra round and re-enter the building. The experience could be improved by providing clearer check-in instructions, such as a PDF guide with pictures showing exactly where to collect the keys and indicating the free parking area (not a designated parking space).

The host was excellent — communication was quick and friendly, and I was given clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to get into the building, which made check-in completely stress-free. The room was comfortable, and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and the amenities provided were excellent — everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Feb 7, 2025It was very clean and the hosts were responsive to issues. Lots of places to eat nearby within walking distance and easy to get a grab into town.
The apartment itself is very basic, minimal cooking utensils and the pans that were there were so burnt they ruined the food we put in them so we had to eat out after throwing away food. Only one hob which doesn’t make cooking easy either. Pillows very uncomfortable and sheer blind in bedroom on window that had a light permanently on wasn’t very nice. The security levels were over the top and annoying and the pool gets no sun whatsoever and it’s actually freezing and quite depressing, even my kids didn’t want to go in it after being excited as the pictures make it look great. We stayed here for the pool and the fact we could cook for ourselves neither of which we did.

This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a problem with the door lock. I can't open it even after pressing the correct password many times. Go back every time. They must have been locked out for more than 10 minutes. The sofabed and chairs were also broken. My daughter doesn't know. I almost fell down as soon as I sat down. The toilet is also clogged. There's a smell over there at the sink. There are also some remote controls that do not have batteries. Need to be used interchangeably with others.

- Some TV channels are no sound, “use youtube” is what owner response to me, use“YouTube” also very lag and remote control can’t function nicely. Most of the time, force me to quit “YouTube”. - The lamp above TV is flickering. - The basin of the middle room is blocked because water drain slowly. - The sofa bed in living room has dirty stain. - The electric kettle is spoilt. - The shower head of middle room also spoilt, its water pressure is weak and also temperature not stable. The another one is leak. - Did not provide water filter so need to boil water by ourself or buy at outside. - Washing supplies only provide shampoo. - Traffic jam when go outside. - Mattress is thin. - Seated toilet is old and stained. - Waiting for almost one hour elevator when check out, maybe because many Airbnb there. - The door of the smallest room is transparent 😂
