La peggiore esperienza da quando ho iniziato a viaggiare. Ho dovuto lasciare la struttura un giorno in anticipo perché ho avuto una reazione allergica al muffa e alla polvere. Struttura SPORCA fino all'inverosimile, odore di muffa e di sporco. Ospiti rumorosi, maleducati e poco raccomandabili. Persone che si picchiano fuori dalla porta dell'ostello.

But the reception guy and this cleaning guy responded immediately. The location is excellent. My family and so traveled Trentino region for 3 days but paid nothing on transportation or museum tickets, because this place is not only offering good breakfast but also Guest cards for free to travel!

La zona, essendo di fianco alla stazione, non delle migliori la notte, ma comunque tranquilla e la struttura è tenuta abbastanza bene! Lo staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile ☺️

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der sehenswerten Altstadt und an einem Park, aber leider auch an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Kreuzung. Wir mussten kurzfristig die Anreise um einen Tag verschieben. Das ging problemlos.
Man konnte nachts das Fenster nicht offen lassen wegen des Verkehrslärms. Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Für den Parkplatz am Haus mussten 15€ bezahlt werden, was in anderen Jugendherbergen kostenlos war. Sehr schlecht fanden wir das Frühstück im Vergleich. Nur Toastbrot und Weißmehlbrötchen, ansonsten Kuchen etc, aber alles billig. Kein Saft, sondern extrem süsse, künstliche Getränke. Wir hatten in anderen Unterkünften, die gleich oder weniger gekostet haben, Buffets mit sehr leckeren Backwaren, Obst, Säften. Wir werden sicher dort kein Zimmer mehr buchen!

Non c'è il climatizzatore, probabilmente non è mai stato necessario ma con le ondate di calore di quest'estate è stato difficile affrontare la notte nonostante i due ventilatori presenti in camera. Posizione accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, comoda per tutto ma personaggi poco raccomandabili nelle strade vicine.

Es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas ( süßes, Brötchen mit aufschnitt ,müsli) Unser Familienzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad Es gab eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
Die Zimmer wirkten sehr kühl und spartanisch eingerichtet. Decken sind nur ein Laken Es wirkt generell wenig einladend von innen Für eine Nacht aber ausreichend.

Extreme Hitze in den Zimmern sehr Laute Umgebung. Außerhalb fühlte man sich nicht wohl, es scheint hier große Probleme mit Drogen zu geben. Viel Polizei in den Straße unterwegs.

2° piano , camera calda, no condizionatore, ma due ventilatori di cui uno rumoroso e non efficace. Abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte, ma il rumore del traffico ci ha accompagnato tutta la notte, amplificato per il fatto che rimbomba sulle pareti dei condomini. Mai stato silenzio. Indispensabili tappi per le orecchie che forniscono alla reception (e che noi non avevamo preso).

La camera che abbiamo preso noi aveva solo un letto singolo e un letto a castello. Materassi e cuscini molto scomodi. Niente aria condizionata. Solamente un ventilatore che a malapena muoveva l’aria. Dormito solo 4 ore per il caldo insopportabile e i rumori provenienti dalla strada e dalle altre camere. La colazione poco varia e di scarsa qualità

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Die Betten wirkten sauber und im Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage, was sehr angenehm war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem das günstige Übernachtungsangebot. Für rund 70 € für zwei Personen sollte man keine Luxusunterkunft erwarten, sodass das Preisniveau grundsätzlich zur einfachen Ausstattung passt.
Die Umgebung wirkte leider wenig einladend. Rund um das Hostel waren häufiger lautstarke und teilweise offenbar durch Alkohol beeinträchtigte Personen anzutreffen, wodurch man sich nicht immer wohlgefühlt hat. Das Frühstück war selbst gemessen am günstigen Preisniveau enttäuschend. Zudem hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr einfach und erfüllt ihren Zweck, allerdings gibt es durchaus Verbesserungspotenzial.

In the summer, the main problem is the lack of air conditioning. I had read in the advertisement that there was no air conditioning, but I expected there to be at least some powerful fans, especially since it was a room shared by five women. If the reception had been open, I would have asked for an extra fan. It was 35°C in July, which made it almost impossible to sleep.

1. 沒冷氣，只有一台電扇，熱浪時實在太熱，還好住在邊間可以打開窗戶通風，晚上才涼爽一點 2. 退房時間催很緊，住過很多青旅晚幾分鐘也不會怎樣，這邊會開始傳訊息打電話催🥲

Sonen blev inlåst på toaletten då den gick i baklås, luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte hela tiden. Sprang omkring massa missbrukare utanför, kändes otryggt.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Wir haben storniert, da die Umgebung so schlimm und voller Drogendealer, Abhängige und anderer seltsamer Gestalten war. Meine Kinder hatten im Alter von 13 und 17 Angst vor der Umgebung und sie leben in einer Großstadt in Deutschland. Die Frau an der Rezeption war nicht sehr kooperativ, sprach nicht gut Englisch und versuchte die Situation zu relativieren. Niemals!

It would not take much effort to improve the facilities. The small reading lights in the room only functioned for half the beds, the elevator stopped working halfway through it h our stay, the roof top access is great but needs chairs, the breakfast is made of desserts, and the kitchen for guests is basically a tiny fridge/microwave.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Das Zimmer mit drei Einzelbetten und einem Doppelstockbett war sauber und geräumig. Dusche und WC waren unnenliegend und in Ordnung. Die Köimaanlage war gut.
Das Frühstück (07/26) hat den Namen nicht verdient! Als Brot gab es um 07:50, (über eine Stunde vor Schluss nur weißes Toastbrot. Der Saft war ein Sirup-Wassermix aus dem Automaten. Fertigkuchen gab es in großer Auswahl und süsses Müsli auch. Die hartgekochten Eier waren noch das Highlight.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Everything besides the fact there was no aircon in the hostel was great! The free breakfast was the best free breakfast I’ve ever had- such a wide selection. The rooms are big and spacious, the beds are comfy. Bathrooms are nice. Trentino card was great to explore the Dolomites with free travel around the area. Lake Molveno is a MUST- SEE
NO AIRCON in the dorm rooms!!! This place feels like proper torture in the summer. I heard some private rooms have aircon so it’s not like they haven’t considered it. Really uncomfortable experience. We had to sleep with the window wide open to get any relief from the heat but then it was super loud and insects would get in. Only on the second night they brought in a tiny fan that could only cool one person down.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Obiekt położony bardzo blisko historycznego centrum. Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj w drodze na jedną noc i w po 3 minutach byliśmy na Piazza Duomo. Czysto i niedrogo.
Mieliśmy popsuty zamek w łazience, o czym poinformowała nas pani w recepcji. Przez przypadek mieliśmy dwa incydenty, gdzie walczyliśmy z zatrzaśniętymi drzwiami. Myślę, ze lepiej byłoby naprawić niż informować. Poza tym na jedną noc ok.
